BACKGROUND:Mechanical properties of the blood vessels include axial and radial tension which is important to guarantee the tissue perfusion and its pressure. OBJECTIVE:To test and analyze stretching and puncture parameters that can ful y characterize the performance of blood vessels, so as to predict the health condition of the vessels transplanted into recipients. METHODS:Mechanical properties as circumferential tension, axial tension and puncture were tested on the porcine aorta, and then pathological and staining analysis was done to explore whether freeze-dried vessels can withstand the blood pressure in al directions after transplanted into the body. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Specific trend on the curves of freeze-dried vessels during circumferential tension, axial tension and puncture process was closer to that of fresh vessel curves, suggesting that structural components and arrangement of the freeze-dried vessels were not changed greatly. Meanwhile, the microscopic observations of slice and tensile section were taken into account so that the reason was studied and explained for the mechanical properties of the experimental data and results. The macroscopic mechanical result was analyzed based on the change of microstructure. These findings indicate that the vacuum freeze-drying is a better method to maintain the performance of blood vessels.
2.Co-word cluster analysis of research hotspots in community-based rehabilitation from 2013 to 2018 based on Pubmed database
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(21):2699-2704
Objective? To analyze the research hotspots of oversea community-based rehabilitation (CBR) from 2013 to 2018 so as to provide reference for researches on CBR in China. Methods? Extended searching was conducted to retrieve literature based on the theme of "rehabilitation" and "community" in Pubmed, matrix clustering analysis was performed using Bicomb 2.0 and IBM SPSS 20.0. Results? A total of 8 733 related literatures were retrieved, and 37 high-frequency keywords were intercepted; four hotspots were analyzed and summarized including:rehabilitation of community disabled patients, exercise training and quality of life of the community elders, community rehabilitation of stroke survivors, and self-management and motivational methods of CBR. Conclusions? In the recent five years, the researches of oversea CBR focus on the rehabilitation of disabled patients, exercise training for the elderly, rehabilitation after stroke, and self- management and supervision of rehabilitation acceleration.

With age, physiological decline and pathological factors can reduce the balance ability of the elderly people. Balance ability is closely related to the quality of life of the elderly people. Timely assessment of balance ability is helpful for medical staff to develop targeted rehabilitation training programs, so as to promote healthy aging. This article reviews the scoring methods, application status, advantages and disadvantages of balance ability assessment tools, so as to provide a reference for researchers to select scientific and reliable assessment tools.
