Objective:To learn and master the application of microwave technology in medical electron linear accelerator tube. Methods: Introduced the structure and principle of medical electron linear accelerator, traveling wave accelerating tube and standing wave accelerating tube;compared the structure, stable system and transport system of traveling wave accelerating tube standing wave accelerating tube. Results:standing wave accelerating cube have higher efficiency, shorter accelerating cube and electron gun, but have higher demand for pulse modulator, automatic frequency stabilization, the deflection system and microwave transmission systems. Traveling wave accelerating cube have lower efficiency, but have better energy spectrum and easy to adjust. Conclusion:Both traveling wave accelerating cube and standing wave accelerating cube were used in medical electron linear accelerator nowadays, it's easy to master medical electron accelerator after knowing the application of microwave in medical electron linear accelerator.

Objective T o investigate the serum IgE w ith various postm ortem intervals (PMI) in guinea pigs due to sudden death from anaphylactic shock and to explore the effect of refrigeration of corpse on serum IgE level and its application value in forensic m edicine. Methods T he anim al death m odels of anaphylactic shock w ere established. T he corpses w ere preserved at room tem perature (20℃) for 6 h and then refrigerated at 4℃. T he serum w as sam pled at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after death. T he IgE level of serum w as detected w ith ELISA . The control group w as also established. Results The serum IgE level had significant difference betw een the experim ental group and the control group (P<0.05). T here w as no significant difference am ong the experim ental groups at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours post-m ortem (P>0.05). Conclusion If the corpses w ere placed in 4℃ conditions 6 hours after anaphylactic death, the serum IgE still show s a good m arker w ithin 48 h for forensic investigation.

Objective To observe the effects of exogenous basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on radiation-induced apoptosis of C17.2 neural stem cells(NSCs) and explore the relationship between bFGF and Hes1,RBP-JK protein.Methods The cell viability was assessed using the MTT assay.After the cells attach to the flasks they were irradiated by the linear accelerator.And 5 min later,different concentrations of bFGF in accordance with the experimental design and cultured cells 48 h.Extracted total protein of each group and Western blot analysis showed the changes of the Hes1,RBP-JK protein.Results Compared with the control group,irradiation group cell growth was inhibited,the OD of 0 ng/ml bFGF group was 0.61±0.81,the OD of 80 ng/ml bFGF group was 1.21±1.01 and the control group was 1.51± 1.13.Compared with the control group,all groups showed statistically significant difference (P＜ 0.05).Western blot analysis showed that with the increasing concentrations of bFGF,RBP-JK expression gradually decreased,but Hes1 expression gradually increased.Conclusion Exogenous basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) can inhibit apoptosis of C17.2 NSCs.bFGF can regulate Notch signaling pathway downstream proteins Hes1,RBP-JK expression and inhibit neural stem cell apoptosis which were irradiated.

Objective To analyze the clinical character of uveitis in second hospital ot Jilin university.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of uveitis patients referred to from Second Hospital of Jilin University from September 2009 to September 2014.According to anatomical location,the manifestation of these uveitis patients were divided into anterior uveitis,panuveitis,intermediate uveitis and posterior uveitis.To discuss the possible causes of these patients according to the general information and relevant clinical laboratory examinations results.Results There were 1215 cases in this study,which included 587 male,accounting for 48.31％;and 628 female,accounting for 51.69％.The ratio of male-tofemale was 0.93∶1.The range of the age of these patients was from 4 to 91 years old.The mean age of these patients at the onset of these disease was (41.43±14.20) years.Of the 1215 cases,40 male and 43 female were younger than 20 years.The ratio of male-to-female was 0.93∶ 1;412 male and 396 female were between 21 and 50 years old.The ratio of male-to-female was 1.04∶ 1;135 male 189 female were older than 50 years.The ratio of male-to-female was 0.71∶1.There were 572 cases of anterior uveitis,accounting for 47.08％;527 cases of panuveitis,accounting for 43.37％;52 cases of intermediate uveitis,accounting for 4.28％;64 cases of posterior uveitis,accounting for 5.27％.703 cases had etiological diagnosis according to the clinical character and the auxiliary results,accounting for 57.68％.Vogt-koyanagi Haradal (VKH) syndrome,ankylosing spondylitis associated with uveitis and Behcet' s disease were the common entity,accounting for 30.44％,19.77％ and 14.22％ respectively.Conclusions The mean age of these patients in this study was older,compared to other reports.Female patients were more than male,especially in these patients older than 50 years.VKH syndrome,ankylosing spondylitis associated with uveitis and Behcet's disease were the common entities.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in combination with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops for dry eye after undergoing eximer laser in-situ keratomileusis(LASIK).METHODS: 62 cases(100 eyes) of patients with dry eye after undergoing LASIK were randomly divided into two groups: 32 cases(53 eyes) in the treatment group were treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in combination with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops,and 30 cases(47 eyes) in the control group with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops alone(4 times/day,1～2 drops/time) for 2 months.The drug efficacy was observed for 1～3 months since 1 week after the initiation of medication.RESULTS: The total effective rate in the treatment group vs.the control group was 98.11% vs.89.36%(P

