This paper focused on the role conflicts owing to the multiple identity of roles and professional limi -tations in the dispute processing personnel , analyzed the probability in the medical processes and results , appeal of the patients and pattern of medical dispute processing , and made the conclusion that the medical dispute processing personnel is volunteers promoting social harmony and a practitioner of new medical model from the social perspec -tive and should carry forward the dedication , fraternity, mutual assistance and progressive spirit , the concept of the biological -psychology -social medical model to analyze the loss of patients in dispute and appeal , truly safe-guard the health rights and interests of patients , and give some advices to perfect the role ethics dispute processing .

Tupaiidae has been considered as low primate by most scholars. Focal cerebral ischemia study on tupaiidae has not been reported. Acute focal cerebral ischemic model in tupaiidae was produced by cauterizing the middle cerebral artery. The results indicated that after 15 minutes and 6 hrs occlusion of the middle cerebral artery, the rCBF's in the ischemic cortex were reduced respectively to 36.7% and 39.8% of those before occlusion, and the amplitudes of SFP to 21.83% and 36.78%. Purpose To analyze the 64-row spiral CT manifestations and evaluate the diagnostic value in early primary ureteral carcinoma.Materials and Methods Fifteen cases of early primary ureteral carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology were reviewd.Unenhanced scan,enhanced scan in arterial phase,parenchymal phase,delayed phase and CPR construction were performed in all patients.MIP were performed in 10 cases.Results ① the localization of lesions:7cases were located at the right ureter and 8 cases at the left.2 cases were located at the upper portion of the ureter,6 at mid portion,and 7 at lower portion;② CT manifestations:8 cases showed irregular thickened wall and central lumen stenosis,4 cases eccentric soft tissue mass in lumen and crescent or linear vestigial lumen,3 cases soft tissue density and obsolescent lumen;③the enhanced features:the tumor was demonstrated apparent and uniform enhancement in 13 cases,inhomogeneous enhancement in 2 cases after administration of contrast medium;④ the accompanied signs:proximate renal and ureteral presented distention,dropsy in different degrees,5 cases appeared delayed development.Conclusion 64-row spiral CT volume scan and 3D reconstruction with multiplane and multiorientation,combined with axial enhanced scan,can show lesions dimensionly and increase the dignostic accuracy in early primary ureteral carcinoma,which has an important value.

Conclusions　The immunity of rectal patients was decreased with the development of the disease, and it will be improved after radical of palliative operation.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a disease of dysgenesia and dysmetabolism. Its clinical manifestations include hyperandrogenism, ovulation failure, hyperinsulinemia, elevated serum LH level, obesity and sterility. Histological examination of ovary reveals polycystic changes. It is difficult to carry out clinical research because of its complicated pathogenesis, pathophysiology and multiple biochemical changes and clinical manifestations. It is necessary to study PCOS using animal models. In this article, the authors introduce some methods of establishing animal models of PCOS, such as androgen administration (including testosterone propionate,dehydroepiandrosterone), combination of insulin with HCG, use of estradiol valerate,combination of progestrone with HCG, aromatic cyclase inhibitor method,and so on, and review the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on the intervention of PCOS.

Objective To investigate morphologic, structural and functional characteristics of cardiomyocytes from neonate rats and to set up a desirable technique for isolating and purifying the cardiomyocytes from neonate rats. Methods Using trypsin-digestion, mechanical separation, twice seedings and bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU)-treatment, the cardiomyocytes were isolated and purified from the hearts of neonate rats at 1-7 days after birth. Shapes and spontaneous pulsation of the cells were viewed. The cells were identified with cardiac isoform of tropnin T(cTnT) immunostaining. Ultrastructural features of the cells were examined with in situ transmission electron microscopy. Responses of the cells to adenine and isoprenaline were also examined. Results More than 95% cells isolated from the hearts of neonate rats are cardiomyocytes. The vital cells are more than 95%. Neonate rat cardiomyocytes include short columnar or rhabdoid cells and irregular cells. The most rhabdoid cells from the rats at 1-3 days after birth present the ultrastructural features of immature cardiomyocytes. The rhabdoid cells from the rats at 6-7 days after birth have some ultrastructural features of mature cardiomyocytes. Comparing with the cells at 1-3 days after birth, cTnT expression in the cells is slightly enhanced, the transverse striation was obvious. The irregular cells contain less bundles of myofilaments, the filaments are arranged irregularly. There are a few small cells which are in undifferentiated state. More than 80% cells show spontaneous pulsation at 72 hours after incubation. After treatment with adrenine and isoprenaline, the number of the cells with spontaneous pulsation increases and the intension of spontaneous pulsation is enhanced. The responses of the rhabdoid cells from the rats at 6-7 days after birth to adenine and isoprenaline are much stronger. Conclusion There are two kinds of neonate rat cardiomyocytes. They are different in ultrastructures, spontaneous pulsation and responses to adenine and isoprenaline. The cardiomyocytes from rats at 6-7 days after birth are suitable for experiments in vitro as mature cardiomyocyte. The method set up in this experiment is desirable for culture of neonate rat cardiomyocytes.

Estrogen has widespread biological actions. Besides sexual organs, estrogen plays an important role in cardiovascular system, central nervous sy s tem and bone tissue. However, the mechanisms of estrogen action are very complex and not fully understood. The actions of estrogen are not identical and even co mpletely different in some organs system. In this review, we will focus on the n ew development of molecular mechanisms of estrogen action.
