Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(5):517-520
Literatures of study on acupoint functional effect of encephalic region with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) are collected from the database of China National Knowledge Information (CNKI) and Wan fang database. Analysis and comments are made respectively from the status quo of studies on combination of single acupoint, two acupoints and multiple acupoints under both physiological and pathological conditions. The results show that the corresponding encephalic regions can be specifically activated by acupuncture. And different regions can be activated by different acupoints. However, studies on single acupoint, two acupoints and three acupoints are the major researches carried out at present. It is still lack of observation on effect of commonly-used combinations in clinic. Moreover, the reliability of the research results are also affected by disunity of operations protocol, reinforcing or reducing manipulations, intensity or depth of stimulation and duration of needling retention. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a unified and standard operation protocol to strictly control the bias factors which may affect the result of research in the future, and take patients as the study target as much as possible, so as to further explore the central effect mechanism.

Objective To investigate the expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with ZEB2 protein. Methods The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 gene and protein in tissues were detected. The expression of miR-200c in endometrial carcinoma RL95-2 cell line was inhibited by using antisense oligonucleotides and its effect on cell invasiveness was tested. The expressions of ZEB2 gene and protein in cells were detected. Results The expression levels of miR-200c and ZEB2 mRNA and protein in endometrial tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and control group (P < 0.05). The average penetrating number in antisense miR-200c transfected group was significantly less than negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). The expression levels of ZEB2 gene and protein in antisense miR-200c transfected group were lower than the negative control group and liposome group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of mRNA-200c in endometrial carcinoma was high and it might be promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis by regulating ZEB2.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(2):135-137,171
Dual material gate SOI MOSFET with asymmetrical halo can suppress short channel effect and increase carriers transport efficiency. The analytical model of its subthreshold drain current is derived based on the explicit solution of two-dimensional Poisson's equation in the depletion region. The model takes into consideration the channel length modulation effect and the contribution of the back channel current component. Its validation is verified by comparision with two dimensional device simulator MEDICI.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of hysteromyoma uterine treated by uterine artery embolization (UAE) with color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Seventeen patients with hysteromyoma uterine were examined by color Doppler ultrasound before and after uterine artery embolization wthin half year monthly, observing the size, morphology, internal echotexture and Doppler signal of the uter and its myoma, measuring their Doppler indices of uterine artery, peripheral and internal vascular in myoma. Results There was significant difference of the average volume of the uterus and its myoma between pre-operation and post-operation( 435.18 cm 3 vs 222.51 cm 3, 102.47 cm 3 vs 52.10 cm 3,respectively, P
7.Cytokine-induced Killer Cell Activation by Dentritic Cells Loaded with the Tumor Antigen from Human Lung Cancer Cell Line A549
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(01):-
Objective To explore the specific anti-tumor effect of cytokine-induced killer cell (CIK) activation by dentritic cells (DC) loaded with the tumor antigen from human lung cancer cell line A549. Methods CIKs and DCs derived from the health donor's peripheral blood monocyte (PBMC) were isolated and induced by the cytokine in vitro. DCs were generated by culture of adherent cells from PBMC for 7days in the presence of IL-4 and GM-CSF. CIKs were generated by culture of non-adherent cells for 7 or 14 days in the presence of INF-?, IL-2, IL-1?, and mouse anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody. The phenotype of DC and CIK was analyzed by FCM. The activity of DC was evaluated by MLR; and the cytotoxicity of CIK was assayed by MTT. The CIK expression profile of cytokine and signal transduction genes were detected by the DNA micro-array under different circumstances. Results Phenotypic analysis indicated that CD3+CD56+NKT cells were predominant in the CIK cells generated in the current study, and that DC cells expressed high levels of CD40, CD80, CD86 and HLA-DR. As demonstrated by MTT assay, the CIK cells proliferated rapidly, and the DC cells were able to induce an MLR. Both antigen-pulsed and unpulsed DC stimulated the proliferation of CIK cells, and no significant difference was found between the two kinds of DC cells. Unpulsed DC cells did not enhance cytotoxicity mediated by CIK cells even though they were able to stimulate CIK proliferation. Antigen-pulsed DC, however, stimulated CIK cells to specifically kill target cells. The specific antitumor effect was also observed in nude mice bearing tumors. Conclusion One of the major effects of antigen-pulsed DC is to activate CIK cells and to make them specific in killing tumor cells.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective: To investigate the cerebral cognitive function and intelligence in children with learning disorder (LD). Method:Thirty children with LD were examined with Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) and the Wechsler intelligence Scale for Children-Chinese Revised (WISC-CR). The results were then compared between LD and healthy control. Results:Compared with healthy control, the correct categories of WCST and correct responses in LD group were significantly lower (4.3?1.3/5.1?1.2). The persistent errors (38.6?10.7/23.9?8.4), total trials and total errors of WCST in LD were significantly higher than those in healthy control. In LD group, the full intelligence quotient (FIQ)(89.0?14.3/112.6?17.0) and the verbal intelligence quotient (VIQ) and performance intelligence quotient (PIQ) of WISC were all significantly lower than those in healthy control. So did scores of four factors of WISC, such as arithmetic, comprehension, and block design and object assembly. The incidence of abnormal intelligence structure in LD (80%) was significantly higher than that in healthy control (30%). The IQ in LD children was positively correlated with the correct categories and correct responses of WCST, and negatively with the total trials and the total errors and persistent errors of WCST.Conclusion:LD children suffered the frontal executive function deficits and cognitive dysfunction.
