2.Effect of nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety of patients with amputation due to trauma
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(23):3-5
Objective To discuss the nursing intervention effect on reducing anxiety of patients with amputation due to trauma. Methods 30 trauma patients needing amputation were given pertinent nursing intervention according to the psychological problems existing in them by special nurses from admission to operation.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)was used to evaluated the anxiety of patients ten minutes after informing them of the operation and ten minutes before the operation. The anxiety level was compared before and after the intervention. Results After the nursing intervention, the level of anxiety was alleviated compared with that on admission. Conclusions Strengthening the nursing intervention can effectively reduce the anxiety level of patients with amputation due to trauma before operation, and improve the initiative and compliance of treatment in patients.
3.Study on the Mechanism of Preventing and Treating Scar by Traditional Chinese Medicine
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(10):1265-1267
[Objective]The purpose of the review was to summarize the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat scar and its mechanism in recent 10 years. [Methods]Retrieving the literature of the past 10 years on Chinese medicine to prevent scar , it is to summarize scar mecha-nism of prevention and cure both in vivo and in vitro experiments. [Result]Main mechanism of preventing and treating scar by traditional Chinese medicine is through studying fibroblasts and col agen. The specific mechanism is that Chinese medicine can inhibit the growth of scar fibroblasts in a con-centration-time-dependent manner, so as to reduce the scar tissue and control of infection and other complications; Additionly, by adjusting the levels of col agenⅠ,Ⅲ, Chinese medicine can regulate synthesis of col agen, reduce scar, and improve the quality of wound repair. [Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in preventing and treating scar, but needs to further standardize methodology to broaden ideas. So Chinese medicine has a promising furure on anti-scar in the clinic.
4.Clinical observation of cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia with high risk HPV infection after LEEP treatment
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(16):2462-2464
Objective To explore the curative effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) on cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia(CIN) infected with high risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV).Methods 80 CIN patients with HPV infection underwent LEEP were selected.HR-HPV DNA load was detected before operation and 3 months after operation, and at the same time, vaginal examination and cervical directed biopsy were conducted. Results Before LEEP operation, the differences between different levels of CIN HPV load were not significant(P >0.05,F =0.45).3 months after operation,CIN Ⅰ grade 19 cases (86.4%) turned to chronic inflammation,CIN Ⅱgrade 36 cases (83.7%) turned to chronic inflammation,CINⅢ grade 13 patients (86.6%) were chronic inflammation.Cervical HPV load postoperatively negative rate was 85% and the lower HPV load, the higher postoperatively negative rate. Conclusion LEEP is the effective treatment for cervical lesion and can significantly decrease the HPV-DNA loading at cervix.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Nowadays, medical university students' mental quality is a question that shouldn't be ignored. This paper analyzed the causes of mental problems of medical university students, emphasized the importance of mental quality education in clinical practice and put forward methods of mental quality education in clinical practice.
7.Effect of Smad7 gene modified BMSCs to TGF-β signal conduction in hepatic stellate cells
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(10):1441-1445
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Smad7 gene modified bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells ( Smad7-BMSCs) to prevent hepatic fibrosis in vitro. Methods:Smad7-EGFP-BMSCs were established by isolating and purifying BMSCs of rats, and transfecting Ad-Smad7-EGFP. HSC-T6 were divided into Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D, which were respectively incubated with Smad7-EGFP-BMSCs, BMSCs, Smad7 plasmid and PBS for 72 hours. The level of Smad7and TGF-β1protein in the culture solution was determined by ELISA. The expression of mRNA and protein of Smad7,TGF-β1,Col Ⅰ and α-SMA in the hepatic stellate cells were respectively determined by Western blot and RT-PCR. Cellular apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry. Results:(1)The results of ELISA showed that the level of TGF-β1 protein decreased(P<0. 01) but the level of Smad7 protein increased (P<0. 01) in Group B,Group C and Group D compared with Group A;the level of TGF-β1 protein decreased(P<0. 01) but the level of Smad7 protein increased (P<0. 01) in Group D compared with Group B and Group C. (2)The results of Western blot and RT-PCR showed that the level of mRNA and protein of Smad7,TGF-β1,Col Ⅰ and α-SMA decreased(P<0. 01) but the level of mRNA and protein of Smad7 protein increased (P<0. 01) in Group B,Group C and Group D compared with Group A;the level of mRNA and protein of Smad7,TGF-β1,ColⅠandα-SMA decreased(P<0. 01) but the level of mRNA and protein of Smad7 protein increased (P<0. 01) in Group D compared with Group B and Group C. (3)The results of flow cytometry showed that the rate of cellular apoptosis de-creased(P<0. 01),but the level of Smad7 protein increased (P<0. 01) in Group B,Group C and Group D compared with Group A;the rate of cellular apoptosis decreased(P<0. 01)in Group D compared with Group B and Group C. Conclusion:Smad7-BMSCs can have the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis by affecting TGF-β1 signal pathway and promoting cellular apoptosis in hepatic stellate cells.
8.Early identification and treatment of neonatal shock
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(2):88-90
The clinical manifestations of neonatal shock are atypical so that the early identification was important.Heart rate variability analysis and pulse oximetry for perfusion index monitoring are great help for early identification of neonatal shock.Much attention should be given to the treatment of neonatal special type of shock in addition to follow the general principles of shock treatment.
