1.Traumatic spinal cord injury:A relation between MRI findings and clinical manifestations
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objective:To assess the relation between the MRI findings and clinical manifestations in spinal cord injury. Methods:Clinical data and MRI findings in 50 cases with spinal cord injury were retrospectively analyzed, focusing on the relation between MRI sign, prognosis and clinical manifestations.Results:3 cases with complete fragmentation of the spinal cord demonstrated lower signals in 5 and higher signals in 1 T 1WI,while in T 2WI,all of the six fractured ends showed higher signals.Of 47 cases with coherent spinal cord, abnormal signals were displayed in 44 cases. In T 1WI,there were lower signals in 36 cases,iso-signals in 6 cases and higher signals in 2 cases, while in T 2WI,there were higher signals in 37 cases, patching mixed signals in 10 cases;No- abnormal signal but local pressed in 3 cases. Conclusion:MRI can clarify the presence or absence of the spinal cord injury and determine the extent of the injury, very helpful for guiding clinical management and evaluating the prognosis.
2.Status quo of international mental health financing and its implications for China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(5):27-32
Insufficient financial investments and insufficient raised funds are a common dilemma in mental health service worldwide .The primary sources of mental health financing worldwide are taxes , social insurance , and out-of-pocket expenditure by the patient or family .Government plays the primary role in fund raising .China has a low level of mental health service and poor equity in mental health financing as well as irrational allocation of funds . Mental health financing system in China should be improved by adding the financing system into mental health law and the outline of the central mental health work while making it clear that government , especially central govern-ment, is the main subject of mental health financing .Community mental health should also have the priority over fund allocation in order to increase the efficiency of raising funds .

Background Hebei Province is located in the North China Plain. In view of the influence of geological background and the acute and chronic hazards caused by excessive drinking water toxicological indicators, coupled with the large coverage of water supply in urban areas and the existence of self-built water supply facilities, it is necessary to understand the drinking water sanitation status in urban areas and conduct health risk assessment. Objective To investigate main indicators affecting the compliance rate of drinking water quality in urban areas of Hebei and evaluate the chronic non-carcinogenic risks of 11 chemicals. Methods The collection, preservation, and testing of
