OBJECTIVETo study the effect and its mechanism of antihypertensive of drug combination of Jimaitong tablt and nifedipine on spontaneously hypertensive rats.
METHODThe spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were treated by intragastric administration (ig) with Jimaitong (450 mg x kg(-1)), Jimaitong (300 mg x kg(-1)) combined with the nifedipine (0.5 mg x kg(-1)), nifedipine (5 mg x kg(-1)) for 8 weeks. Blood pressure and heart rate was measured. The level of oxidation indicators, lipid indicators, as well as hormones related to blood pressure was detected.
RESULTSCompared with that in the control group, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure of SHR decreased significantly in all the three administration groups (P < 0.01). Heart rates of nifedipine group was faster than other groups (P < 0.05). In combination group, contents of URE, MDA, ET and Ang II were decreased significantly (P < 0.05, P < 0.05, P < 0.05, P < 0.01), the contents of NO and CAMP, SOD and NOS were significantly enhanced (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONCombination use of Jimaitong and nifedipine has synergistic effects on anti-hypertension in spontaneously hypertensive rats. It indicates the potential applications of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the hypertension treatment.

The prevalence of gouty arthritis is increasing year by year.Acute attacks seriously affect work and life.Poor control of chronic recurrent attacks may lead to teratogenicity and disability.Targeted reduction of serum uric acid levels and crystallolysis is the key to gout treatment.Although its treatment guidelines are relatively complete and drug choices are relatively wide, the clinical effect is still not satisfactory. This review focuses on the molecular and cytopathological mechanisms behind the clinical manifestations of acute attack and spontaneous remission of gouty arthritis,so as to further understand the necessity of standardized clinical medica-tion and explore its potential treatment strategies.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and big data, "Internet + nursing" has been widely used in the healthcare industry. To better meet people's increasing demand for chronic wound management, chronic wound management has entered a new Internet era. This article uses SWOT analysis to explore the current inherent advantages and disadvantages of "Internet + nursing" in chronic wound management as well as external opportunities and threats, aiming to clarify the current research progress on chronic wound management based on the "Internet + nursing" platform, analyze the existing problems, and propose the countermeasures for reference by nursing staff.
