1.The effect of different adjuvants and challenge methods on asthma mice′s lung inflammation
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(36):4433-4435
Objective To investigate the effect of different adjuvants and challengemethods on asthma mice′s lung inflammation . Methods BALB/c mice were sensitized with ovalbumin in aluminium hydroxide or alum adjuvant .After 7 days challenges ,choose the proper adjuvant with intranasal or atomized to prepare mice asthma model .Count and classify the white blood cells (WBC) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) ,observe the peribronchial and perivascular inflammation .Results Compare the WBC and eos-nophils in BALF ,the alum group are higher than aluminum hydroxide group(P<0 .05) ,5 and 7 days′atomized groups are highter than 3 days′intranasal group(P<0 .05) ,5 and 7 days′atomized groups have showed no significant difference (P>0 .05) .10 days after the last challenge ,the inflammation fade sharply ,and the corresponding result occured in the lung inflammation .Conclusion In establishing asthma model ,alum is better than aluminum hydroxide ,atomization is better than intranasal .Inflammation will fade after stop atomization a period of time .
2.Zhuanggu Bushen Decoction and Acupuncture Treat Osteoporosis
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
[Objective] To observe the cure effect of combination of TCM and WM on osteoporosis.[Method] Randomly divide the patients into 3 groups, group A takes trout calcitonin,B is added with self-made Zhuanggu Bushen Decoction,C is added with acupuncture on the basis above.Meanwhile all take calcium and active vitamin D for assistance, compare the results after 2 courses.[Result] In group A,3 were cured,3 had marked effect,4 effective, total effective rate 40%;in B,they were 6,6,4 and 64% respectively;in C,they were 8,10,5 and 92% respectively. In comparison,B was better than A,C better than B.[Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM has marked cure effect on osteoporosis.

Objective To investigate the application of endovascular distal parent artery occlusion in vertebral artery dissecting aneurysms involving the posterior inferior cerebellar artery. Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 5 patients with vertebral artery dissecting aneurysms involving the posterior inferior cerebellar artery who received the endovascular distal parent artery occlusion were retrospectively analyzed. Results Complete occlusion of dissected arterial and aneurysm segments was achieved in 4 patients. After followed up 6-12 months, angiography showed no recurrence or neurological deficit.Continued filling of the dissected aneurysm was observed in 1 patient's follow-up angiography, but without rehaemorrhagia or neurological deficit. Conclusions The endovascular distal parent artery occlusion is a safe and efficient choice for treating vertebral artery dissecting aneurysms involving the posterior inferior cerebellar artery, which keeps the posterior inferior cerebellar artery flowing unobstructed while clipping the dissecting aneurysm.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
The effects of different technicological processes on the dissolubility of enteric coating aspirin tablets were studied. With testing in vitro, significant differences were found among three kinds of tablets from four factories in dissoluble feature. The length of time needed for release and that for disintegration of tablets from Factory C were 90 minutes and 5 minutes repectively, which were the shortest, and those from Factocy B, 210 minutes and 120 minutes repectively, which were the longest among three kinds of tablets. The average dissoluble amount of aspirin contained in tablets from Factory C was 74.07%;Factory D,74. 51%; Factory A, 66.6%; and Factory B, 62.51%. All the parameters determined were statistically different among three kinds of products by analysis of varianee(p

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(02):-
Objective: To explore whether abnormal brain activity exists in schizophrenics during resting state by fMRI technique and regional homogeneity(ReHo)approach. Methods: fMRI images were obtained in resting state from 18 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed with the DSM-Ⅳ criteria and 18 control subjects. The newly published ReHo approach was applied for fMRI data analysis. Results: Patients with schizophrenia showed decreased ReHo of BOLD signal in resting brain compared with control subjects(P

Objective To observe the effect of combination treatment of lamivudine, tripterygium glycosides and ahalysantinfarctasum on hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN)in children. Methods Sixty cases with HBV-GN were divided into 2 groups randomly. The observation group was treated with lamivudine(100 mg/d),tripterygium glycosides [0.5 mg/(kg?d)],and ahalysantinfarctasum [0.01 U/(kg?d),3 d];the control group were treated with tripterygium glycosides 0.5 mg/(kg?d)only.The effect was judged after treatment according to clinical research guide principle of chronic nephritis treated with new Chinese materia medica and clinical research guide principle of viral hepatitis treated with new Chinese materia medica.Statistic analysis were performed with the PEMS 3.1 for windows statistic program package.Values were considered statistically significant at P
