1.Research on the virtual instrument-based heart rate detection
China Medical Equipment 2015;(4):47-48
Objective: To design a heart rate testing procedure which based on Labview. Methods:Collect the blood oxygen signals of the fingers, which keep in step with the pulse wave. Filter the signals and obtain the pregnant datum by the Labview procedures. Results: Achieve the pulse cycle“T”by Labview processing the blood oxygen signals of the fingers, and gain the heart rate by calculating the pulse in one minute(Pulse is equal to the number of heart beat in one minutes-1/T,the heart rate). Conclusion:It is an important and meaningful work to process the signals. Not only acquire the heart rate, but also prompt and diagnose the diseases of the cardiovascular system. It also can provide some meaningful diagnostic evidence.

Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1995;0(04):-
Objective To study plasma tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF ?) level and its relationship with insulin resistance in familial type 2 DM. Methods Plasma TNF ? were determined by RIA in 32 familial type 2 DM patients, their 37 non diabetic first degree relatives and 40 healthy control subjects. Results Plasma TNF ? was significantly higher in familial type 2 DM patients[(1.19?0.21)?g/L] than in healthy control subjects[(1.00?0.18)?g/L]( P 0.05). Regression analysis indicated that TNF ? was inversely related to ISI and was a significantly independent contributor to variations in ISI. 39% of the variance in ISI was explained by TC, body mass index(BMI)and TNF ?. Conclusion The finding of an association between high plasma levels of TNF ? and insulin resistance suggests that TNF ? may be involved in the pathophysiology of insulin resistance in familial type 2 DM patients.

Objective To evaluate the effects of therapeutic touch on the pain in patients being undergoing percutaneous laser disk decompression. Methods Ninety-one patients undergoing pereutaneous laser disk decompression were randomly as-signed to therapeutic touch group and routine care group. The intraoperative pain was assessed at the end of operation. Result There was significant difference in the level of pain between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Therapeutie touch can alleviate intraoperative pain in patients undergoing percutuneous laser disk decompression.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
The expressions of HNF-4? and HNF-1? gene were assayed by RT-PCR in the livers of insulin-resistant rats and type 2 diabetic rats. mRNA levels of HNF-4? and HNF-1? in insulin-resistant rats were lower than those in control rats, and these levels were further decreased in diabetic rats. Changes in expressions of these 2 genes seem to be associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(07):-
It is considered that the central nervous system (CNS) is an immunologically privileged organ, but its immunological privilege is not complete, and immunological rejection may also occurred after tissue transplantation. Neural stem cell (NSC) transplantation has developed a brand-new approach for the treatment of various CNS diseases. Despite the low immunogenicity of NSC, there are also troubles of immunological rejection. This article reviews the immunological characteristics of CNS, the mechanisms of immunological response and immunological rejection in CNS, as well as the problems of immunological rejection of NSC transplantation.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2012;06(5):293-296
Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-based collaborative management on elderly out-patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 228 out-patients with CHF were randomly assigned to the community-based health management group (n =106 ) and the hospitalcommunity-based collaborative health management group (n =122).In community-based health management group, the patients only received community-based health management, while in hospital-community-based collaborative health management group the patients accepted comprehensive health management. One year later, medication compliance, readmission rate, mortality, average length of hospitalization, medical costs and Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire (LiHFe) were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences in clinical data were found between the two groups at baseline. After one year, medication compliance was significantly improved in hospital-community-based collaborative health management group when compared to community-based health management group ( x2 =8.97,P < 0.05 ).Readmission rate, averagelengthof hospitalizationandmedicalcostsof hospital-community-based collaborative health management group were lower than community-based health management group (x2 =9.91 ; t =3.78,3.61 ; all P < 0.05 ).One year ago,the items of LiHFe including physical dimension, emotion, symptom and social dimension and total score showed no significant between the two group (t =0.42,0.81,0.66,0.44,0.41 ; all P > 0.05 ).While one year later, all the scores of hospital-communitybased collaborative health management group were significantly declined( t =6.37,11.81,6.16,9.64,9.13;P < 0.05 ).Mortality showed no significant difference between the two groups ( x2 =0.247,P > 0.05 ).Conclusion Hospital-community-based collaborative management for health care may be a practical and valuable strategy for decreasing readmission rate and medical burden and improving quality of life of elderly patients with CHF.

Objective To investigate the scientific and objective quality management methods of ophthalmic nursing to improve the quality of ophthalmic clinical nursing. Methods According to the implemention details of review standards of tertiary special eye hospital (2011) and the management specification of clinical nursing of Guangdong province, combining with the characteristics of ophthalmic nursing to formulate the 21 indicators. The indicators had been applied in 12 wards to evaluate the nursing quality since 2013 each quarter. Using the Plato analysis method to analyze the data dynamically since 2013, then controlling and improving the nursing quality in view of the analysis result. The clinical nursing quality in the first half of 2013 was compared with the second half of 2013. Results The ophthalmic nursing indicators of 12 wards in the second half of 2013 were higher than the first half of 2013. Significant statistical difference was found in the implementation rate of periocular clean, cut fingernails preoperative, infusion system, identification, send medicine to the mouth, patients at high risk of falling drop of bed evaluation, wrist band awareness, patients′ satisfaction between two groups (χ2=4.115-12.308, P < 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions Establishing and implementing the nursing quality evaluation indicators system of ophthalmology can evaluate the clinical nursing quality objectively and promote the continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality.

OBJECTIVE:To study the?-lactamase production in multi-drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii isolated in clinic.METHODS:Susceptivity to antibiotics of the bacteria was measured by K-B and agar diffusion methods.The?-lac-tamase production of acinetobacter baumannii was examined by nitrocefin disc test, then their plasmid and chromosome ex-tracted as templete, the genes coded the?-lactamase were amplified by PCR with commercial kits.Furthermore, the sequence and homology of PCR products were analyzed.RESULTS:Total12acinetobacter baumannii in this study were?-lacta-mases-producing strains with a high resistance to cephalosporin. However,it is sensitive to carbapenem-antibiotics and cephalosporin with?-lactamase inhibitors,and6strains of them were confirmed that there were?-lactamases AmpC gene on plasmid by PCR amplification and sequence analysis.CONCLUSIONS:The?-lactamases AmpC mediated by plasmid would be main factor in the high resistance to cephalosporin of acinetobacter baumannii isolated clinically.
