1.Content Determination of the Principal Agent in Bumetanide Tablets by HPLC-Fluoremetry

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of the principal agent in bumetanide tablets by HPLC-fluoremetry.METHODS:HPLC-fluoremetry was carried out using a Kromasil C 18 column and a mobile phase con?sisting of acetonitrile-water(50∶50),the fluorescence detector of228nm for excitation and418nm for emission was used,the internal standard was dixiben,the flow rate was0.6ml/min,the sample size was20?l,the column temperature was the same as room temperature.RESULTS:The concentration of bumetanide was linear in the range of16.75~335.00?g/ml(r=0.9997),the average recovery was99.26%(RSD=0.49%,n=3).CONCLUSION:The present method is convenient and reliable,whi_ ch can be used for content determination of the principal agent in bumetanide tablets.
2.Determination of Mizolastine Tablet by RP-HPLC

OBIECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of mizolastine in tablet.METHODS:HPLC was carried out,using a HiQ sil C 18 column and a mobile phase consisting of0.025mol/L KH 2 PO 4 buffer solution-acetonitrile(72∶28).The flow rate was0.5ml/min.RESULTS:The standard curve was linear over the range of4.16~416?g/ml of mizolastine(r=0.9998).The recovery of mizolastine was99.98%(RSD=0.44%,n=3).CONCLUSION:The proposed method is sim?ple,accurate and can be used for the content determination of Mizolastine tablet.
3.Relations between Breast Cancer Treatment Strategy and HER-2 Overexpression

Objective To study the expression of HER-2 expression in breast cancer and the significance ,and to look into rela-tions between axillary lymph node metastasis in patients ,TNM ,T staging ,histological type ,PR and ER as well as drug treatment strategy of HER-2 over expression .Methods Eighty-four cases of patients admitted by this hospital from May 2008 to May 2012 diagnosed with breast cancers were selected ,84 patients were examined in this hospital ,and conditions of patients were classified , they were tested by use of Streptavidin-Peroxidase (SP method) ,test results and samples of normal breast tissues were compared . Results The level of HER-2 factor receptor in mammary gland tissues of patients with breast cancer was higher than that within normal breast tissue ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ,the expression of HER-2 receptor in patients with breast cancer tissue was unrelated to TNM staging ,histological type (P values were 0 .256 and 0 .157 respectively) .Conclusion HER-2 plays a key role in the identifying the generation and development of the breast cancer ,and it can provide the basis for the diagnosis ,multi-targeted therapy of patients with breast cancers .
4.Expression of S100 and MMP-7 in the Perineural Invasion of Cholangiocarcinoma and Their Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the expression of S100 and MMP-7 in human cholangiocarcinoma and their correlation with the perineural invasion of cholangiocarcinoma.MethodsThe expression of S100 and MMP-7 in 36 cases of human cholangiocarcinoma tissues and edjunct cancer tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry method,combining with the clinical documents analysis.ResultsThe positive rates of S100 and MMP-7 in 36 cases of human cholangiocarcinoma were 61.11%(22/36) and 83.33%(30/36),respectively,while in edjunct cancer tissues were 30.56%(11/36),0.0%(0/36).The positive rate of Hematoxylin and Eosin staining indicated perineural invasion was significantly correlated with S100(P0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between S100 and MMP-7(P

Objective Laboratory animal practitionres need further management through technical and capacity training.Methods Relying on the Laboratory Animal Center of University and its highly qualified faculty, a high-quality training base for laboratory animal practitioners has been set up.Results Based on the relevant laws and regulations about experimental animals, appropriate training outlines, different training books and courses were prepared and organized for different trainees.Focusing on the detailed and exact experiments, training base has put emphasis on the practical ability and operational skills.Conclusions How to regulate the training for laboratory animal practitioner by means of base training is discussed and tried out in this paper.

7.Determination of Plasma Ozagrel Concentration by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To determine the concentration of ozagrel in human plasma by RP-HPLC.METHODS:The sample separation was performed on a SinoChrom OPS-AP column.The mobile phase consisted of 0.025 mol?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution-acetonitrile(85∶15) with a flow rate of 0.8 mL?min-1 and a detection wavelength of 274 nm.The internal standard was levodropropizine.RESULTS:The linear range of ozagrel was 0.7~21.3 ?g?mL-1,(r=0.999 6).The extraction recovery of ozagrel was 83.78%~89.14% and the methodological recovery of it was 101.95%~106.68%.The intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were 1.33%~3.27% and 2.72%~5.97%,respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and it is applicable for the pharmacokinetic study of ozagrel in human plasma.
8.Effect of Chinese nutgall solution on micro-hardness of root canal dentin

Irrigation is one of the most important steps of root canal preparation. This study evaluated the dentin micro-hardness changes irrigated by Chinese nutgall solution and other irrigants, and investigated the influence of each irrigant on root canal dentin hardness. The results showed that all kinds of solution decreased the micro-hardness of root canal dentine. Chinese nutgall solution group did not significantly decrease the dentine micro-hardness with concentration increased over time.

OBJECTIVE:To develop effective and systematical software to monitor the application of essential medicines and promote rational use of essential medicines in hospitals at various levels. METHODS:Using original data of hospital information system(HIS) ,the five modules of Usage Statistics and Management System for Essential Medicines were designed,such as acquiring,inquiry,statistics,analysis and management of data,in order to develop relevance software. RESULTS&CONCLUSION:This system can carry out the real-time analysis and the monitory of the application of essential medicines and can master the consumption pattern and characteristic of essential medicines while provide an efficient way to evaluate and monitor the rational use of essential medicines.
