1.Levels of Interferon ? and Interleukin-10 in Sera and in Culture Supernatants of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells from Children with Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Carriers and Their Clinical Significance
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(17):-
Objective To explore the levels of interferon ?(IFN-?) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in sera and in hepatitis B virus(HBV) core antigen(HBcAg) stimulated culture supernatants of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) from chronic HBV carriers children and their clinical significance. Methods Five milliliter peripheral blood was collected from 21 HBeAg-positive children(group A),20 HBeAg-negative children(group B) and 19 normal controls(group C),sera and PBMC was isolated, after 72 h culture of PBMC with HBcAg or not.The levels of IFN-? and IL-10 in sera and in HBcAg stimulated or not stimulated culture supernatants of PBMC were detected. Results The level of sera IFN-? had no difference between each group;the sera level of IL-10 in group A and B were significantly higher than that of group C.The level of IFN-? in HBcAg stimulated culture supernatants of PBMC from group B and C were higher than that from group A;while IL-10 levels in HBcAg stimulated culture supernatants from group A and B were higher than that from group C.Conclusions The level of IL-10 and the lower reactivity to HBcAg of PBMC play roles in the mechanisms of chronic HBV carriers children.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(11):131-136
Through searching literature about cytochrome P450 from PubMed, CNKI, CBM and Wanfang database in the recent 10 years, this article concluded, summarized and analyzed vivo and vitro research methods of cytochrome P450 to provide references for the study on TCM cytochrome P450 enzyme.
4.Everolimus prevents experimental IgA nephropathy in rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2016;32(10):1887-1891
[ ABSTRACT] AIM:To investigate the effects of everolimus on the experimental IgA nephropathy in rats and its possible mechanisms .METHODS:The rat model of experimental IgA nephropathy was established .The rats were ran-domly divided into control group , IgA group and everolimus treatment group .After the corresponding treatments were gi-ven, urinary red blood cells , protein and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase ( NAG) were examined .Immunofluorescence stai-ning was used to analyze the level of IgA precipitation in the renal tissues .Additionally, the protein expression of myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88), TLR4, NF-κB, IL-4 and IL-13 was determined by Western blot. The mRNA levels of IL-4 and IL-13 were detected by qPCR .RESULTS:Everolimus significantly inhibited the increases in the urinary levels of red blood cells, protein and NAG in experimental IgA nephropathy rats .Furthermore, IgA nephropathy-induced increases in the protein expression of MyD88, TLR4, NF-κB, IL-4 and IL-13 were attenuated after everolimus treatment .Similar re-sults were obtained in the mRNA levels of IL-4 and IL-13 by qPCR detection .CONCLUSION: Everolimus improves the impairments of renal function in experimental IgA nephropathy rats as evidenced by decreasing urinary red blood cells , pro-tein and NAG, which may be related to the inhibition of MyD 88, TLR4, NF-κB, IL-4 and IL-13 expression.
5.A meta-analysis of the relation of polymorphism at the sites-1082,-592 and -819 of IL-10 gene promoter with the susceptibility to hepatitis B virus infection
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(09):-
0.05).However,the presence of TC genotype was significantly associated with an increased risk of HBV infection(P0.05).Conclusions The presence of GG genotype at the site-1082 and CC genotype at the site-819 are significantly associated with decreased risk of HBV infection, while the presence of TC genotype at the site-819 is associated with an increased risk of HBV infection. The presence of other genotypes and the frequencies of all the alleles are not associated with the risk of HBV infection.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
This article analyzes a series of ethical issues in the psychological health management of college students, puts forward some corresponding ethical countermeasures from the perspectives of reasonable objectives, principles, contents and operational process of the psychological health management on the basis of people-oriented and harmonious concept in order to correctly deal with ethical issues of psychological health management, and promote the development of psychological health management.
7.A preliminary study of arsenic trioxide induced apoptosis of human cholangiocarcinoma QBC939 cell line
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To study arsenic trioxide induces apoptosis of human cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC939. Methods MTT was applied to detect the inhibitory effect of arsenic trioxide on cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC939. Morphological changes were observed by light microscopy and fluorescence microscopy. Rhodamine123 dyeing and analysis of DNA content and cell cycle were examined by flow cytometry. Results Cell growth was significantly inhibited by different concentration(1-16?mol/L) of arsenic trioxide. The inhibition ratio was dependent on arsenic concentration and time. The typical morphological character of ~apoptosis was observed, apoptotic peak of hypodiploid was detected and fluorescence intensity of ~Rhodamine 123 decreased when the cells were cultured with 4?mol/L As_2O_3. Conclusions As_2O_3 can induce ~apoptosis of cell line QBC939. The mechanism may be related to the depolarization of mitochondrial ~membrane potential.
8.A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF THE RESEARCH ON ANTEROLATERAL THIGH FLAP
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To understand the status and developmental trends of the research on anterolateral thigh flap. Methods The PubMed search was downloaded and the results were imported into the EndNote database, then the distribution was analysed by age, nation, language, periodical and frequency. Results There were 236 articles on anterolateral thigh flap in PubMed from 1996 to August 2006.The amount of articles multiply increased from 2002 to August 2006,at eighty percent of all. They were published in 8 languages,in 47 journals and from 9 countries.China and the USA are the major countries of the publication, with 77 articles each, which altogether took up 65.2% of the total.Words of a high frequency are as follows: free skip flap, island skin flap, ultrathin skin flap, perforating artery, and descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery, the frequency ratio of which is up to 97.46%.Conclusion The papers on anterolateral thigh flap are written mainly by China and USA;English is the main publishing language; The articles are chiefly published by Plast Reconstr Surg and other 8 journals. The research emphases of the anterolateral thigh flap are on free skip flap, perforating flap, ultrathin skin flap, and island flap.Angiography and 3D-reconstruction are the recent techniques for the research.

Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2014;27(6):606-607
Nursing had a long history over thousands of years which developed from ancient saying better bid the cooks than the medicine,disease-centered and patient centered tohealth-centered clinical nursing. In order to promote quality of clinical nursing,it need innovation by introducing translational medicine into nursing. This paper analyzed how to integrate translational medicine into clinic nursing and explore nursing model based on translational medicine.
