Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(6):415-418
Hypoxia inducible factor (HIF-1α) is a hypoxia response regulator, which is highly expressed in malignant tumors.Researches have shown that HIF-1α plays an important role in epithelial mesenchymal transformation. It can regulate epithelial mesenchymal transition through a series of signal pathways and mechanisms at many levels,to participate in the invasion and metastasis of tumors. To explore the mechanism of HIF-lα controlling epithelial mesenchymal transformation has important significance for the development of new, effective tumor treatment methods.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(07):-
Objective To explore the effect of lactational TCDD exposure alone on growing development and cytochrome P4501A1(CYP1A1) in mice offspring. Methods Mature Kunming mice (clean animal,No.604017) were divided to 2 treatment groups (40 and 20 ?g /kg bw TCDD),2 vehicle controls and 1 normal control. There were 3 maternal mice and 25-28 pups in each group. Maternal mice were administered TCDD by intraperitoneal injection in three times on post-parturition days 1,3,5,and the mice offspring were exposed to TCDD by maternal milk. The changes of body weight and the development of reproductive system were observed. The pups were sacrificed on postnatal days (PND) 35,and CYP1A1 expression in the lungs of mice offspring were measured by immunohistochemistry. Results The average body weight of mice offspring in 2 TCDD treatments decreased significantly from PND14 (P

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
In this article the prophylactic effects of the compound injection of tanshinone to panereatic tissues in the experimental white rats with acute pancreatitis was reported. The compound injection of tanshinone could retard the degrec of pancreatic hemorrhage and necrosis of the experimental white rats. It could also reduce the fatality rate of the animal, The value of serum superoxide dismutase in tanshinone protected group were significantly low or than that of nonprotected group The result suggested that the compound injection tanshinone might minimize the pathological change degrees of the panereatie tissue by means of improving microcirculation of the pancreatic tissues, enhencing the tolerence of the pancrease to anoxia, reducing generation of the free redical.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of left-handed pantoprazole sodium on rat models of gastric ulcer generated by pyloric ligation .Methods The rat models induced by pylorus ligation were treated with a single intravenous injection of left-handed pantoprazole sodium .The gastric ulcer inhibition rate , volume of gastric juice, activity of pepsin, and level of serum gastrin were determined and gastric mucosa tissue was examined by pathology . Results The gastric ulcer index , volume of gastric juice , activity of pepsin and level of serum gastrin in the rats pretreated with left-handed pantoprazole sodium (0.9, 1.8, 3.6 mg/kg, i.v.) were significantly lower than those in the model group .The lesions of gastric mucosa were also improved in the pantoprazole-treated groups .Conclusions Left-handed pantoprazole sodium has remarkable protective effects on the gastric mucosa in rat models of gastric ulcer induced by pyloric ligation.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(9):588-590
Objective To explore the factors related to the prognosis and survival duration of primary liver cancer patients after hepatectomy. Methods The data of primary liver cancer patientswho were treated by surgical resection were analyzed retrospectively.Kaplain-Meier method was used to evaluate survival rates.Log-rank test and Cox regression analysis were used to screen out related clinical phathology factors. Results The median survival time was eighteen months.Univarivate analysis showed that liver function Child-Pugh classification, cirrhosis, tumor size,HBV infection,AFP,portal vein tumor thrombus significantly correlated with survival rates (P < 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that liver function Child-Pugh classification, tumor size,AFP and portal vein tumor thrombus were the independent prognostic factors of primary liver cancer (P < 0.05).Conclusion Many factors are related to the prognosis of primary liver cancer after operation.Liver function Child-Pugh classification, tumor size,AFP and portal vein tumor thrombus affect prognostic independently.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2000;28(11):647-649
Objective:To discuss the relationship between blood-lipid change and acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) and tocompare the blood-lipid levels in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage (CH group) with those in the patients with cerebralinfarction (CI group). Methods:The blood-lipid levels in 300 patients with ACVD (ACVD group) and 100 patients withother system disease (control group) were tested with automatic biochemistry analysor and compared between the twogroups. Results:There were significant differences between ACVD group and control group as well as between CH group andCI group. Conclusion:Although there were blood-lipid metabolic disturbances in both CH and CI patients, their degrees weresignificantly different, which should be closely observed and controlled in clinic.

Objective To investigate the application of colposcope in cervical cancer screening in Yunnan ethnic minority areas. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted on 641 women, and the data of the colposcopy and biopsy were reviewed retrospectively. The colposcopy and pathological diagnosis results were compared. Results The minority women thought colposcopy more acceptable was 78.64% (383/487).The colposcopy found suspected low-grade cervical lesions were 377 cases,high-grade cervical lesions were 245 cases, cervical condyloma were 15 cases, cervical cancer were 4 cases. The pathological results:278 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅰ,174 cases of CIN Ⅱ,55 cases of CIN Ⅲ,15 cases of cervical condyloma,4 cases of cervical cancer. The consistent rate of colposcopy and pathological examination was 68.17% (257/377) in low-grade lesions,89.39% (219/245) in high-grade lesions, cervical cancer and cervical condyloma was entirely consistent. Conclusions The colposcopy is more easily accepted in Yunnan ethnic minority areas, which could be a preliminary diagnosis of cervical lesions, cervical condyloma and cervical cancer. It has an important clinical application value in diagnosis of cervical diseases.
10.A novel amorphous calcium phosphate drug-eluting stent:its biocompatibility after implantation into mini-swine coronary artery
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(16):2354-2359
BACKGROUND:As previously reported, poly-L-lactic acid stents have been mostly used as coronary artery stents, but this stent has a lack of early support force and produces some acidic products that wil induce local vascular inflammatory reactions.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the biocompatibility of a novel amorphous calcium phosphate drug-eluting stent, after implantation into mini-swine coronary artery.
METHODS:Twenty mini-swine were randomly equivalently divided into observation group and control group. The right femoral arteries of animals were separated layer by layer and the new type of biodegradable stent and poly-L-lactic acid stent were implanted, respectively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The vessel lumes in the two groups were smooth and unobstructed showed by coronary artery angiography immediately after implantation. At 4 weeks after implantation, the coronary angiography showed the patency of vessel lumens with no stent thrombosis and stenosis in both two groups. The C-reactive protein levels in the two groups had no significant differences before and 4 weeks after stent implantation. At 4 weeks after implantation, the number of lymphocytes and inflammatory score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but the neointimal area and percentage of stenosis area had no significant difference between the two groups. These results indicate that the novel amorphous calcium phosphate drug-eluting stent after implantation into mini-swine coronary artery has good biocompatibility.
