International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(3):283-285
By reviewing the research situation of the acupuncture therapy for mild cognitive impairment(MCI) in recent decade,we has analyzed, concluded and reviewed the clinical effect of different acupuncture methods on MCI, in order to provide reference for acupuncture therapy becoming an important invention measure in protecting against dementia.
4.The progress of post-stroke depression treated by TCM treating principle of activating ;blood and removing stasis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(10):959-961
To review and summazie the literatures of clinical studies using promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis for the patients with PSD in the past five years. The TCM treating principles of promoting blood and Qi circulation, promoting blood and nourishing blood flow, promoting blood and benefiting Qi, promoting blood and eliminating phlegm have showed their beneficial clinical effect and few adverse reactions. It provided good ideas for the treatment of PSD.
6. Matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine inhibit secretion of TNF-α and expression of CD91 and CD13 in macrophage RAW264.7
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(4):399-403
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effects of matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine on expression of CD91 and CD13 and secretion of TNF-α in macrophage RAW264.7. Methods: Macrophages were cultured in 6-hole plate and coverslip was prepared. Then macropages were cultured one day with different concentrations(0,12. 5,25,50,100,200 mg/L) of matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine; the expression of CD91 and CD13 by immunohistochemical dyeing was analyzed by Image-Pro plus system (Media Cybemetic, Inc. , 6.0 edition). Meanwhile, the levels of TNF-α in the culture medium of macrophages were examined by ELISA. Results: Matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine could all inhibit CD91 and CD13 expression in macrophage RAW264.7, and the inhibition varied with the concentrations of matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine; the inhibitory effect of matrine was the most prominent one. Moreover, matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine also inhibited the secretion of TNF-α. Conclusion: Matrine, oxymatrine and sophordine can greatly inhibit expression of CD91 and CD13 and secretion of TNF-α in macrophage RAW264.7.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To study the clinical and image features of the aortic dissecting aneurysm(AD) combined with aberrant right subclavian arteries(ARSA),and to discuss the feasibility of endovascular repair for such disorder. Methods The clinical and image data of 4 patients, who suffered from AD combined with ARSA and admitted in the authors' service during 2004 to 2007,were retrospectively reviewed. All the 4 cases complained severe aches in their back, and one of them was companied with aches in upper abdomen.CT-exam showed that the first tear(gap) of AD located near or inside ARSA,the truncus aortae narrowed obviously.Four operational prescriptions were performed respectively for the 4 patients depending on the location of gaps and on the distance between the gap and ARSA.Results All the 4 cases received satisfy operation.A slight early leakage occurred in the first case without steal syndrome, and the lower blood pressure was 80 mmHg on right arm;for the second case,no leakage occurred with normal blood presser on both arms;for the third one a slight early leakage was companied with normal blood presser on both arms and for the fourth one a slight early leakage occurred without steal syndrome, and the lower blood presser was 60mmHg on right arm. Conclusion AD combined with ARSA is a rare case in clinic. The modus operandi of endovascular repair should be designed based on the situation of individual case considering the location of the first tear.Once the target area exposed is not wide enough for operation, subclavian artery bypass would be a right way in reduction of leakage complications and in increasing the opportunity for a successful operation.

Herald of Medicine 2017;36(7):761-766
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral ginkgo biloba extract EGB761 in patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods They searched PubMed,Embase, the Cochrane Library ,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases for randomly controlled trials of oral ginkgo biloba extract for mild cognitive impairment. After assessed the quality of studies included,RevMan5.2 software was used to analyze data. Results Seven studies which including 815 patients were involved by our inclusion criteria. The results of meta-analysis showed, compared with the control group, ginkgo biloba was superior in improving mild cognitive impairment patients' MMSE level[MD=1.81,95%CI(0.02,3.60),P=0.05;MD=1.96,95%CI(1.48,2.43),P<0.000 01;MD=1.79,95%CI(0.99,2.58),P<0.000 1] after treated three months、six months and twelve months.Ginkgo biloba was also superior in improving mild cognitive impaimant patients.CDT level[MD=0.43,95%CI(0.30,0.57),P<0.000 01;MD=0.57,95%CI(0.39,0.75),P<0.000 01] after treated six months and twelve months. The effect of preventing MCI patients into dementia was better than that of the control group[RR=0.27,95%CI(0.06,1.27),P=0.10;RR=0.32,95%CI(0.16,0.63),P=0.001]after treated six months and twelve months. Conclusion Oral preparation of ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of MCI clinical efficacy and prevention of dementia occurrence rate was better than that of blank control group.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(02):-
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Jian Shen Li Shui No. 1 for treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The patients enrolled were randomly devided into 3 groups. The group A were treated with Jian Shen Li Shui No. 1, the group B with Xing Nao Xiao Zhong Capsules and the group C with 20% mannitol. Symptoms and signs, changes of urine volume, quality of life, routine examination of blood, urine and feces, function of liver and kidney, electrocardiogram, blood lipid, sugar, electrolytes, reological changes were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the group A was superior to that in the group B(P0. 05) ; while the cured and markedly effective rate in the group A was better than that in the group C (P
