Results: ：Overall, participants showed a decrease in the ‘rumination(RDQ) scale’ (t=10.49, p<0.001), ‘reversescored distraction (RDQ)’ (t=10.67, p<0.001) and the total DERS-16 (t=5.56, p<0.001) as well as a decrease in ‘future self-harm possibility’ score (t=4.26, p<0.001). Both elementary and middle school students showed decrease in ’rumination (RDQ)’ and distraction (RDQ), but only middle school students showed a decrease in theDERS-16 and most sub-scales. Regardless of sex, self-harm history, or methods of program implementation, adecrease in ’rumination (RDQ)’, distraction (RDQ) and the total DERS-16 scale and most sub-scales decreased. Conclusions ：Our program appears to be effective as a primary prevention program for preventing self-harm among children and adolescents in a school setting.

Importantly, LLMs are on a trajectory of rapid evolution, addressing challenges such as hallucination, bias in training data, high training costs, performance drift, and privacy issues, along with the inclusion of multimodal inputs. The concept of small, on-premise open source LLMs has garnered growing interest, as fine-tuning to medical domain knowledge, addressing efficiency and privacy issues, and managing performance drift can be effectively and simultaneously achieved. This review provides conceptual knowledge, actionable guidance, and an overview of the current technological landscape and future directions in LLMs for radiologists.

Fournier’s gangrene (FG) is a rare but life-threatening bacterial infection affecting the genital and perianal areas, often associated with high morbidity and mortality rates. Although pressure sores, injuries caused by prolonged pressure on the skin, are considered a risk factor for FG, they are rarely the direct cause of the condition. This case report presents a 65-year-old male with paraplegia and a chronic ischial pressure sore who presented with FG. The patient was treated with prompt surgical debridement and antibiotic therapy, followed by wound reconstruction using a local advancement flap. This enabled a successful outcome, with no further wound issues observed for 6 months. Early diagnosis, imaging modalities, prompt surgical intervention, and appropriate antibiotic therapy are essential for the successful management of FG. This case emphasizes the importance of recognizing the possibility of FG arising from pressure sores and highlights the critical role of early surgical intervention.
