A series of 5H-benzo[b] carbazole derivatives were synthesized to find new TopⅡ inhibitors.The substitution pattern at C-9 was discussed.All 16 compounds were tested for their antiproliferative activities against 4 tumor cell lines (SMMC-7721,S1,HCT116,and HeLa) by sulforhodamine B assay.Four compounds were found to inhibit the proliferation of all tested cell lines.And compound 10e displayed the best antiproliferative activity against all 4 tested cell lines with IC50 values of 5.06,4.50,5.29,and 6.32 μmol/L,respectively.

The aim of the experimental teaching educational reform is to improve teaching quality of pathology and increase the ability of linking theory with practice.The educational reform wag carried out by analyzing clinical pathological cases and integrating basic preclinical medicine mode.Through the educational reform,the students were guided to shape a whole medical knowledge system with the center of organ pathological change,and know well the learning method of connecting each subject,and the teaching quality of pathology Was thus successfully improved.

Disasters are traumatic events that are always incongruent with our existing cognitive structures. Immediate negative psychological impact and traumatic related psychiatric disorders are popular among survivals involving the disasters. Super-half of survivals involving the "5" 12" Wenchuan earthquake experienced the symptoms of anxiety or increased arousal. 12.59% of survivals were met with the ASD diagnosis. 21.29% of adults and 10.21% of adolescents were met with the PTSD diagnosis 5 months after the major earthquake. Immediately negative psychological impact and high prevalence of traumatic related psychiatric disorders among survivals were confirmed.More effort should be paid on the disaster related patients in emergency department with psychiatric issues. Also, the long-term psychological service is necessary for Sichuan Pest-Disaster Reconstruction Projects.

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of non-specific diagnostic indicators for bacterial neonatal late-onset sepsis. Methods: A total of 55 children with bacterial neonatal late-onset sepsis in Langfang People's Hospital were selected as sepsis group.Another 67 cases of non-infected newborns were selected as control group.White blood cell, platelet and C-reactive protein were retrospectively analyzed for diagnostic value.Meanwhile, percentage of neutrophils and mean platelet volume were analyzed for diagnostic value. Results: When the bacterial neonatal late-onset sepsis occurred, the sensitivity(41.8%), specificity(95.6%) and positive predictive value(92.0%) of C-reactive protein were high.The sensitivity(18.2%, 10.9%), positive predictive value(71.4%, 85.7%) of white blood cell and platelet were low, but specificity(94%, 98.5%) was high.The percentage of neutrophils [(62.01±22.16)] and mean platelet volume[(11.60±0.98)] were higher than those of the control group [(36.58±11.06), (10.88±0.95)], and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion C-reactive protein has greater diagnostic value for bacterial neonatal late-onset sepsis.The percentage of neutrophils and mean platelet volume have some diagnostic value.

Objective: To understand the prevalence, awareness, treatment and control of hypertension in elderly residents in Hebei province. Methods: Elderly residents aged ≥60 were selected though multistage clustering sampling during August to December, 2015. Design based methods were adopted to analyze the prevalence, awareness, treatment and control of hypertension in local residents of Hebei. Results: A total of 2 501 elderly adults were included in the study. The overall prevalence rate of hypertension was 63.7% (58.3% in males, 69.0% in females), the awareness rate of hypertension was 42.4% (35.7% in males, 48.0% in females), the treatment rate was 38.2% (32.0% in males, 43.3% in females), and the control rate was 9.0% (8.1% in males, 9.7% in females). The results of multivariate analysis indicated that age, sex, degree of education, BMI and central obesity were the factors influencing the prevalence, awareness, treatment and control of hypertension in elderly population in Hebei. Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension was high, but the rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension were low in elderly residents in Hebei. The influences of overweight, obesity and central obesity on hypertension were significant in the elderly. It is necessary to standard the management of hypertension and reduce the risk factors for hypertension in elderly population to improve the control of hypertension.

Objective: To investigate the molecular evolution characteristics of human coronavirus (HCoV) subtypes in patients with fever and respiratory tract infection in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2012. Methods: Partial fragments of NP, RdRp and S genes of HCoV-OC43, HCoV-229E and HCoV-NL63 positive samples were amplified by RT-PCR and sequencing. Bioinformatics software, including Bio-edit, Mega4.0 and Clustal1.83 were used for comparison and analysis of NP, RDRp and S gene sequences. Molecular evolutionary tree of different gene regions of HCoV-OC43, HCoV-229E and HCoV-NL63 were built. Results: No remarkable variation or recombinant strain of HCoV-OC43, HCoV-229E and HCoV-NL63 was found in Guangzhou during 2010—2012. The HCoV-OC43 substrains were genetically closest to the strains found in Belgium and Hong Kong (GenBank accession number JN129834 and AY903460). HCoV-229E substrains were genetically closest to those found in Amsterdam (GenBank accession number JX503060) and HCoV-NL63 most genetically close to those in Amsterdam and Beijing (GenBank accession number JX104161 and DQ445911). The NP and RDRp genes of all subtypes were highly conserved, while S gene was more variable. Conclusions There were at least 3 substrains of HCoV-OC43, HCoV-229E and HCoV-NL63 epidemic in Guangzhou during 2010—2012, and no remarkable variation or recombinant viral strain was found. The NP and RDRp genes of all subtypes were highly conserved and can be used in virus detection, while S gene was more variable and suitable for phylogenetic and variation study.
