4.Effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction on Humoral Immunity of Rats with Exercise-induced Exhaustion
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;32(6):1052-1054,1058
Objective To observe the influence of modified Sijunzi Decoction on the decrease of immune function of exercise-induced exhaustion rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were given adaptive training, and then 6 dead or non-adaptive rats were dropped out. The remaining 24 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group ( N= 8) , model group ( N = 8) , and modified Sijunzi Decoction group ( MSD group, N = 8) . Normal group did not receive any medication and took diet freely. The rats of model group and MSD group were orally given distilled water or modified Sijunzi Decoction 8 g per day respectively after the modeling by exercise-induced exhaustion. After 61 days, the serum was taken from the three groups, and immunoglobulin lgA, lgG, lgM, and complement C3,C4 were detected. Results The contents of immunoglobulins IgA, IgG, IgM and complements C3, C4 in MSD group were higher than those in the model group ( P<0.01) . Conclusion The decrease of immunity occurs in the process of exercise stress, but can be delayed by modified Sijunzi Decoction..

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To observe the effects of stone needle on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation period (AECOPD). Methods One hundred and forty five cases of AECOPD were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in combined treatment group (n =49) received that stone needle hot compresses the back and Chinese herbal medicine besides routine treatment. Patients in Chinese herbal medicine group (n =48) received Chinese herbal medicine besides routine treatment. Patients in placebo group (n =48) received routine treatment. Results The effective rate of combined treatment group was 89.80%,and that of Chinese herbal medicine group was 85.42%,which were all significantly higher than which in placebo group (72.92%,P

China Pharmacist 2014;(11):1859-1861
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Aitongxiao granules. Methods:TLC was used to identify Herba Hedy-otis Diffusa, Herba Scutell Barbatae, Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Rubra in Aitongxiao granules, and the content of scutellarin was determined by HPLC. The stationary phase was a Kromasial C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm), the mobile phase was metha-nol-3% acetic acid (33∶67), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 335 nm, and the temperature was 25℃. Results:The characteristic TLC spots of the granule samples were the same as those of the standard samples without any inter-ference from the negative control. Scutellarin had a good linear relationship within the range of 2.18-10.90μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9), and the average recovery was 96. 65% with RSD of 1. 45﹪(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reliable and repro-ducible, which could be used in the quality control of Aitongxiao granules.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Methods A total of 34 cases(38 sides) of middle(5 sides) or upper(33 sides) ureteral calculus were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. The stones were(0.8 cm?1.0 cm)~(1.5 cm?3.0 cm) in size.Twenty cases had been previously treated by unsuccessful extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Results The operation was successfully completed in 33 cases and a conversion to open surgery was required in 1 case because of extensive adhesion and blood oozing. The operating time was 45~190 min(mean,85.5 min),the intraoperative blood loss was 10~50 ml(mean,20.6 ml),and the postoperative hospitalization,3~7 d(mean,4.3 d).Postoperative recovery was uneventful. No complication was observed during a 3~24 months(mean,9.7 months) of follow-up.Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is micro-invasive,simple to perform, and safe.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the causes of urinary calculi recurrence following ESWL. Methods After constructing the animal model of urinary calculi, the sheep with stone were treated by ESWL and the treated kidney was checked with morphological studies. Results The renal pelvic membrane was initially damaged heavily, the injure being healed from 2 ~ 4 weeks. At the same time, there were some calculi particles embeded in the renal pelvic membrane. Conclusions The embeded calculi particles and the damage of the pelvic membrane were the main causes of calculi recurrence following ESWL.
