Objective To evaluate the effects of perioperative rehabilitation for patients with self-forearm internal arteriovenous fistula. Methods Divided 124 patients with end-stage renal disease into the functional training group (65 cases,A group)and the control group(59 cases,B group) randomly, and then compared certain related indexes between the two groups. Results In the A group, the artery diametcr was obvious widen before functional training without operation, and the vein diameter was obvious widen before functional training without operation too,P < 0.05.After operation, the A group Anastomotic unobstructed was obviously better than B group in one-stage,P < 0.05.A group with thrombosis cases significantly less postoperative than B group,P < 0.05.A group with edema of hands was significantly shorter than B group,P < 0.01.Postoperative fistula time to maturity in the A group was (43.76 ± 2.21) days, which was significantly shorter than that of in the B group,(49.69 ± 5.85) days,P < 0.01.Conclusion Systematic strengthening of perioperative functional exercises can significantly improve preoperative vascular conditions, improve the success rate of operation, reduce risk of thrombosis cases, shorten the time of hand edema and the time of fistula in mature.

Objective:To investigate the effect of upper limb pillow position on hemodynamic and safety of patients undergoing cerebellopontine angle tumor resection.Methods:Eighty-four patients receiving cerebellopontine angle tumor resection in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group (42 cases) and the control group (42 cases). Patients in the control group were placed in routine upper limb position, while patients in the experimental group were placed in upper limb pillow position. The data including systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, saturation of blood oxygen were recorded on admission of operation room, completing placing body position, 30 minutes and 60 minutes after operation and after finishing the operation. The numbness/soreness of upper limbs and pressure injury rate was compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results:The rate of numbness/soreness of upper limbs were 2.4% (1/42) in the experimental group, 19.1%(8/42) in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( χ2 value was 6.098, P<0.05). The stage 1 pressure injury were 2 cases in the experimental group, stage 1 and 2 pressure injury were 6 cases and 2 cases, respectively in the control group, the differences were statically significant ( Z value was 2.039, P<0.05). Conclusion:Upper limb pillow position of the operation side can reduce postoperative complication of patients undergoing cerebellopontine angle tumor resection, but will not increase the risk of abnormal hemodynamic fluctuation.

Objective To observe the effects of anisodamine on levels of neurotensin in the plasma and lung homogenate during acute lung injury in rats after brain trauma. Methods The level of neurotensin in the plasma and lung organizes after brain trauma and that after administration with anisodamine were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results Level of neurotensin in the plasma and lung homogenate of rat with brain trauma was obviously higher than that in normal control group but significantly lower than that in anisodamine group. Conclusion Increase of neurotensin in the plasma and lung homogenate may be due to causing lung injury after brain trauma.Anisodamine can exert protective effect on acute brain injury by reducing level of neurotensin in in the plasma and lung homogenate.

Cancer immunotherapy can effectively inhibit cancer progression by activating the autoimmune system, with low toxicity and high effectiveness. Some of cancer immunotherapy had positive effects on clinical cancer treatment. However, cancer immunotherapy is still restricted by cancer heterogeneity, immune cell disability, tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment and systemic immune toxicity. Cell membrane-coated nanoparticles (CMCNs) inherit abundant source cell-relevant functions, including "self" markers, cross-talking with the immune system, biological targeting, and homing to specific regions. These enable them to possess preferred characteristics, including better biological compatibility, weak immunogenicity, immune escaping, a prolonged circulation, and tumor targeting. Therefore, they are applied to precisely deliver drugs and promote the effect of cancer immunotherapy. In the review, we summarize the latest researches of biomimetic CMCNs for cancer immunotherapy, outline the existing specific cancer immune therapies, explore the unique functions and molecular mechanisms of various cell membrane-coated nanoparticles, and analyze the challenges which CMCNs face in clinical translation.
