1.Research progress of new anticancer drug lobaplatin in treatment of metastatic breast cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(9):646-648
As the third generation platinum antitumor drug with independent intellectual property rights,a number of basic and clinical research shows lobaplatin can effectively inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cell lines including triple-negative breast cancer in vivo.Compared with the cisplatinbased regimens,lobaplatin-based regimens have similar efficacy, and better safety profile. It becomes the new treatment option of metastatic breast cancer, and remains to be further study to optimize clinical rational drug use.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2001;0(02):-
Objective:To study the expression and significance of cyclinD 1 in 45 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods:The expression of cyclinD 1 was detectde by immunohistochemistry(SP).Results: Expression of cyclinD 1 was found in 55.56% of TCCs and none of controls, and 78.57% of T a~T 1,11.76%of T 2~T 4.Approximately,85% of G 1,46.67% of G 2 and 10% of G 3 with the progress of tumors clinical stages and grades ,and the positive rates of cyclinD 1 expression decreased. There was no significant correlation between cyclinD 1 expression and number of lesions and postoperative reccurance. Conclusions: CyclinD 1 overexpression can play an important role in the early stage of bladder tumorgenesis. There was significant relativity between cyclinD 1 expression and the biological behaviour of bladder TCCs.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(2):13-16
Objective To investigate the status of self-management behaviors and sense of coherence (SOC) in patients with type 2 diabetes as well as their correlation. Method A total of 348 patients with type 2 diabetes participated in the survey by way of the general demographic data form, diabetes self-care scale (2-DSCS) and sense of coherence scale (SOC-13). Results The total score on 2-DSCS was (65.61 ± 14.55), and 17.24%of them were scored fairly well. The total score on SOC-13 was (63.25 ± 11.46), with an average score of (4.87 ± 0.88) on every dimension of it. The total score on 2-DSCS together with its dimensions was positively correlated with the total score on SOC-13(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusions The SOC and self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes should be enhanced. In order to improve the level of self-management, nurses should take some individualized interventional measures based on the level of SOC in patients.

[Objective]To study the feasibility and clinical effect of the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture with limited decompression of neighbouring segments with internal fixation and intervertebral body fusion.[Method]Forty-three patients with thoracolumbar fractures were treated with this technique. The fusion of bone graft, reduction rate of fracture, nerve functional recovery, the loosening of rectification, subsequent low back pain, and the degeneration of adjacent segments were evaluated.[Result]All cases were followed up for 21.4 months and showed the results of strong spine bony fusion,96.1% satisfactory reduction rate without reduction lost, various differences of nerve functional improvement,a rank-sum test P

Objective To investigate the pollution status of algae and microcystin(MC)in Dianshan Lake,Shanghai City and Poyang Lake,Jiangxi Province. Methods Water samples were collected from different sites of the above lakes,as the pretreatment of intracellular and extracellular microcystins was finished,MC-LR concentration was detected by ELISA.Results The proportion of Cyanobacteria in Dianshan Lake was 38.8% and 68.2% respectively, the mean content of MC was 281.78 and 1 145.77 pg/ml respectively. In Poyang Lake, the proportion of Cyanobacteria was 48.9% and 73.7% respectively, the mean content of MC was 80.53 and 405.65 pg/ml respectively. In the same water-blooming lake,MC content was significantly lower in July than that in October(P

Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of treating C 7~T 1 intervertebral disc herniation by puncture cervical discotomy(PCD).Methods Three cases of C 7~T 1 intervertebral disc herniation were undergone PCD. Results All the procedures were succeeded with the main symptoms and signs of the 3 patients disappeared during 2 months after PCD. No recurrence occurred during the follow up of 7,11,16 months, respectively. Conclusion The treatment of C 7~T 1 intervertebral disc herniation by PCD is safe and effective.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2009;28(3):342-344
Objective To evaluate the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Jinan, Shandong Province, and to analyze epidemic trend and its cause. Methods Epidemic data of human brucellosis from 2004 to 2007 in Jinan were collected from National Disease Supervision Information Management System. The rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT) and standard tube agglutination test(SAT) were employed to detect brucellosis in the serum samples of high-risk exposure groups involved in livestock transaction, slaughter and raising where brucellosis had been outbreak in the last three years, and epidemiological survey was conducted on the confirmed patients in 2007. Results A total of 32 brucellosis cases occurred in 2004-2007 in Jinan, among which 15 cases in 2007, 3.75 times(15/4) of those in 2004. One hundred and seventy-eight blood samples were collected from high risk population, and positive detective rate was 11.24%(20/178). Most of the patients were found in Zhangqiu and in the months from March to September, accounting for 93.33% (14/15). Farmers accounted for 93.33% (14/15) in all cases. Sixty-six point six seven percent(10/15) of the patients were over 50 years old. Male to female was 2.75: 1(11: 4) in ratio. There was a tendency of family aggregation. Two or three cases occurred in each of 3 families. All cases had a contact history with cattle and sheep, and the diagnosis were confirmed between 17-529 days(median being 70 days), in which 86.67%(13/15) of the cases were confirmed by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Conclusions Brucellosis epidemic of Jinan is in an upward trend. Zhangqiu is the main epidemic region. Spring and summer are the prevailing periods, most of the patients are old male farmers were the majority of the patients. It is believed that the epidemic is primarily due to potential infection sources, incompetent quarantine of imported livestock and poor awareness of self-protection among high-risk occupational groups.

Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance rate of methicillin-resisitant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA) isolated from different departments in a certain primary hospital during 2009 to 2012,and to provide scientific evidences for clinical application of antibiotics. Methods Pathogens and bacterial resistance to antibiotics were identified using the VITEK 2 compact equipment. The data were got from WHONTES.5 and analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results There were 517 Staphylococcus aureus strains were detected(MRSA 135 strains,MSSA 382 strains). The rate of MRSA was 24.5%,27.7%,24.8%,27.0% during the four years.MRSA was mainly found in the department of oncology, orthopaedicsand ICU.MRSA was mainly isolated from pus, secretion, sputum and blood. The 517 Staphylococcus aureus strains showed high sensitive to vancomycin, linezolid and teicoplanin, the sensitive rate was 100%.Conclusion Establishing a more comprehensive MDRO monitoring and hospital infection control system in the primary hospital, and rational using antibacterial drugs at the based of the antibiotics susceptibility test in the treatment can be effective in preventing MRSA resistance rates increasing and hospital-borne.
