Objective To explore effect of interferon adjunctive therapy on TH1/TH2 and IL-12 of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 105 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were collected.105 cases were divided into the control group and the experiment group.52 cases in the control group were treated with non antiviral therapy, 53 cases in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with interferon adjunctive therapy .Clinical curative effect, serum TH1/TH2 and IL-12 were compared after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical total effective rate was higher (P<0.05); the IL-2 level in the experiment group was lower (P<0.05); the IL-4, IL-12 level in the experiment group were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Interferon assisted therapy can improve the clinical efficiency and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and it can be related to the decrease the level of erum IL-2, and rise the level of IL-4 and IL-12.

This paper presented the prenatal genetic analysis of a case of mosaic trisomy 2 combined with uniparental disomy 2. The pregnant women underwent non-invasive prenatal testing in Zhuhai Center for Maternal and Child Health Care on February 2019, which indicated an increased number of chromosome 2. Subsequently, amniocentesis was performed at 21 +2 weeks for prenatal diagnosis. No abnormalities were detected through the karyotype analysis of amniotic fluid cells. Chromosome microarray analysis of uncultured amniotic fluid cells revealed a duplication of 2.3 copies in chromosome 2 and 64.3 Mb regions of homozygosity in the 2q21.2q33.1 region. The comparison of single nucleotide information on fetus-parent chromosome 2 showed that the regions of homozygosity of the fetal 2q21.2q33.1 was paternal uniparental isodisomy (2), with the rest of chromosome 2 being paternal uniparental heterodisomy (2).Ultrasound results at 27 +6, 31 +6, and 34 +5 weeks of gestation showed continued exacerbation of fetal growth retardation with placental abnormalities and fetal blood flow spectrum abnormalities. Due to threatened preterm delivery at 35 +3 weeks, The pregnant woman chose to give up the fetus and delivered a stillbirth.

OBJECTIVE:
Autologous blood acupoint injection has practiced for treatment of various diseases, but its therapeutic mechanism remains unknown. This study aimed to explore the histological changes in the acupoint area after blood injection.
METHODS:
Blood samples (0.1 mL) collected from donator mice was injected in the recipient mice at the acupoint of left Zusanli (ST- 36). At 0, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h after the injection (3 mice at each time point), peripheral blood and muscular tissue were collected from the injection site for blood cell classification and histological study with HE staining.
RESULTS:
White blood cells and lymphocytes tended to increase but platelets tended to decrease at the acupoint after blood injection, but these changes were not statistically significant. Within 24 h after blood injection, acute inflammation occurred at the acupoint, and the injected blood components were infiltrated by neutrophils; a small number of monocytes were observed at the injection site, where red blood cells gradually disappeared. From 24 to 96 h, the injected area showed chronic inflammation with infiltration by mononuclear cells, macrophages, and lymphocytes, and the number of fibroblasts increased and neutrophils decreased gradually over time; the local muscle fibers were destroyed, and proliferation of fibrous tissue could be seen.
CONCLUSIONS
Blood injection at the acupoints can mimic the process of hematoma absorption in the muscular tissue, and local inflammation is initiated to engulf and clear the blood components, which may be the basis for the therapeutic effects induced by acupoint stimulation.
