Implantation of a blastocyst within the endocervical canal is termed a"cervical pregn-ancy", which is one of the most dangerous forms of ectopic pregnancy. It is even less common, but the incidence appear to be increasing, in part due to newer forms of assisted reproduction. Proper management is indicated as soon as the diagnosis is suspected. Hemorrhage may be massive and sometimes fatal. In the past, hysterectomy was often the only choice available because of profuse hemorrhage that accompanied attempts at removal of the cerv- ical pregnancy. We report two cases of cervical pregnancy treated conservatively without hysterect- omy. Hemorrhage from the implantation site was controlled by intracervical placement of a Foley catheter balloon without hemostatic cervical sutures at 3 and 9 o clock. Immediate insertion of a Foley catheter into the cervical canal and inflation of the catheter bulb after endocervical suction curettage appears to be a simple and effective technique of managing cervical pregnancy in a patient who wishes to maintain childbearing capacity.

Acute fatty liver is rare but life threatening complication and usually manifests late in pregnancy. The mean gestational age onset of symptoms has been reported 35-37 weeks of gestation. Recently, several reports revealed acute fatty liver can develops in the second trimester of pregnancy. Recent reports suggest that early diagnosis and delivery decreased the mortality of fetus and mother. We have experienced a case of the second trimester onset acute fatty liver, in pregnancy so we report the case with brief review.

Krukenberg tumor is comparatively rate in metastatic ovarian tumor and is almost metastasized from gastrointestinal tract. We have experienced one case of tumor of unidentified primary focus and two coases of metastatic Krukenberg tmor from stomach and report this cases with a brief review of literatures.

Fibrothecoma are mesenchymal tumors deriving from the ovarian stroma and consisting of theca-like elements and fibrous tissue. The reported incidence is between 0.4 and 8.0% of all ovarian tumors and this side variability can be attributed to the difficulty in differentiation fibrothecoma from ovarian fibroma or hyperplastic stroma nodules. A dermoid cyst is composed of well-differentiated derivatives of the three germ layers; ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm. We have experienced a case of ovarian fibrothecoma with mature cystic teratoma of the ipsilateral ovary and ovarian fibroma of the contralateral ovary in a 33-year-old woman. We report a case with brief review of literature.

Inflammatory pseudotumors are benign lesions that have been described most commonly in the lung, and also in a wide variety of extrapulmonary sites. But, they appear to be rare in the female genital tract and especially in the uterus. This rare tumor simulates a true neoplasm both clinically and morphologically and presents a diagnostic and therapeutic dilemma. We report a case of inflammatory pseudotumor of uterus, which was misdiagnosed as uterine leiomyoma preoperatively. To the best of our knowledge, the case reported here is the fifth inflammatory pseudotumor of the uterus in the world, and the first in Korea.

Intramural pregnancy on a cesarean section scar is one of the rarest forms of ectopic pregnancy that may cause serious complications such as uterine rupture and massive bleeding. The common treatment in the past was laparotomy, but today early diagnosis is available thanks to the development of image diagnostic technology and, as a consequence, cases of less invasive conservative management are reported. Using vaginal ultrasonography and MRI, we made an early diagnosis on a case of intramural pregnancy on the scar of a previous cesarean section. We injected methotrexate locally into the gestational sac, and the intramural pregnancy was completely cured. Thus, here we report this case with a brief review of relevant literature.
