Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDUS)and molybdenum mammography for breast tumor. Methods 86 breast diseases which were diagnosed by the surgery and pathology, were prospectively analysed,40 in mammary carcinoma, and 46 in mammary benign disease. All the patients were examined with CDUS,CDFI and molybdenum mammography.Diagnosis was made in every case compared using two methods(CDUS and molybdenum mammagraphy)with any using only one method. Results There is significant difference between mammary carcinoma and mammary benign disease in CDUS.The mammary carcinoma patients'blood stream signal is abundant. The diagnostic veracity of using both CDUS and molybdenum mammography for breast tumor is obvious higher than that of the any only one method. Conclusion Combined CDUS with molybdenum mammography which is the optimal methods of the mammary image examination, can improve the diagnostic veracity of breast tumor.

Objective: To observe the role of Qudu medicinal granules (祛毒冲剂) on enterogenous endotoxemia . Methods: Sixty-one cases with enterogenous endotoxemia were randomly divided into two groups:Qudu medicinal granule group (n=30) that was treated with Qudu medicinal granules combined with western medicine, and smecta group which was treated with smecta and western medicine (n=31). Changes of symptoms and signs were observed before treatment and 1, 3, 7 days after treatment. Blood samples were collected in the morning to measure the white blood cell (WBC), plasma lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels. Results: Recovery speed of WBC count in Qudu medicinal granule group was faster than that of the smecta group, there was significant difference on the third day after treatment (P

Objective To investigate the after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with serum cell adhesion molecule -1 (ICAM-1) changes and the clinical significance. Methods The patients were divided into cardiac arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 5 minutes, 5-10 minutes inner CPR group, 10-30 minutes inner CPR group, and in healthy people as control group, a total of 4 groups, in each group were measured in venous blood ICAM-1 level by ELISA method. Results The level of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with serum cell adhesion molecules in -1 were higher than those in healthy control group (P<0.05) ; and the longer the cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pa-tients with venous serum intercellular adhesion molecule -1 is higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of serum in pa-tients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation of cell adhesion molecule -1 will increase obviously, cardiopulmonary resus-citation earlier implementation, the levels of ICAM-1 were lower, the better the prognosis(P<0.05).

Objective To investigate the gray matter volume(GMV)changes and molecular basis underlying antipsychotic-induced weight gain(AIWG).Methods One hundred twenty-nine first-episode schizophrenia patients from October 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled in this study.Patients with≥7%weight gain(weight gain,WG)and patients with<3%weight changes(weight stable,WS)were studied. All patients underwent T1-weighted MRI scanning at baseline and after 8 week treatment.Transcriptome-neuroimaging correlations were used to investigate brain gene profiles from the Allen Human Brain Atlas and GMV changes induced by AIWG.Results Thirty-three patients with WG and 27 with WS completed the GMV measures.Compared with baseline, the WG group showed reduced GMV in right hippocampus, left basal ganglia, and right inferior parietal lobule, etc.and increased GMV in bilateral thalamus(P<0.05).The WS group showed reduced GMV in bilateral orbital gyrus, bilateral inferior frontal gyrus and bilateral hippocampus(P<0.05).These GMV changes in WG group were spatially correlated with expression levels of 354 genes, which were exclusively enriched in Cushing syndrome, neuroinflammation and glutamatergic signaling, and Pnoc+.Conclusion The study has demonstrated increased GMV in thalamus in schizophrenia patients with AIWG which may be associated with Cushing syndrome and Pnoc+.These findings may provide important insights into the molecular mechanisms of AIWG.

Objective To monitor the antifungal resistance of clinical isolates of Candida spp.in the East China region. Methods MALDI-TOF MS or molecular methods were used to re-identify the strains collected from January 2018 to December 2022.Antifungal susceptibility testing was performed using the broth microdilution method. The susceptibility test results were interpreted according to the breakpoints of 2022 Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)documents M27 M44s-Ed3 and M57s-Ed4.Results A total of 3 026 strains of Candida were collected,65.33%of which were isolated from sterile body sites, mainly from blood(38.86%)and pleural effusion/ascites(10.21%).The predominant species of Candida were Candida albicans(44.51%),followed by Candida parapsilosis complex(19.46%),Candida tropicalis(13.98%),Candida glabrata(10.34%),and other Candida species(0.79%).Candida albicans showed overall high susceptibility rates to the 10 antifungal drugs tested(the lowest rate being 93.62%).Only 2.97%of the strains showed dose-dependent susceptibility(SDD)to fluconazole.Candida parapsilosis complex had a SDD rate of 2.61%and a resistance rate of 9.42%to fluconazole, and susceptibility rates above 90%to other drugs.Candida glabrata had a SDD rate of 92.01%and a resistance rate of 7.99%to fluconazole, resistance rates of 32.27%and 48.24%to posaconazole and voriconazole non-wild-type strains(NWT),respectively, and susceptibility rates above 90%to other drugs.Candida tropicalis had resistance rates of 29.55%and 26.24%to fluconazole and voriconazole, respectively, resistance rates of 76.60%and 21.99%to posaconazole and echinocandins non-wild-type strains(NWT),and a resistance rate of 2.36%to echinocandins. Conclusions The prevalence and species distribution of Candida spp.in the East China region are consistent with previous domestic and international reports.Candida glabrata exhibits certain degree of resistance to fluconazole, while Candida tropicalis demonstrates higher resistance to triazole drugs.Additionally, echinocandins resistance has emerged in Candida albicans,Candida glabrata,Candida tropicalis, and Candida parapsilosis.
