There were some shortcomings for traditional teaching mode of nutrition and food hygiene course, such as many teaching contents and little teaching time, students much passively learning and little active learning. We explored the combination of the WeChat and the TBL teaching to conduct the flipped classroom to solve the deficiency. The teaching pattern was conducted in 60 students majoring in preventive medicine from Grade 2012. The learning task of nutrition and food hygiene was released on the WeChat before the class. Students learned knowledge in the form of discussion based on case in the class. After the class, the discussion, answer the question and test were conducted on the WeChat. The survey showed that 85% of the students were satisfied with teaching pattern, especially satisfied with its role of broadening students' knowledge and vision, improving their autonomous learning ability, teamwork ability, and their ability to analyze and solve problems.

Objective To establish a gradient RP ̄HPLC method for determining the related substances in lumefantrine. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent nucleosil 100 ̄5 C18(4.0 mm×125 mm,5 μm) column;the mobile phase was consisted of solution A,B and C,which included phosphate buffer solutions (consisting sodium hexane sulfonate,pH was adjusted to 2. 3 ) ̄water ̄acetonitrile ̄propanol with different proportion, with a gradient elution at the flow rate of 2.0 mL.min-1 , the detection wavelength was 265 nm, and the column temperature was 35 ℃ . Results An excellent separation achieved for lumefantrine from its related substances.Lumefantrine had a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0.173 4-0.693 2 μg.mL-1(r= 0.999 6).The limit of determination was 0.06 μg.mL-1 . Conclusion The method is sensitive, reproducible and specific for the separation and determination of related substances in lumefantrine.

Objective To study the application of Capture-Recapture method in estimating the size of population of injecting drug users (IDUs), and estimate the size of population in IDUs in a city using the data of detoxification center. Methods Capture-Recapture method was applied to estimating the size of population in IDUs in the city based on the data of detoxification center. Results The result of Capture-Recapture in estimating the IDUs in the city was 13 017. Conclusions It is economic and feasible to estimate the size of population in IDUs by applying the Capture-Recapture method. The result is reliable and the method is suitable in districts where health resources are limited.

Objective To study the effects of the clinical pathway on hip arthroplasty. Methods Fifty patients with hip arthroplasty were selected. Twenty-three cases in the control group were treated with traditional methods, and 27 cases in the experimental group were applied with the clinical pathway for standardized treatment. Any differences in Harris scores, hospital costs and days in postoperative care at 1 week and 3 months were compared statistically between the two groups. Results Complications, hospital costs and average length of stay in postoperative care were significantly lower in the experimental group than among the controls. The Harris scores in postoperative week 1 were significantly higher in the experimental group than among the controls. Conclusion The clinical pathway using standard diagnosis and treatment can not only decrease hospital costs and average length of stay, it can also limit postoperative complications and quickly improve joint function, giving better quality medical care.

Applying the effective teaching theory to the small-class teaching of pharmacology can improve the flexibility of small-class teaching mode under the guidance of the concept of effective teaching and high efficiency. The course chapters were randomly selected for traditional teaching mode or small-class teaching mode based on effective teaching theory in the same class. Practice has proved that the small-class teaching based on AO-AMFM can enhance student analysis and make careful smart objective and teaching frame work before class, and can also reach prompt activation, multi-learning, effective feedback and multi-summary, which can significantly improve students' learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on anxiety in patients of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) undergoing intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP). Methods 50 patients with AMI undergoing IABP with the score of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) more than 14 points, were divided into conventional intervention group (n=25) and comprehensive intervention group (n=25). The conventional intervention group received all the conventional nursing measures including cognitive behavioral intervention, and the comprehensive intervention group received propofol intravenous pumping in addition with Ramsay sedation at II-III level. The vital signs, HAMA scores, major cardiovascular events, and vascular complications were recorded before and the 1st-5th days after intervention. Results The HAMA scores, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean pressure decreased in most of the time points after intervention in the comprehensive intervention group (P<0.05). And there was no complication such as low blood pressure, respiratory depression. The incidence rates of cardiac arrhythmias, puncture hematoma/bleeding and catheter displacement were lower in the comprehensive intervention group than in the conventional intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can improve the symptoms of anxiety in the patients with AMI undergoing IABP, and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, vascular complications and catheter displacement.

Objective To study the significance of HSP47 gene in keloid formation after in vivo study with RNAi technology and the recombinant HSP4 7 siRNA against heat shock protein 47 to keloid in a nude mice model. Methods We injected RNAi mixture into the keloid of a nude mice model in experimental group and PBS water(0.25 ml)into control group at the 16th days after establishing the models. After interference we observed the specimens and harvested specimens at 7th days for biochemical and pathological analysis. Results The expression of HSP47 mRNA reduced obviously and the collagen content also reduced in the experimental group. The rusults had statistical significance. Conclusion We can suppress the expression of HSP47 gene and then reduce the production of collagen after in vivo interfering experiment with HSP4 7 siRNA in keloid nude mice models using RNAi technique. This study cornfirms the mechanism that HSP47 promotes the keloid formation, which provides a new target to treat keloid.

Objective To explore the role of hydrogen sulfide (H 2S ) in acute liver injury induced by crush-ing hind lim bs of rats. Methods The rats w ere random ly divided into the follow ing groups:control, crush-ing, H 2S donor sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) + crushing, H 2S inhibitor propargylglycine (PAG ) + crush-ing group. The acute liver injury m odel w as established by crushing the hind lim bs of rats w ith standard w eight. R ats w ere sacrificed at 30 m in and 120 m in after the crush. The activities of serum aspartate am inotransferase (AST) and alanine am inotransferase (ALT) w ere m easured by colorim etric m ethod, and the content of H 2S in plasm a and the contents of m alondialdehyde (MDA), protein carbonyl, glutathione (GSH) in the liver and the activity of H 2S generating enzym e (cystathionine γ-lyase, CSE) w ere deter-m ined by chem ical m ethod. The expression of CSEm R N Ain liver w as detected by R T-PCR . Results For crush injury group, the levels of ASTand ALTin serum , MDAand protein carbonyl in liver in-creased. The levels of GSH, CSE, CSEm R N Ain liver and H 2S in serum decreased. The adm inistration of NaHS before lim bs crush could attenuate the changes of liver injury, but the pre-treatm ent w ith PAG could exacerbate the changes. Conclusion The decrease of H 2S production could involve in m ediating the acute liver injury induced by traum atic stress in rats.
