ObjectiveTo set up the new lab examination method for 1p, 19q and 10q loss of heterozygosity(LOH) in glioma.MethodsThirty-eight cases of oligodendroglioma were enrolled into the study. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction-based microsatellite analysis was performed on tumor tissues in order to study the status of chromosomes 1p, 19q and 10q.ResultsAmong the 38 cases of oligodendroglioma, 25 cases (65.7%) showed 1p LOH, 26 cases (68.4%) showed 19q LOH, while 5 cases (13.2%) showed 10q LOH.ConclusionReal-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction-based microsatellite analysis is a rapid and specific for detecting LOH in glioma tissues.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy using curette and stripping wire method in treating diabetic foot. Methods 36 hospitalized patients diagnosed as diabetic foot were enrolled, and 18 of them were chosen as the experimental group according to random digital table method who was treated with medical therapy plus curette and stripping wire method in treating diabetic foot. The other 18 patients were named as the control group who were treated by medical treatment and routine treatment. The granulation tissue maturity, wound healing, and the differences on curative effect were compared. Results 10 cases′wound granulation tissue maturity in the experimental group got++and+++on the 10th day while 4 cases in control group. Wound healing rate of the experimental group at the 10th and 14th day were (78.6±10.5)%and (82.7±8.4)%while the control group were (43.2±8.7)%and (66.2±10.1)%. Cure rate of the experimental group was 14/18 four weeks after treatment, the inefficiency was 0, while the control group was 6/18 and 3/18. Conclusions Curette and stripping wire method is a good method to promote the dressing diabetic foot wound healing. It is superior to traditional methods, worthy of clinical application.

Objective To determine the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF)in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer and its clinical significance so as to detect the biological markers of different molecular subtypes of breast cancer.Methods We divided 100 breast cancer patients into four molecular subtypes by immunostaining:luminal subtype,HER-2(+)subtype,basal-like (BLs)subtype and normal breast-like (NBLs)subtype,and then compared the expression of MIF in the groups.We analyzed the associations of MIF-positive expression rate with age,menstruation,tumor size,auxiliary lymph node metastasis,histological type and grade,and clinical stage of the breast cancer patients.We also compared MVD level and 5-year overall survival rate between MIF-positive patients and MIF-negative ones.Results The positive expression of MIF was correlated with HER2(+)subtype breast cancer and auxiliary lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05 ).The patients with MIF-positive expression had a significantly higher level of MVD than those with MIF-negative expression (P < 0.05 ). Kaplan-Meier method showed that MIF-positive patients had a poor prognosis than MIF-negative ones (Log-rank=1 9.5 1 6,P = 0.000).Conclusion Breast cancer patients with MIF-positive expression may be mostly of HER2 (+)subtype,and tend to develop auxiliary lymph node metastasis.These patients have a significantly higher level of MVD and poor prognosis than those with MIF-negative expression.

Objective:To compare the safety of adrenal central vein treated at different times in laparoscopic adrenal pheochromocytoma resection through abdominal approach.Methods:A study was conducted on 43 patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma admitted to Xijing Hospital, Air Force Military Medical University from June 2012 to June 2019. The included patients were divided into two groups according to the surgical method: observation group ( n=22) and control group ( n=21). The patients of observation group were ligated the central advenal vein before the tumor was completely isolated, and the patients of control group were ligated the central advenal vein after the tumor was isolated. The changes of blood catecholamine levels before anesthesia, before central adrenal vein ligation, and after tumor resection were compared between the two groups, as well as the differences in operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, number of cases with intraoperative blood pressure fluctuations and frequency. Measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation ( Mean± SD), comparison between groups was by t-test; comparison of count data between groups was by Chi-square. Results:There was no significant difference in the mean operation time, the mean hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss, number of cases with dramatic blood pressure fluctuations between two groups ( P>0.05). The frequency of severe fluctuation of intraoperative blood pressure in observation group and control group was 19 times and 47 times, respectively, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the blood epinephrine and norepinephrine levels between the two groups before anesthesia and after tumor resection ( P>0.05). However, before ligation of the central vein, the epinephrine concentrations in the observation group and the control group were (572.1±282.1) pg/mL and (935.6±417.5) pg/mL, respectively, the noradrenaline concentrations were (8 347.9±4 103.6) pg/mL and (13 695.7 ±3 205.3) pg/mL, respectively, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Early ligation of the adrenal central vein can improve the safety of the laparoscopic approach to adrenal pheochromocytoma.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine and salvianolic acid B in Fuyankang En- ema.Methods The chromatograhie separation was performed on a Kromasil C_(18) column (250 mm?4.6 mm,5?m) with a gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.04 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.1% phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was set at 30℃.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results There was a good linearity in the range of 0.0924～2.3100?g (r=0.999 9) for berbeine,and 0.1000～2.5000?g (r=0.999 9) for salvianolic acid B.The average recoveries of berberine at high,middle and low concentra- tions were 100.40 %,99.51% and 99.15 % respectively with RSD being 0.59 %,0.67 %and 1.02 % (n=3) re- spectively.The average recoveries for salvianolic acid B were 101.52 %,99.32 % and 98.68 % respectively with RSD being 0.60 %,0.92 % and 1.00 % (n=3),respectively.Conclusions This method is convenient,specific and re- producible for the determination of berbeine and salvianolic acid B in Fuyankang Enema by HPLC.

