OBJECTIVE:To promote the work and socialization of out-patient pharmacy in special hospital.METHODS:Using the methods of order of sum of money and frequency analysis,consumption structure and sale sum of drugs and frequency of drugs used in this hospital in 1999～2000 were analyzed.RESULTS:Anti-infectives,drugs for special clinic and hormonal preparations were the commonly-used drugs,which indicated that most patients suffered from external genital organ infections The consumption of hormonal preparations increased obviously,which implied that the popularization of hormone replacement therapy and gradual maturity of subsidiary fertility technicology in this hospital.CONCLUSION:The analysis shows the characteristics of drug-use in obstetrics and gynecology hospital.

OBJECTIVE To discuss and focus on the hospital infection management in the secondary care and over level hospitals,and the effective control of nosocomial infection.METHODS For the problems and hidden drisks,were targeted to take a scientific and effective prevention and control measures to strengthen the management of the details.RESULTS By changing the concept of process-oriented monitoring,training and scientific management the nosocomial infection effectively controlled.CONCLUSIONS Only the standardized management and operations,security checks and routine testing can be a real focus on hospital infection management.

Objective To Study the antitumor activity of Zhongjiefeng injection(ZJF)on FC in mice with precancer of stomach and its toxicity.Methods The model mice transplanted with pre cancer of stomach was established an d the effects of ZJF on inhibitory rate,body weigh t,thymus index and spleen index,whi te blood cell(WBC)count and FC cell strain in model mice were observed.Results ZJF had an obvious antitumor effect.The inhibitory rates of ZJF ip 0.2g /k g,1g /kg and 2g /kg were 39.83%,64.41%and 53.39%respectively.ZJF increased the indexes of spleen and thymus,the amount of WBC and body weight.The inhibitory rates of ZJF ip 100mg /mL,50mg /mL,25mg /mL,12.5mg /mL and6.25mg /mL were 65%,63%,57%,55%and44%respectively.Conclusion ZJF exerts an in -vitro and in -vivo antitumor effect for precancer of stomach in mice and increase the indexes of immune organs and amount of WBC.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of Astragaloside Ⅳ(ASⅣ)on cardiomyocytes against hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)-induced injury.Methods Cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were divided into control group;0.1%DMSO solven group;H2O2 group,in which cells were treated with H2O2( 0.2 mmol?L-1) for 24 h;ASⅣ+H2O2 groups,in which cells were pretreated with ASⅣ(with final concentration of 3,10,30 mg?L-1) for 30 min before H2O2 treatment;Astragaloside injection group(150 g?L-1).Morphological changes of myocardial cells damaged for 24 h by 0.2 mmol?L-1 H2O2 under the inverted microscope were observed.The cardiomyocyte viability was analysed by MTT assay;lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,malonaldehyde(MDA) content and nitric oxide(NO) content were detected in culture media.Results Most of cells in H2O2 group were crenulated,the nucleus were dim and the pseudopodia were disappeared.The degrees of lesion in ASⅣ(3,10,30 mg?L-1) groups were lessened obviously,the nucleus were bright and the the pseudopodia were thinned slightly.Cardiomyocyte viabilities in ASⅣ(3,10,30 mg?L-1) groups were higher than that in H2O2 group(P

Objective: To study antitumor activity of Zhongjiefeng Injection (Herba sarcandrae) on mice liver cancer Hep A 22 in vivo, in vitro and its toxic reaction in mice with Hep A 22 tumor Methods: The antitumor activity and toxicity of Zhongjiefeng Injection were determined in the mice with transplantable tumor (mice liver cancer Hep A 22), and the antitumor effect of Zhongjiefeng Injection on Hep A 22 cells in vitro were determined with MTT method. Conclusion: The experiment indicates that Zhongjiefeng Injection shows significant antitumon effect increase the indexes of immune organs and amounts of WBC.

Objective To discuss the success rate of external cephalic version (ECV) for breech presentation in singleton pregnancies and the factors influencing ECV,and complications induced by ECV.Methods A prospective study was conducted which included 204 pregnant women who underwent regular prenatal examinations and delivered in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital between March 1,2011 and February 29,2012.The 204 cases were single pregnancy with breech presentation identified by ultrasound during 32-37+6 weeks of gestation,and without other indications for cesarean section (CS).According to willingness of the participants,204 cases were divided into two groups.The 101 pregnant women who refused EVC (control group) were asked to practice knee-chest position twice a day; and 103 pregnant women volunteered to undergo EVC (ECV group) during 32-37+6 weeks of gestation.The proportion of cephalic presentation at delivery,CS rate and the incidence of PROM,premature delivery and cord around the neck were compared between the two groups.Factors influencing the success rate of ECV were analyzed.Chi-square or adjusted Chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.Results The proportion of cephalic presentation at delivery in the ECV group was higher than that in the control group [68.9％ (71/103) vs 29.7％ (30/101),x2=31.39]; the CS rate in the ECV group was lower than that in the control group [49.5％ (51/103) vs 78.2％ (79/101),x2=18.18],as was the rate of CS due to breech presentation [62.7％ (32/51) vs 89.9％ (71/79),x2=13.86],all P＜0.05.The success rates in frank breech presentation,complete breech presentation and incomplete breech presentation were 77.1％ (37/48),72.7％ (24/33) and 45.5％ (10/22),respectively (x2=7.37,P＜0.05),and the success rate in frank breech presentation was higher than that in incomplete breech presentation (x2=6.84,P＜0.017).No significant differences were observed in the success rates between primiparas and multiparas [67.7％ (63/93) vs 8/10,x2=0.19],placenta attached at front wall of uterus and other attachment sites [61.0％ (25/41) vs 74.2％ (46/62),x2=2.01],and EVC performed at 32-35+6weeks of gestation and 36-37+6 weeks [70.5％ (62/88) vs 9/15,x2=0.65],allP＞0.05.No significant differences were observed for the incidence of PROM [7.8％ (8/103) vs 6.9％ (7/101)],premature delivery [2.9％ (3/103) vs 2.0％ (2/101)] and cord around the neck [17.5％ (18/103) vs 21.8％ (22/101)] between the ECV and control group (x2=0.05,0.19 and 0.60,all P＞0.05).Conclusions ECV for breech presentation in singleton pregnancies can effectively correct the fetal position and reduce the CS rate.ECV performed after 32 weeks of gestation does not increase the risk of PROM and premature delivery.

