2.Advances in MicroRNA and anaesthetic research
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(2):207-211
It has long been concerned about the mechanism , pathology and toxicology of anaesthetic involving drug addiction and its influence on human body .In recent years , as a short non-coding RNA negatively regulating the genes in cells , MicroRNAs (miRNAs) may turn out to be a focus issue which is related to apoptosis , metabolism, inflammation, and tumorigenesis. This article illuminates the influence on gene expression introduced by common anaesthetics and the interaction between gene and its target site . Analyzing the potential medical applications of miRNA , this article reviews the correlation between miRNAs and anaesthetic to provide new evidences in this emerging field .

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(06):-
Primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC) is a chronic, progressive cholestatic liver disease of unknown cause that usually affects middle-aged women.Ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)is the first selected drug to PBC which has definite effect.Treament of PBC with UDCA combined with immunodepressant become presents research focuses.Liver transplantation is the only treatment of the final stage of PBC.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(12):-
Objective:In occurrence and development process oflung cancer, the only known angiogenesis is one element ofthe growth, proliferation and aversion oftumor cells.VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 play important role in the development and aversion ofA549 cell. This experiment is to reveal the effect ofLingqi Capsule on expression VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in A549 cell and mechanism ofanti-tumor.Methods:Medicated serum was prepared with serum-pharmacology methods, the the effect ofmedicated serum on VEGFmRNA and protein expressions ofMMP-2 and MMP-9 was detected by RT-PCR technology and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results:It suggested that the VEGF mRNAcorrect value ofthe administration group was respectively(0.804?0.020),(0.836?0.022)and(0.914?0.009),the blank control group was(0.905? 0.033)and positive control group was(0.766?0.014).Difference between the administration group and the blank control group was significant(P
6.Application of ultrasonic freestyle extended imaging in different diseases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(10):-
Objective To study the application of ultrasonic freestyle extended imaging(FEI) in thyroid, breast, artery, vein diseases. Methods Thirty-five patients with above mentioned diseases were examined by FEI and the images were analyzed. Results FEI could entirely show the scan region needed. It also could enhance image quality, show the physiologic radian of the body, measure the nidi accurately. Conclusion The FEI technology provides more image information and is of great help to improve the clinic diagnosis ratios.
7.Influence of Animation on Autistic Children's False Belief Understanding
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate an effective paradigm to test false belief understanding for the Autism. Method:By comparing the multimedia animation presentation and the traditional presentation, 20 autistic children's false belief understanding was analyzed as well as the normal children's.Results:Animation presentation was really helpful to both groups, especially for the children with autism. The performance might be underestimated due to the application of the traditional presentation in false belief tasks. Conclusion:The autistic children's theory of mind can be measured much closer to the truth if the more apt tasks are considered.
8.Effect of combination of TRAIL and paclitaxel on human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901
China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Background and purpose:Tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) is a death receptor ligand that can induce apoptosis in a variety of cancer cell lines, but not all cancer cells . Past studies suggested that some chemotherapeutic drugs intensified the sensitivity of TRAIL induced apoptosis. We investigated the effect and potential mechanism of combined paclitaxel and TRAIL on apoptosis of human gastric cancer cell in vitro. Methods:SGC7901 cells were cultured with paclitaxel at different concentrations(1,5,10,20,40 ?g/ml) and different time(12,24,36,48 hr), methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay was used to measure the anticancer activity of paclitaxel. The ability of TRAIL alone, paclitaxel alone and TRAIL in combination with paclitaxel to induce apoptosis was measured by a flow cytometer. Expression of DR4,DR5, DcR1,DcR2,Caspase-8 and Bcl-2 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR.Results:The apoptosis rates of control group(C group),paclitaxel group(P group),TRAIL group (T group)and combination group(T+P)in 24 hr were 2.09%,10.65%,7.79% and 24.51%, respectively. The apoptosis rate in T+P group was significantly higher than that in C group, T group and P group(P
9.Development of an Online Game Cognitive Distortions Scale in Chinese Adolescents
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2006;0(06):-
Objective:To develop an Online Game Cognitive Distortions Scale(OGCDS) and examine its applicability in Chinese adolescents. Methods:A pretest was given to 117 middle school students to determine a 17-item version of OGCDS.A sample of 495 middle school students were required to complete OGCDS,Internet Game Cognition Addiction Scale and Young's Internet Addiction Disorder scale.Reliability and validity of OGCDS were analyzed.Results:①The retest reliability,split-half and Cronbach's ? reliability coefficients of the total scale were 0.753,0.827 and 0.904,respectively.②Scores of the total scale and each subscale were both significantly correlated with scores of IGCAS and IAD scale at 0.01 levels (r=0.540~0.728;r=0.283~0.413).③Four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, explaining 72.626% of the total variance;the load of each item varied from 0.490~0.886.④Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that standard measurement model fit data well:?2=141.586,NFI=0.909,IFI=0.952,CFI=0.952,RMSEA=0.063.Conclusion:Reliability and validity of OGCDS is corresponded with psychometric standard.
10.A QUANTITATIVE METHOD FOR HESPERIDIN (VITAMIN P)DETERMINATION
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(01):-
Based on the cyanidine reaction, a quantitative electrocolorimetric method for the estimation of hesperidin is described. The main steps of the procedure are as follows:Extraction: The sample is washed successively with 95% alcohol and ether until the washings are free from yellow color when alkali is added. The washed sample is then extracted under re fluxing for 90 minutes with 50% alcohol (the best ratio between the sample and alcohol ia 1:100 by weight), filtered while hot, and the filtrates is kept at 70℃ until used.Color producing and comparison: Five ml of the above extract are added into a test tube containing 250 mg of magnesium powder. The tube thus prepared is placed into warm water of 15℃ and 2 ml of cone. HCl are added slowly (0.2 ml for every 2 minutes) with gentle shaking. After the addition of HC1 is completed, the content of the tube is shaken and incubated at 37℃ for 1 hour. The extract is then cooled, filtered and its optical density is determined. The error introduced by the colored sample solution is corrected by setting the optical density reading of the blank at zero before the reading of the unknown. The blank was prepared similarly as the unknown except that the reaction of magnesium powder with added HCl was completed before the addition of sample solution. The hesperidin content of the sample is determined by interpolation of the optical density values on a standard curve prepared by a series of gradient concentration of hesperidin. An amount of 0.025 mg hesperidin in 5 ml solution can be determined quantitatively by this method and the recovery was 97.1-100.3%.
