Objective: To investigate the applicative value of multislice spiral computed tomography angiography (MSCTA) in the microsurgery of ruptured intracranial aneurysm caused acute intracerebral hematoma. Methods: The imaging and clinical data of 15 patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm caused intracerebral hematomas, whom underwent emergency surgery after preoperative CT angiography (CTA) were analyzed retrospectively. The surgical plan was determined according to the CTA imaging results. The hematomas were evacuated and the aneurysm were clipped. The applicative value of CTA were evaluated. Results: All the 15 patients were confirmed as intracranial aneurysms in the operation, which was essentially consistent with the preoperative diagnosis by CTA. The size and growth direction of the aneurysms were essentially consistent with the preoperative judgement, and all the aneurysms were clipped. The prognosis of the patients was assessed by the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS). All the patients were followed up by the outpatient department and/or telephone for 6 to 78 months (mean 24 months). The GOS score in 2 patients was 2, in 2 was 3, in 6 was 4, and in 5 was 5. Conclusion: Head CTA can briefly and quickly identify the ruptured intracranial aneurysm caused intracerebral hematoma and provide intuitive three-dimensional morphology and anatomical localization of the aneurysms. It is helpful to hematoma evacuation and clipping of the aneurysms in emergency operation.

Objective To investigate the value of the wireless mobile information technology in pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods The clinical data of 55 severe craniocerebral injury patients with using wireless mobile information technology in ambulance from October 2010 to March 2012 (wireless group) and 50 severe craniocerebral injury patients without using wireless mobile information technology in ambulance from April 2009 to September 2010 (traditional group) were enrolled in this study.The scores of Glasgow coma scale,time from injury to being given the exact treatment,and survival rate were compared between two groups.Results The scores of GCS between two groups showed no significant difference(t =0.551,P＞ 0.05).The time from injury to being given the exact treatment in wireless group was significantly shorter than that in traditional group [(1.646 ± 0.499) h vs.(2.085 ±0.573) h,t =4.051,P＜0.05].Comparing to traditional group,the survival rate in wireless group was significantly reduced [78.2％ (43/55) vs.58.0％ (29/50),x2 =4.057,P ＜ 0.05].Conclusions Wireless mobile information technology using in pre-hospital enable in-hospital treatment in advance,shorten the waiting time to get the exact treatment.Wireless mobile information technology is the joint between pre-hospital and in-hospital and enhance the survival rate of severe craniocerebral injury.

Objective:To optimize the alcohol extraction process of Yiqigutuo granules. Methods: Using the L9 (34 ) orthogonal design method, the active ingredients astragaloside and ferulic acid in the formula were quantitatively analyzed by HPLC. The concen-tration and amount of ethanol, extraction times and extraction duration and the other parameters affecting the extraction volume were ex-amined. Results:Analysis of variance showed that the ethanol concentration and extraction times had significant influence on the ex-tract content and the extraction of ferulic acid. The best alcohol extraction process was as follows:70% ethanol of 10-fold volume, ex-tracting 3 times with 1. 5h for each time. Conclusion:The process is stable, and suitable for the industrial production.