AIM: To investigate the effects of human urotensin Ⅱ (hUII) on in vivo mesenteric microcirculation in rats. METHODS: For recording of microcirculation images in the mesentery, the intestinal loop was mounted on the stage of an intravital microscope equipped with a TV camera. Video images of microcirculation were stored by a video cassette recorder. Temporal changes in internal diameter and microcirculatory velocity of microvesseles were measured by computer using the ImagePro software. The blood flow in intestinal wall was measured with PIMII laser Doppler perfusion Imager (Lisca Sweden). RESULTS: The internal diameters of arterioles and venules in control group were (21.4?2.3) ?m and (38.1?3.6) ?m,respectively. Objective To explore the clinical features and outcomes of patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVT) during pregnancy and puerperium.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 24 cases of pregnant women with CVT among 15 625 deliveries in Xuanwu Hospital fromJanuary 2002 to October 2009,including 7 cases happened during pregnancy and 17 during puerperium.The etiology,clinical presentations,imaging examination results,other relevant examinations,and pregnant outcomes of these patients were analyzed.Results (1) Incidence and etiology:the incidence of CVT during pregnancy and puerperium was 0.15% (24/15 652) and 29% (7/24) of the patients fell ill during pregnancy and 71% (17/24) during puerperium.Five were complicated with severe preeclampsia,while another 5 complicated with hyperemesis.One woman was complicated with anemia.CVT was identified after spontaneous delivery in 9 cases and 8 after cesarean section.(2) Clinical presentations:Among the 24 CVT cases,22(92% ) suffered from headache,16(67% ) reported nausea and vomiting,15(63% )experienced hyperspasmia and 6 (25%) complained of blurred vision.On admission,8 (33%) patients were unconscious,3 (13%) with hemiplegia,and 8 (33%) were febrile.(3) Imaging and laboratory examinations:twelve patients underwent digital subtraction arteriography ( DSA) and were diagnosed.Fifteen women showed superior sagittal sinus thrombosis in MRI and magnetic resonance intravenous angiograph(MRV).Examination of the fundus found papilledema in 4 cases.Normal cerebral sinus fluid and laboratory routine tests were reported in 13 cases,but 6 cases of hyperlipidemia,7 cases of abnormal activated partial thromboplastin time ( APTT),5 cases of abnormal international normalized ratio (INR),3 cases elevated platelet count,4 cases of positive D-dipolymer,1 cases of low hemoglobulin level ( <10 g/L),4 cases with abnormal hematocrit,and 10 cases of elevated fibrinogen ( > 4 g/L) were identified.(4) Management and pregnancy outcomes; among the 7 cases happened during pregnancy,2 were complicated with severe preeclampsia and delivered through cesarean section immediately and discharged after proper management including depressurization,spasmolysis,dehydration and anticoagulant therapy.Five of the 7 cases presented with CVT during early pregnancy,among which 1 was discharged after dilation and curettage followed by anticoagulant therapy,2 received endovascular thrombolysis after which one was discharged and the other one left with right hemiparesis and 2 patients died.Among the 17 patients presented with CVT during puerperium,10 received anticoagulant therapy after which 4 were fully recovered,5 left with functional disturbance (3 with hemiplegia,1 with incomplete motor aphasia and hemiparesis and 1 with blurred vision) and one died.Among the rest 7 cases who underwent endovascular thrombolysis,3 were fully recovered,3 left with functional impairment ( 1 with blind and headache and 2 with hemiplegia),and one died.Altogether,there were 14 patients underwent systemic anticoagulant therapy after which 7 were fully recovered,5 left with dysfunction and 2 died.Among the 10 cases received endovascular thrombolysis,4 were fully recovered,4 remained some dysfunction and 2 died.Conclusions CVT,mostly presented as superior sagittal sinus thrombosis,are more common in puerperium than during pregnancy and DSA is the golden standard for the diagnosis of CVT.Anticoagulant therapy and endovascular thrombolysis are effective in the treatment of CVT,but may left the patients with functional disturbance or even death.Prompt diagnosis and treatment ensure a better outcome for pregnant women complicated with CVT.

Objective:To investigate specific cellular immune response to the HPV16E7 prophylactic vaccine in mice.Methods:BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 3 groups:experimental group (treated with pcDNA3.1-HPV16E7),control group Ⅰ(treated with pcDNA3.1) and control group Ⅱ(treated with N.S.).Mice were injected (i.m.) pcDNA3.1-HPV16E7,pcDNA3.1 and N.S. one time per week,respectively.After three immunization,the blood samples from eye sockets and the supernatant cultured of spleen cells were taken for measurement IFN-? and the number of CD4 +?CD8 +T-lymphocyte by ELISA and FACS assay.Antigen-specific splenocyte proliferation assay in vitro was detected by MTT method.Results:The splenocytes actively proliferated,the number of CD4 +T lymphocyte and the quantitation of IFN-? in spleen and serum in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Conclusion:The pcDNA3.1-HPV16E7 DNA vaccine can induce specific cellular immune response in BALB/c mice.