[Abstract ] Objective C reactive protein (CRP), an in-flammatory maker, increased significantly among diabetes mellitus and other metabolic diseases.Meanwhile, adiponectin plays a vital role in anti-atherogenic, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic poten-tials.Further, it decreased in diabetes mellitus.To investigate the effects of C-reactive protein in the expression of high-molecular-weight adiponectin ( HMWA) and adiponectin multimerization. Methods The fully differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were respectively treated with 50μg/mL CRP for 0 h、6 h、12 h and 24 h , and different doses of CRP with 0μg/mL、5μg/mL、25μg/mL、50μg/mL for 24 h.The expres-sion of HMWA was further detected by Western blot.Additionally,
the mRNA expressions of adiponectin assembly related genes ( Ero1-L、DsbA-L、ERp44 ) were detected by Real time PCR after 50μg/mL CRP treatment for 24 h. Results After 24 h treatment, 25μg/mL CRP and 50μg/mL CRP resulted in a substantial reduction ( [70 ±7]%vs [44 ±7]%, P<0.05) while 5μg/mL CRP revealed no change.With the dose of 50μg/mL CRP treated, the ex-pression of HWMA were both inhibited after the 12 h and 24 h CRP treatment ([71 ±6]%vs [48 ±11]%, P<0.05), but for the 6 h CRP treatment group, HWMA remained unchanged.Additionally, CRP inhibited Ero1-L(86 ±10)%and DsbA-L(72 ±6)%gene expression and upregulated the expression of ERp44(141 ±23)%. Conclusion CRP decreases HMWA expression in a dose and time-dependent manner and inhibits the multimerization of adiponectin, thus weaken the benefits of adiponectin in diabetes.

Objective To study the methed of designing the surgical nursing electronic medical records and investigate the effect of application.Method According the nursing record form by Guangdong Provincial Clinical Nursing Writing Criterion (Specialty Version),we designed and completed the surgical nursing electronic medical records form.Result After implementation of the nursing electronic medical records,the mean time of measuring and inputting the patients’vital signs was(1.0±0.3)min and the mean time of finishing the nursing electronic medical records was 4.0±0.5 min.Conclusion Standardizing the form and content of nursing electronic medical records can improve the efficiency of routine work and the quality of nursing records.

ObjectiveTo study the relationship between C-erbB-2 and estrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR) receptors, and the relationship between C-erbB-2, ER, PR with histologic grade. MethodsTo detect ER, PR and C-erbB-2 states by using immunohistochemical analysis and fluorescence in situ hybridization for C-erbB-2 in 163 unselected invasive breast carcinomas. ResultsC-erbB-2, ER ,PR were expressed in 21.5％ ,64.4％ ,44.2％ of 163 cases respectivly . 5 pure mucinous carcinomas , 3 tubular carcinomas and 1 micropapillary carcinoma were ER + ( 100.0％ ) 、C-erbB-2 - ( 100.0％ ) and PR + (40.0％ ,66.7％, 100.0％ ). C-erbB-2 was positive in 22.3％ of grade Ⅱ and 27.0％ of grade Ⅲ invasive ductal carcinomas and negative in all grade Ⅰ invasive ductal carcinomas.ER and PR expression were decreased significantly in C-erbB-2 + tumors compared with C-erbB-2 - tumors( ER,25. 7％ vs 75.0％ ; PR,25.7％ vs 49.2％ ). Although ER or PR expression is decreased in C-erbB-2 + tumors, a substantial proportion of them still express ER or PR. ConclusionC-erbB-2 overexpression or amplifcation was limited to a minority of invasive breast carcinomas. Tumour grade was an independent predictor for ER expression. ER was expressed in small number of high-grade and in large number of grade Ⅰ invasive ductal carcinomas. C-erbB-2 overexpression or amplification essentially was limited to grades Ⅱ and Ⅲ ductal carcinomas and correlated inversely with ER or PR expression.

Objective To quantitatively study right ventricular function in the normal second and third trimester fetuses by M-mode tricuspid annular displacement(TAD).Methods TAD was measured using conventional M-mode echocardiography on 161 normal second and third trimester fetuses with gestation age (GA) between 19-38 weeks,meanwhile multiple parameters for evaluating right ventricular function were obtained using pulsed Doppler echocardiography (PW) and myocardial Dopple tissue imaging (DTI).The correlation between TAD and other parameters were analyzed using SPSS 17.0.Results In normal second and third trimester fetuses,the TAD was (9.38 ± 1.71)mm with a range of 5.79-13.90 mm,and was increased with the growth of GA.TAD was correlated with GA,E,A,Em,Am and Sm significantly (r =0.759,0.547,0.320,0.497,0.483 and 0.598 respectively,all P ＜0.001).TAD was not correlated with HR(P ＞0.05).TAD showed differences between the second trimester fetuses and the third trimester fetuses (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions In normal second and third trimester fetuses,the TAD is increased with the growth of GA,and has good correlation with GA,E,A,Em,Am and Sm respectively,and may become a new promising modality to evaluate function of RV simply and accurately.The technique will be propitious to use in hospitals (without DTI) because of simplicity of operator and lower requirement on the technology and equipment precision.

Objective To study the expression of VEGF,Cox2 and mPGES in colon cancer.Methods VEGF,Cox2 and mPGES mRNA expression in 32 paired samples(tumor and adjacent normal tissue)were de- termined by using real time RT-PCR.Results VEGF was overexpressed in 19 of 32(59.3 %)tumor tissues compared with that in 6 of 32(18.7 %)adjacent normal tissue;COX2 was overexpressed in 20 of 32(62.5 %) tumor tissues compared with that in 5 of 32(15.6 %)adjacent normal tissue;mPGES was overexpressed in 24 of 32(75 %)tumor tissues compared with that in 9 of 32(28.12 %)adjacent normal tissue.Conclusion Our result suggested that VEGF165,mPGES and COX2 overexpressed in colon cancer.
