Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and adverse events on different doses of oxyco-done combined with propofol target controlled infusion(TCI)in patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing endo-scopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography(ERCP)with endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST).Methods One hun-dred and twenty patients with choledocholithiasis underwent ERCP with EST in Department of Gastroenterology, Fuzhou General Hospital, from January,2016 to March,2017 were enrolled in this study.Patients were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=30 in each group)including the sufentanil control group(Group A),low dose of oxyco-done group(Group B),moderate dose of oxycodone group(Group C),and high dose of oxycodone group(Group D).Patients in Group A received 0.10 μg/kg intravenous sufentanil, and patients in Group B,C,and D received 0.08 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg,and 0.12 mg/kg intravenous oxycodone, respectively,at 5 min before induction of gener-al anesthesia followed by propofol TCI. Effect of compartment concentration(Ce)of propofol, mean arterial pres-sure(MAP),and heart rate(HR)at the given time point when patients transferring to operation room(T0),after induction(T1),endoscope through throat(T2),and endoscope through major duodenal papilla(T3)were record-ed.The accumulative dose of propofol, duration of operation, and recovery time were also recorded.Intraoperative sever hypotension, bradycardia, respiratory depression, coughing and moving, and postoperative nausea and vom-iting were recorded. Results Propofol Ce at T1~T3as well as MAP and HR at T2and T3in Group B were signifi-cantly higher than those in Group A,C,and D,respectively(P < 0.05). The accumulative dose of propofol in Group B was more than that in Group A and C,while the accumulative dose of propofol in Group D was less than that in Group A,B,and C,respectively(P<0.01).Recovery time in Group D was longer than that in Group A, B,and C,respectively(P<0.05).Similar incidences of intraoperative sever hypotension, bradycardia, respiratory depression, coughing and moving, and postoperative nausea and vomiting were also observed. Conclusions 0.10 mg/kg intravenous oxycodone at 5 min before induction of general anesthesia combined with propofol TCI presents a favorable anesthetic effect in patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing ERCP with EST without a prolonged recovery time and the increased incidence of adverse events.

BACKGROUND/AIMS: This study aimed to investigate the microRNA (miRNA) expression profiles in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of hepatitis B virus (HBV)-infected patients with different clinical manifestations and to analyze the function of miR-197. METHODS: PBMC miRNA expression profiles in 51 healthy controls, 70 chronic asymptomatic carriers, 107 chronic hepatitis B patients, and 76 HBV-related acute on chronic liver failure patients were analyzed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). miR-197 mimic and inhibitor were transfected in THP-1 cells. qRT-PCR and ELISA for interleukin (IL)-18 mRNA and protein levels were performed, respectively. RESULTS: The microarray analysis revealed that 17 PBMC miRNA expression profiles (12 miRNAs downregulated and five miRNAs upregulated) differed significantly in HBV-induced liver disease patients presenting with various symptoms. The qRT-PCR results suggested that the PBMC miR-197 levels regularly decreased as the severity of liver disease symptoms became aggravated. IL-18, a key regulator in inflammation and immunity, was inversely correlated with miR-197 levels. Bioinformatic analysis indicated that IL-18 was a target of miR-197. Exogenous expression of miR-197 could significantly repress IL-18 expression at both the mRNA and protein levels in THP-1 cells. CONCLUSIONS: We concluded that multiple PBMC miRNAs had differential expression profiles during HBV infection and that miR-197 may play an important role in the reactivation of liver inflammation by targeting IL-18.

3.Applications and prospects of 3D printing technology in pulp regeneration
Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2021;29(4):279-283
In recent years, pulp regeneration has become a research hotspot in the field of stomatology. 3D printing can realize precise control of structure and shape of scaffolds, which provide basis for seed cell adhesion and growth factor release. The 3D printing "pulp complexes" constructed by 3D printing scaffolds for tissue engineering provides a new direction for pulp regeneration research. This paper reviews the applications of 3D printing technology in pulp regeneration. The results of literature review showed that the scaffold materials, seed cells and growth factors in the 3D printing "pulp complexes" all play an important role in the pulp regeneration research. Among them, the scaffold materials act as carriers to load seed cells and growth factors and provide a suitable microenvironment for them. The common seed cells such as dental pulp stem cells, stem cells from apical papilla and stem cells from the human pulp of exfoliated deciduous teeth can provide the cellular basis for pulp regeneration. Moreover, the introduction of growth factors can further support the differentiation of pulp tissue and the reconstruction of pulp vessels and promote pulp regeneration. At present, the 3D printing "pulp complexes" in the study of dental pulp regeneration has made some progress and can induce the formation of pulp-like tissues in the laboratory. However, preparing 3D-printing "pulp complex" with good biological activity, which integrates biomimetic blood vessels and nerves to supply oxygen and nutrients to the cells in the root canal, remains a huge challenge and still needs further exploration and research.

Objective:
To explore experience of wound treatment of extremely severe mass burn patients involved in August 2nd Kunshan factory aluminum dust explosion accident.
Methods:
On August 2nd, 2014, 98 extremely severe burn mass patients involved in August 2nd Kunshan factory aluminum dust explosion accident were admitted to 20 hospitals in China. The patients with complete medical record were enrolled in the study and divided into microskin graft group with 56 patients and Meek skin graft group with 42 patients. Split-thickness skin in area of residual skin were resected to repair wounds of patients in microskin graft group and Meek skin graft group by microskin grafting and Meek miniature skin grafting, respectively. The residual wound size on 28 days post injury and wound infection after skin grafting of patients in the two groups, and position of donor site of all patients were retrospectively analyzed. Data were processed with

Objective:
To investigate the clinical effect and safety of long-acting pegylated interferon-α-2b (Peg-IFN-α-2b) (Y shape, 40 kD) injection (180 μg/week) in the treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients, with standard-dose Peg-IFN-α-2a as positive control.
Methods:
This study was a multicenter, randomized, open-label, and positive-controlled phase III clinical trial. Eligible HBeAg-positive CHB patients were screened out and randomized to Peg-IFN-α-2b (Y shape, 40 kD) trial group and Peg-IFN-α-2a control group at a ratio of 2:1. The course of treatment was 48 weeks and the patients were followed up for 24 weeks after drug withdrawal. Plasma samples were collected at screening, baseline, and 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 weeks for centralized detection. COBAS® Ampliprep/COBAS® TaqMan® HBV Test was used to measure HBV DNA level by quantitative real-time PCR. Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay with Elecsys kit was used to measure HBV markers (HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe). Adverse events were recorded in detail. The primary outcome measure was HBeAg seroconversion rate after the 24-week follow-up, and non-inferiority was also tested. The difference in HBeAg seroconversion rate after treatment between the trial group and the control group and two-sided confidence interval (