Objective: To investigate the negative mood status of nurses and patients in different hospitals. Methods: Mood of the nurses and patients from a tumor hospital and a general hospital were assessed with SDS, SAS and by professional assessment with HAMA and HAMD. Results: The rates of anxiety and depression of nurses and patients were both significantly higher than that of the normal group, however, there was no correlation between the bad mood of the patients and the nurses. Objective To study and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of CT-guided radioactive 125Iseeds implantation combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty for spinal vertebra metastases.Methods Fifteen patients and 21 lesions were enrolled in this study.Based on the CT images,a computer-based treatment planning system (TPS) was used to determine the optimal seeds distribution.Under CT-guided,radioactive 125I seeds were implanted into the lesions.Based on the X-ray and CT image after the implantation,quality check was carried out with TPS.The ostalgia-relieving degree and the image alterations of the spinal vertebra metastases lesions were observed.Two months later,15 patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty with DSA guidance,bone cement was made according to the ratio methyl acrylic resin polymer/liquid methyl acrylic resin monomer/contrast as 3 ∶ 2 ∶ 1 in injecting paste form.The puncturation through pedicle of vertebral arch and lateral posterior body of vertebra was both adopted in thoracic and lumbosacral vertebrae site.After making sure that the puncturation was completed and there was no leakage in vertebral body,the bone cement was injected into vertebral body quickly.Results Accepted radioactive 125I seeds plantation,relief of pain was obtained.Among 15 patients,8 patients were powerful,6 patients were effective and 1 patient was inefficiency.After treatment,the pain grading significantly decreased.After treatment for 2 months,CT was used to recheck,7 lesions were local controlled,12 lesions had no changes,2 lesions were progress.The responsive rate was 90.5％ (19/21).No serious side-effect happened.Conclusions Radioactive 125I seeds implantation can be a safe and effective method in treating spinal vertebra metastases and obtaining good clinical effects with minimal damage and few complications.Percutaneous vertebroplasty can strengthen the target and relief pain quickly.CT-guided radioactive 125I seeds implantation combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of spinal vertebra metastases has complementary advantages.

Objective To study the effects of high salt intake on blood pressure and renin-angiotensin in male rats with different plasm androgen levels.Methods Thirty male Wistar rats were randomized to sham(n=10)or operated(n=10),or castration(n=10),or testosterone replacement after castarion(26.7 mg/kg,n=10)and fed with 8% NaCl for 8 weeks.Tall arterial pressure were recorded before,4 and 8 weeks after experiment.Serum PRA,plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)and testosterone(T)were determined by radioimmunoassey respectively. Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of combined therapy of Chinese and West-ern medicine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods According to the digital table,130 patients with schizophre-nia were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with perphenazine and other Western medicine treatment,the observation group was treated based on the control group with Jieyu Kaiqiao pill added,The clinical curative effect,PANSS score and adverse drug reaction of both groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 96.92%,significantly high-er than that of the control group (72.31%);After treatment,PANSS score of observation group was (42.68 ±6.11), while it was (55.12 ±6.45)in control group.The PANSS scores of both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,PANSS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,there was significant difference between groups(t=6.61,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 10.77%,significantly lower than the control group (58.46%);the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =32.66,P<0.05).Conclusion Jieyu Kaiqiao pill combined with Western medicine for the treatment of schizophre-nia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.

Objective To investigate the treatment mechanism and effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) in treating rabbit knee osteoarthosis(KOA).Methods Thirty-two New Zealand adult clean class rabbits were randomly divided into the blank control group(A),model control group(B),PRP treatment group(C) and sodium hyaluronate treatment group(D).The group A conducted the simulated model construction,while the group B,C and D established the KOA rabbit model by using the Hulth method.After establishing the animal model,the group C was given PRP 0.5mLl by knee articular cavity injection,once every 3 weeks,twice in total;the group D was given sodium hyaluronate by knee articular cavity injection,once per week for 5 continuous weeks.The group A and B were injected with equal amount of normal saline at the same time point in the group C.The histological structure of articular cartilage,cell number,integrity of tidal line,and toluidine blue staining were observed by common optical microscope.The differences of Mankin′s scores were compared among various groups.The proper amount of knee joint fluid was collected for measuring the arachidonic acid expression in each group.Results The structure and morphology of articular cartilage in the group A were normal without obvious damage,while which in the group B,C and D had different degrees of damage,especially the cartilage structure in the group B had greater changes.Although the group B and C had the morphological and structure change of articular cartilage,but which was close to the cartilage structure in the group A.The Mankin′s score in the group A was lowest,while which in the group B was highest,which in the group C and D was significantly decreased after intervention treatment;the difference between the group B with the group C and D had statistical significance(P<0.05).The difference between the group C and D had statistical significance(P<0.05).The arachidonic acid level in the group A was lowest and which in the group B was highest,which in the group C and group D ranged between the group A and B,moreover the group C was lower than the group D (P<0.05).Conclusion PRP has obvious therapeutic and alleviated effect in treating KOA.
