Objective To summarize the experience in nursing patients undergoing skin biopsy on head and face . Method One hundred and twenty patients with head facial dermatosis undergoing skin tissue biopsy were nursed from August 2012 to October 2013. Result All operation for biopsy were completed smoothly, with the cure rate at the first phase 100.0%, healing time 5~7 days, averaged (7.0 ± 3.0)d and no complications. Conclusion For those patients having undergone facial skin tissue biopsy, the nursing measures like psychological nursing, health education before operation, preoperative relief of mental disorder, postoperative wound nursing and health education, prevention of complications are critical for their recovery.

Objective To investigate the role of cathepsin G in photoaged fibroblasts. Methods Human fibroblasts were cultured and induced to premature senescence using UVA + MOP methods. Senescence-associated-β-galactosidase (SA-β-gal) stain was used to evaluate the positive rate of aged cells. The mRNA and protein expression of cathepsin G in photoaged fibroblasts were detected by real-time RT-PCR and Western blot techniques. Results Over 98 % induced cells presented a positive SA-β-gal straining. The expression of cathepsin G, detected by Western blot, was increased to (1. 70±0. 028) times of the control. And RT-PCR revealed that the synthesis of cathepsin G mRNA was also up-regulated to 1. 42±0. 09. Conclusion The results of our study demonstrates a significant correlation between photoaged fibroblasts and cathepsin G. The up-regulation of cathepsin G may play an important role in the damages of extracellular matrix and activation of MMPS in photoaged human skin.

Objective To explore the effects of music relaxation imagination training and warm paste on hypothermia, stress response and shivering during cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 maternals who underwent cesarean section in Huai'an Maternal and Child Health-Care Center of Jiangsu Province from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the different nursing method, the maternals were divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The maternals of the control group were given the conventional nursing intervention, on the basis of which the observation group was given music relaxation imagination training combined with warm paste. The axillary temperature, heart rate and the incidence of shivering of all research objects were statistically analyzed.Results The axillary temperature and heart rate in the observation group were stable during caesarean section. However, the decline of axillary temperature and the fluctuation of heart rate in the control group were obvious. The total incidence rate of shivering of the observation group was 6.67％, which was lower than that of the control group (21.67％), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.74,P=0.03).Conclusions Music relaxation imagination training combined with warm paste can reduce hypothermia during cesarean section, and prevent stress response. In addition, it can effectively prevent intraoperative shivering and reduce the degree of shivering.
