2.Design of meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(10):66-69
Objective To design the meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medi-cine.Methods The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine was designed u-sing the MARC meta-data according to the analysis of resources, investigation of literature, networks and users. Results The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine is consisted of 17 fields and 9 parts. Conclusion MARC, as the mata-data criteria, can organize and describe the medical records of tradi-tional Chinese medicine. However, the standards for selection and description of meta-data criteria need to be fur-ther studied.
3.Comparison of the effects of epinephrine and Vera Pammy coronary injection on the slow flow during myocardial infarction PCI
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):240-242
Objective To explore the effect of intracoronary injection of epinephrine and Vera Pammy in patients with myocardial infarction with slow blood flowduring percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).MethodsFrom January 2013 to October 2016, 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction with solw blood flow in Shanghai Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during PCI were randomly divided into the epinephrine group(37 cases) and the verapamil group(31 cases). The two groups were treated with conventional drugs before surgery. The epinephrine group were injected into the coronary artery of 50 micrograms of epinephrine, the Vera Pammy group were injected into 200 micrograms of Vera Pammy. The coronary angiography, blood flow dynamics, as well as biochemical indexes in the two groups were observed.ResultsAfter the initial medicine, the ratio of TIMI flow grade 3 in the epinephrine group 81.80% was significantly higher than that in the Vera Pammy group 64.52%(P<0.05).The ratio of TIMI flow grade 3 after three times treatment, CTFC value after initial and 3 times treatment between the two groups have no significance. The blood pressure in the epinephrine group was (82.67±10.87) mmHg, which was significantly higher than that in the Vera Pammy group (70.46±9.54) mmHg(P<0.05).NT-proBNP, cTnT, LVEF in the two groups have no significance.hs-CRP in the epinephrine group was (7.68± 0.76) mg/L, which was significantly lower than that in the Vera Pammy group (9.25±1.05) mg/L.ConclusionThe effect is different which epinephrine and Vera Pammy were used in the patients with myocardial infarction with slow blood flowduring percutaneous coronary intervention. The use of epinephrine can significantly increase blood pressure, and the effect of initial medication is better.
4.Impact of chronic diseases on erectile function.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(9):834-839
Erectile dysfunction (ED) results from the interaction of many pathological factors. Studies show that a high incidence of ED is associated with chronic diseases of various systems, and its pathogenesis is not fully understood. This article outlines the progress in recent studies on the impact of chronic diseases on erectile function.

5.Research progress on Huang Fu-mi's A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(11):1135-1140
In order to understand the research status of HUANG Fu-mi's A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, 83 pieces of literature that have been publically published since 1978 were analyzed. A summary was performed according to 7 aspects including version origin, emendation, arrangement and summary, theory discussion, clinical research, value evaluation, the rest questions, etc. It is believed that deep research work has been done on explanations, emendation and translation regarding A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. However, the exploration work on the theory and application is far from enough. Therefore, beginning from historical and cultural background, we should analyze the humanistic spirit of HUANG Fu-mi combined with A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to perform a deep exploration, so we could have a thorough and comprehensive research on HUANG Fu-mi's academic thoughts.

Rui HAN ; Haoming TIAN ; Nanwei TONG
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1994;0(01):-
In type 2 diabetes mellitus, the levels of leptin were higher in female and obese subjects compared with male and non-obese subjects. There was negative relationship in female between leptin and HbA_1c,and negative relationship between leptin and HDL-C in male.Gender and obesity had no effect on TNF-? and NP Y.
7.Necessity,principle and procedures of clinical trials optimization in TCM
Weiliang WENG ; Yuanxiang TIAN ; Rui LI
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
Optimization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinical trials as philosophy, process and method, is extremely necessary and can be applied in different levels. Optimization of TCM clinical trials should follow some principles and procedures, and be executed in two ways. Optimization of treatment plan should be supported by the research basis and literature experience, and be perfected by research group and experts argumentation. Optimization of design plan is modified and accomplished by expert discussion and repeated consulting multi-disciplinary experts. Specific research objective, exact target population definition, proper design plan selection, valid calculation of sample size, precise and appropriate main outcome measures, data management system, medical ethics and statistical analysis are the focuses.
8.Optimization of diagnosis standard in traditional Chinese medicine clinical research
Yuanxiang TIAN ; Weiliang WENG ; Rui LI
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
The principle of TCM diagnosis standard is communicational convenience, and the international universal standard recommended by WHO should also be paid attention to. When there’s no corresponding standard, inferior standard is available, but self made standard is generally not accepted. It’s suggested to apply the same standard for one program. The standards include international standard, regional standard, domestic standard, industrial standard, provincial standard and enterprise standard, the hierarchies and levels of these standards reduce successively. It’s thought that medical standard consists of international standard (issued by WHO or set by international academic conference), domestic standard (set by government authorities, national academic organization and conference), diagnosis standard set by provincial academic organization and textbook standard by universities and colleges. A lot of literature network database, as well as ICD-10, therapy guide, professional periodicals, professional society website, and books could be used for searching. TCM clinical trials also cover syndrome diagnosis standard. The conclusion standard and exclusion standard setting and influence of improper standard setting is also discussed in this article.

Yuanxiang TIAN ; Weiliang WENG ; Rui LI
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
TCM clinical investigators should attach importance to buildup of research basis in order to ensure the feasibility and normalization of clinical regimen, definite curative effect of treatment regimen and enhance consistency among different researchers and repeatability of clinical regimen.Syndrome, therapeutic method and prescription should be consistent, the addition or subtraction of the medicinal or the dosage should be reasonable.Reduce the use of rare or invaluable medicinal to avoid the restrictions of herb resource, drug cost and animal protection. When transforming decoction to capsule, granule, dripping pill and compound granule, the preliminary test in clinic to recur the curative effect of the decoction is necessary. The application of a single medicinal, the single target area of a medicinal or active ingredient of a single medicinal in a prescription should be based on the preliminary work experience.Meanwhile the county-level producing area of the processed medicinal should be explicit,in order to ensure the quality and efficacy of the processed medicinal. This article also discussed the key point of treatment regimen optimization of acupuncture and massage.
10.Optimization of quality control of TCM clinical research
