Objective To study of effects Medlar flavone on NO and NOS in H 2 O2 damaged vascular endothelial cells.Meth-ods Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells(HUVEC)have been set as research object.HUVEC cells was damaged by H 2 O2 in-duced oxidative stress.Experiments were divided into normal control group,H 2 O2 injury group,VitC control group, and low,medi-um,high flavonoids protective groups(100,200,400 mg/L).MTT method was used to observe cells activity. The effects Medlar fla-vone on MDA、TNOS、iNOS and NO in H 2 O2 damaged vascular endothelial cells was observed. Results (1)MTT result demonstra-ted the IR of HUVEC cells was 38.8% in H 2 O2 injury group.Which in low, medium, high flavonoids protective groups were 34.0%,30.7%,25.5%.All were lower than H 2 O2 injury group(P <0.01).(2)Compared with normal control group,NOS activity was decreased in H 2 O2 injury cell, while TNOS,iNOS,NO was more.Compared H 2 O2 group, the change of NO,TNOS,iNOS, MDA was opposite in flavone intervention group, and which were dose dependent (P <0.01 ).Conclusion Medlar flavone has a protective effect on H 2 O2 induced HUVEC cells injury, and there may be some kind of relevance between them.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2009;25(3):299-300
Serum adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein (A-FABP) was raised in metabolic syndrome (MS)patients (n= 121) as compared with age-matched healthy subjects [n = 120, (14.7±4.8 vs 6.8 ±3. 0) μg/L,P<0.001]. It reached higher level in MS subjects with visceral obesity [(15.7±4.2 vs 12.6±5.1) μg/L, P<0.001]. Serum A-FABP concentration was positively correlated with body mass index, waist circumference, waist-tohip ratio, fasting insulin, homeostasis assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), fasting glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol, and mean arterial blood pressure, whereas negatively correlated with HDL-C (r =-0. 448, P< 0.001).

Objective To explore the training demand among clinical medical postgraduate students. Methods Focus Group Discussions and a research interview, two of the qualitative study methods were applied among medical students of a hospital. Results Different clinical medical postgraduate students need different levels training. The demand status related to the students' training styles.Students had desire to receive kinds of help of hospital administrative authority. Conclusion Training guide is importance during the growth of clinical medical postgraduate students.Hospital administrative authority should afford manifold ways to satisfy the demand of students for their training.

Objective To investigate the influence of clinical results of early low frequency training for acute Achilles tendon rupture after anchors repair. Methods A total of 35 patients with acute Achilles tendon rupture were treated with early low frequency training after anchors repair, including 28 males and 7 females.Aged 18 to 37 years, mean 26 years old.Duration 2h to 5d from injury to therapy. All patients palpated the discontinuity of Achilles tendon, limitative activity of ankle plantar flexion,Thompson test was positive, and MRI examination was taken. Results 35 patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months, with an average follow -up of 14.5 months.According to the Amer-Lindholm score, excellent in 30 cases, good in 5 cases, the good rate was 100%.All the wounds were healed, without infection, dehiscence, sural nerve injury and re -rupture occurred. Conclusion Early low frequency training after anchors repair for acute Achilles tendon rupture is safe and reliable, patients can receive a better functional outcome.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(10):1491-1495
Objective:To construct the human DcR3 expression vector and verify its expression in vitro. Methods: 915 bp human DcR3 gene CDS was amplified from porcine lung tissues, and was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pEF1a-IRES-DsRed-Express2 which show red fluorescence. And then pEF1a-IRES-DsRed-Express2-DcR3 was transfected into LX-2 cells by FuGene HD. Expression of mRNA and protein lever of Human DcR3 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results:The levels of DcR3 gene transcription and translation in the hepatic stellate cells were significantly increased after transfection with pEF1a-IRES-DsRed-Ex-press2-DcR3 by RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. Conclusion: DcR3 expression vector was successfully constructed and highly expressed in LX-2 cells.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effectiveness of absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatin in preventing postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
METHODSThe clinical data of 17 patients with dura mater tear were retrospectively analyzed from March to September in 2003. There were 16 males and 1 female, aged from 16 to 67 years old with an average of (39.6 ± 15.4) years. The injury site was at cervical vertebrae in 1 case, thoracic vertebrae in 9 cases, thoracolumbar junction in 4 cases, lumbar vertebrae in 3 cases. There were burst fracture in 4 cases and fracture-dislocation in 13 cases. According to ASIA grade, 12 cases were grade A, 2 cases were grade B, 2 cases were grade D, 1 case were grade E. Two cases caused by traffic accident, 10 by high falling, 4 by heavy parts crash, 1 by stairs fell during the earthquake. Absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatins were used to plug the dura mater tear,in order to prevent postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Postoperative drainage were recorded every day.
RESULTSOf 17 patients, 15 cases did not develop with cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Two cases develop with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after operation and their drainage were removed at 6 to 7 days after operation. In all cases, no complications related with cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred, such as headache, dizzy, fever, neck resistance, rash, incision disunion, incision infection, hematoma, neurologic symptoms aggravation. No abnormal phenomena was found on incision surrounding at follow-up of 9 months.
CONCLUSIONUsing absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatin to plug the dura mater tear during operation is an effective method in preventing postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