Non-coding RNA refers to a class of RNAs that cannot encode proteins, and they play a very important role in regulating cellular activities. Pulmonary arteryhypertension is a group of diseases characterized by progressive elevation of pulmonary vascular pressure. Its pathogenesis is complex and its influencing factors are numerous. The study found that non-coding RNA, as a transcription product that does not participate in translational functions, plays an important role in the pathogenesis of patients with pulmonary arteryhypertension. With regard to the more well-studied and relatively mature circRNAs, lncRNAs, and miRNAs in non-coding RNAs, this article review the pathophysiological processes involved in the formation of pulmonary arteryhypertension.

Objective To discuss the national standard method of"General Test Method in Salt IndustryDetermination of Iodine Ion"and point OUt an incorrect concentration of sodium hypochlorite(NaClO)solution which is not matched with the concentration of oxalic acid solution being used in the national standard method.Methods The iodine ion in the reference salt was determined step by step as stipulated in the method.During the test,the concentration of the NaClO solution was altered from 5.0%to 0.1%in order to screen the suitable ranges of the concentration of NaClO solution.Results 5.0%NaClO solution was used according to the national standard method,which led to a significant deviation up to 700 ms/kg.The relative errors of the standard iodized salt determination were respectively 2312.0%,185.0%,4.0%,3.3%,-0.6%,-3.0%,-3.3%with different concentration NaClO(5.0%,3.0%,2.5%,1.0%,0.3%,0.2%,0.1%).Conclusion Under the circumstance that the concentration of the oxalic acid solution remains the same.the concentration of NaClO solution must be revised into 0.3%～2.5%in the national standard method to decrease testing errors.

Objective:To investigate the prognostic value of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and Ki-67 in breast can-cer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) and explore the association of chemotherapy regimens and cycles with the outcome of NAC. Methods:Clinical data of cancer patients receiving NAC were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were admit-ted in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. All statistical analyses were per-formed using SPSS version 19.0. The relationship among the outcome of NAC, molecular subtype, expression levels of ER, PR, and Ki-67, and chemotherapy regimens and cycles was investigated. Results:Only five HER-2(+) patients accepted the addition of trastuzum-ab in treatment, and few cases were excluded from the statistical analysis based on the effect of chemotherapy regimens. The effec-tiveness of NAC was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67 whereas negatively correlated with the expression levels of ER and PR (P<0.05). In patients receiving NAC, the patients with Luminal subtype had worse outcome than those with non-Luminal sub-type (P=0.033). The invalid efficacy of pathologic evaluations of Luminal and non-Luminal NAC were 10.1%and 1.3%, respectively. No significant difference was found in the outcome among patients receiving TE, TEC, or EC-T;however, patients who received more than four cycles of NAC had better outcome than others (P=0.016). The outcome was statistically significant when the cut-off value of Ki-67 was 25%. Conclusion:Ki-67 proliferative index could be used as a prognostic marker to NAC in breast cancer patients. The cut-off value of Ki-67 should be determined on the basis of the data of each cancer patient. The curative effect of NAC was poor, and Luminal pa-tients with chemotherapy were insensitive and could be considered for surgical treatment. Patients who received less than four cycles of NAC had worse outcome than others, and prompt NAC foot treatment could improve the efficiency.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of sandplay therapy combined with family counseling in children with school phobia and its influence of child′ self-consciousness. Methods Integrative sandplay therary with family consulting were used to treat 28 patients with school phobia regularly for 2 months. Sandplay and family consulting therapy were given once a week for 45 minutes . Clinical outcomes were assessed using CGI-GI and Piers-Harris children′s self-consciousness scale before and after treatment as well as 3 months posttreatment. Results Overall response rate was 85%. In addition, the physical appearance and characteristic factor before and after treatment were no significant difference (P>0.05). The rest of the various factors and total score compared with pre-treatment significantly improved (P<0.05). After treatment for 3 months, every factor in self-consciousness of children and total score were no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Integrative sandplay therapy with family counseling has better and long-lasting treatment effect to self-consciousness of children with school refusal.
