2.Studies on diversity of diosgenin in different part of rhizome of Dioscorea zingiberensis in various growing period

ObjectTo study the accumulation and distribution of dioscin in the different part of rhizome of Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright and the differences of its diosgenin. Methods Histochemistry has been used to study the accumulation and distribution of dioscin in the different part of rhizome and diosgenin was determined by HPLC. Results Dioscin distributed mainly in ground tissue. The amount of dioscin accumulated in the plant part from the region distributed with small vascular bundle (SVB) is the most abundant, and the diosgenin is also the highest in the same region; both of them in the region with no vascular bundle (NVB) are next to that of SVB; the amount of dioscin accumulated in the region distributed with big vascular bundle (BVB) is the lowest, and the diosgenin is the lowest in the same region too. Conclusion Diosgenin in every region of the three of male rhizome is higher than that of female rhizome and diosgenin in every region of the three of monoecism is between those of male and female rhizome.

Object To explore the content of aloin in the leaves of Aloe arborescens Mill at different leaf age and its difference reason Methods The aloin content was determined by HPLC and anatomical structure of the leaves was studied with semi thin section Results The aloin content declines and the volume of large parenchymatous cell in vascular bundle atrophies from top to bottom with leaf growth in the same plant Conclusion The above results may provide references of the best time for collecting the leaves of A arborescens
6.Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment effect of children aged 8 to 12 years with bronchial asthma

Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment effect of children aged 8-12 years with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 110 asthmatic children admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given random symptomatic nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The clinical efficacy and treatment compliance between the two groups after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 98. 2%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (74. 5%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The compliance rate of the observation group was 98. 2% after treatment, which was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(74. 5%). There was significant difference between the two groups in treatment compliance(P<0. 05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention combined with treatment in chil dren aged 8-12 years old with bronchial asthma is conducive to the active treatment of children, improve treatment compliance, thereby significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
7.Gene expression and immunolocalization of chitin deacetylase BmCDA2 in silkworm.

Deacetylation of chitin is closely related to insect development and metamorphosis. Chitin deacetylase (CDA) is a key enzyme in the process. However, to date, the CDAs of Bombyx mori (BmCDAs), which is a model Lepidopteran insect, were not well studied. In order to better understand the role of BmCDAs in the metamorphosis and development of silkworm, the BmCDA2 which is highly expressed in epidermis was selected to study by bioinformatics methods, protein expression purification and immunofluorescence localization. The results showed that the two mRNA splicing forms of BmCDA2, namely BmCDA2a and BmCDA2b, were highly expressed in the larval and pupal epidermis, respectively. Both genes had chitin deacetylase catalytic domain, chitin binding domain and low density lipoprotein receptor domain. Western blot showed that the BmCDA2 protein was mainly expressed in the epidermis. Moreover, fluorescence immunolocalization showed that BmCDA2 protein gradually increased and accumulated with the formation of larval new epidermis, suggesting that BmCDA2 may be involved in the formation or assembly of larval new epidermis. The results increased our understandings to the biological functions of BmCDAs, and may facilitate the CDA study of other insects.
