Objective To classify Mongolian medicine prescription by using fuzzy c-means algorithm (FCM) and hard c-means algorithm (HCM); To explore the rationality of two kinds of clustering algorithm. Methods 27 Mongolian medicine prescriptions for treating Heiyi disease from Chuan Tong Meng Yao Yu Fang Ji were set as experimental data, and the data were preprocessed first. MS Visual Studio 2010 platform was used, and C# language was used for research and development. Chinese version and Mogolian version were implemented with WindowFrom and WPF technology, respectively. The medicine prescriptions were classified into 3, 4, 5, and 6 types by using FCM and HCM. Results All categorization with zero classification showed the existence of inclusion phenomena. The medicine in the classification results obtained by the two kinds of clustering algorithm did not exist cross. FCM could produce clustering results with smaller quantity difference and the more uniform classification compared with HCM. Conclusion The two algorithms are correct and reasonable, in which FCM algorithm has better clustering effect, and can be widely used in Mongolian prescription analysis, with a purpose to provide data supports for the research and development of new medicine.

Objective To observe the safety of the compound Tiaoshi-plaster's use to skin, providing the scientific foundation for its use to the treatment for the younth's short sight. Methods Experiment 1,acute toxicity test for skin of rabbits:rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:a integrated skin group and a damaged skin group,in addition, every group further divide into high and low dosage group and vehicle control group, totally 5 groups. All above groups received the plaster or vehicle for 24 hours, then take away the drug, and after lh,24 h,48 h,72 h since the 7th day, observe each group's reaction separately everyday,to see whether there is a acute toxicity reaction or not.Experiment 2,self control group, use onerabbit's left and right sides' skin to observe stimulus toxicity via skin:divide the rabbits into a integrated skin group and a damaged skin group,in addition, every group further divide into high, low dosage group and vehicle control group, totally 6 groups.Observe the reaction after multiple doses, after 7 days' successive doses, take the drug-used tissues to do pathological examination.Experiment 3,cavy's skin irritation test:cavies were divide into vehicle group, plaster group, positive group, totally 3 groups,at the 6h,7th day,14th day, take off right side's skin of every group to do the provocative test respectively. On the 28th day, take off the left side's skin to do the provocative test.To see if the skin or the whole body is allergic to the plaster. Results In experiment 1,toxic response could not be found in any group; In experiment 2,rabbits in the integrated skin group didn't show redness or edema, rabbits in the damaged skin group all had redness and edema, but the differences were not statistically significant, compared with the corresponding time of vehicle group (P>0.05).Such skin damage was not caused by plaster usage but inflammatory reaction of skin damage. In experiment 3,the vehicle group and the study group didn't show any abnormal anaphylactic reaction. Conclusion The compound Tiaoshiplaster is safe to skin.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ( PAHs) are ubiquitous environmental pollutants, whose carcinogenicity is determinated. The mechanism of their carcinogenicity: PAHs are able to combine with aryl hydrocarbon hydrocarbon receptor ( AhR ) , resulting in some toxicity and carcinogenicity.AhR is a ligand-dependent activation transcription factor, which is activated by a large variety of ligands, regulating the expression of a series of gene involved in metabolism, and participating in important biological processes, such as singal transduction, cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, and so on.Besides, it's closely related with the tumor development. Thus, it will provide a new approach for cancer prevention and treatment to study the role of PAHs and AhR in the development of tumor.

Child psychiatric disorders are common and treatable, but often go undetected and therefore remain untreated. To assess the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) as a potential means for improving the detection of child psychiatric disorders in the community.SDQ predictions and independent psychiatric diagnoses were compared in a community sample of 1959 11- to 17-year-olds from the 2013 Mongolian National Center for Mental HealthMulti-informant (parents, teachers, older children) SDQs identified individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis with a specificity of 66.8% (95% Cl 61.4-73.0%) and a sensitivity of 64.4% (59.9-71.3%). The questionnaires identified over 65% of individuals with conduct, hyperactivity, depressive and some anxiety disorders. Sensitivity was substantially poorer with single-informant rather than multi-informant SDQs.Community screening programmers based on multi-informant SDQs could potentially increase the detection of child psychiatric disorders, thereby improving access to effective treatments

Objective To investigate the protective effect of GuanXinShiWeiWan on ischemia reperfusion(I-R) injury rat. Methods 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, GuanXinShiWeiWan low ( 0.3 mg/kg ) and high ( 0.9 mg/kg ) dose group and positive group, each had 10 rats.Adopting the model of ischemia reperfusion injury of isolated rat hearts, the contents of SOD,MDA,LDH,CK and Ca2 +-ATP, Ca2 +-Mg2 +-ATP, Na +-K +-ATP in cardiac muscle tissue were tested and compared. Results Compared with model group, GuanXinShiWeiWan significantly improved the activities of SOD、Ca2 +-ATP,Ca2 +-Mg2 +-ATP and Na +-K +-ATP (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in cardiac muscle tissue which injured by ischemia reperfusion, while reducing markedly the contents of MDA,LDH,CK(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion GuanXinShiWeiWan can profect the cardiac muscle of ischemia reperfusion.

Cytochrome P 4501 A 1, Cytochrome P 4501 B 1,Vascular endothelial growth factorand carbonic anhydrase Ⅸ belong to the downstream genes of aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR)and hypoxia inducible factor 1(HIF-1)signaling pathways. The abnormal expression of those genes were regarded to associated with the occurrence, development and angiogenesis of lung cancer. In this paper, the relationship between CYP1 A 1,CYP1 B 1,VEGF,CAⅨgenes and lung cancer was summarized, which aims to provide new ideas for lung cancer research.

Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a ligand-dependent activation of transcription factor, which is activated by a large variety of ligands, resulting in the expression of metabolic enzymes and a series of downstream gene activation, and closely related with tumor development . Now a review for AhR ligands with different structural and functional and its relationship with tumor, in order to provide a new target for tumor therapy.

People with unexplained somatic complains are high-rate users of healthcare and often receive expensive, unnecessary tests and treatments. To study causes of unexplained somatic complains and some clinical symptoms. There were selected 25 consumers who diagnosed unexplained somatic complains according to ICD-X criteria in our study. In addition, qualitative research was used as semi-structure questionnaire for themMajority of study samples were living unpleasant environment in their family, conflicts of their parents relationship and substance abuse of parents. Most of the participants occurred change of sensation. This disorder is associated with negative family environment.
