0);while the gene frequency of HLA-DQA1 * 0401 allele in children FC was 0.9 %,which was lower than that of the control group(8.5 %,P = 0.0350).Conclusion HLA-DQA1 0101 allele maybe a susceptible gene and HLA-DQA1 * 0401 allele maybe a protective gene of FC in children FC in Han nationality in Baotou. There was no correlation between HLA-DQB1 and FC.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of 2 different ways of storage bag placement on some biochemical indexes of leukodepleted red blood cells (LD-RBC) to as to ensure the efficacy and safety of clinical blood transfusion.
METHODSThe whole blood samples of 20 donors (400 ml/donor) were selected for preparating the LP-RBC, which were divided evenly into 10 bags. The 10 bags were randomly divided into 2 groups; the bags in 1 group were placed uprightly, while the bags in another group were placed horizontally. The bags of 2 groups were stored in the same conditions. One storage bag from each group was taken randomly on day 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 respectively, and then the biochemical indexes of samples were detected and analyzed.
RESULTSThe values of K(+) and LAC on day 14, the value of LDH on day 28 in the uprightly placed group were higher than those in the horizontally placed group (P < 0.05), the value of Na(+) on day 28, and the value of Glu on day 35 in the uprightly placed group were lower than those in horizontally placed group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in Cl(-) level between 2 groups (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe storage bags placed by different ways during the storage show different influence on some biochemical indexes of LD-RBC in the storage period.

Objective:To explore the active components, targets, and signaling pathways responsible for Bushen Zhuyun prescription in treating the recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) based on network pharmacology and uncover its potential mechanism by molecular docking and in vitro cell experiments. Method:The active components of Bushen Zhuyun prescription were retrieved from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP), Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrated Database (TCMID) and the published articles, followed by the prediction of drug action targets based on such platforms as DrugBank and SwissTargetPrediction. GeneCards and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM) were searched to obtain the RSA targets, which were then intersected with the targets of Bushen Zhuyun Decoction. Following the plotting of Bushen Zhuyun prescription-compound-target-RSA network by Cytoscape 3.7.1, the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was then constructed with STRING for screening the core network. The resulting common targets were then subjected to Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis using R software. Autodock Vina 1.1.2 was used for molecular docking. The activation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/AKT) signaling pathway by Bushen Zhuyun prescription was verified in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC)

Processing of Chinese medicinals with vinegar is one of the characteristic processing techniques. Vinegar is vital for the quality of vinegar-processed decoction pieces. However, there have been no specified standards for adjuvants. Through consulting relevant literature and monographs, we comprehensively reviewed the historical evolution of processing with vinegar in records, selection and application of vinegar, and summarized the relevant standards and current status of vinegar as an adjuvant in China. According to the records in literature, vinegar is effective in activating blood, moving qi, dispersing blood stasis, removing toxin, promoting appetite, and nourishing the liver. Traditionally, rice vinegar is chosen in processing. Nowadays, the vinegar made from rice under solid-state fermentation should be chosen. At present, only food standards can be taken for reference for vinegar in the processing. Integrative and specific inspection indicators are lacking, so the standards for adjuvants need to be improved urgently. In addition, the inadequacy in quality control and management is also a major problem to be solved. Through literature research, we reviewed the historical evolution and research advance in vinegar to provide a reference for the standardization and further research of vinegar used in the Chinese medicinal processing.

Aim To investigate the mechanism of Pi- ezol in the phenotypic changes of rat coronary arterial smooth muscle cells ( CASMCs) induced by high hydrostatic pressure. Methods CASMCs were isolated from Wistar rats and stimulated for 24 h at 0, 120 and 180 mmHg, respectively. The expressions of Piezol , contractile phenotvpe-related proteins including Cavl.2 ,SM-MHC ,cx-SMA and synthetic phenotvpe-re- lated proteins including OPN , MMP-2, Coll al were detected by Western blot. The effect of calcium influx mediated by Piezol was detected by Laser confocal mi- j j croscopy.CASMCs were treated with Piezol agonist Yodal , inhibitor GsMTx4 and Piezol-siHNA , respectively and the expressions of contractile phenotvpe and synthetic phenotvpe-related proteins were detected by Western blot. Results Compared with control ( 0 mmHg) , the expressions of Piezol , OPN, MMP-2 and Collal increased, but the expressions of Cavl.2,SM- MHC and cx-SMA decreased in 120 mmHg as well as 180 mmHg group. After stimulated by 180 mmHg high pressure, Piezol-mediated calcium influx was stronger than that in 0 mmHg group, hut decreased after Piezol knockdown.Treated with Yodal at 0 mmHg, the expression of contractile phenotvpe-related protein decreased while the expression of synthetic phenotvpe-re- lated protein increased compared with DMSO group..\Jfter using GsMTx4 to inhibit or siRNA to knockdown Piezol at 180 mmHg,the expression of contractile phe- notvpe-related protein increased and the expression of synthetic phenotype-related protein decreased compared with the control group. Conclusion Piezol promotes the transition from contractile phenotvpe to syn-thetic phenotvpe of CASMCs induced by high hydrostatic pressure.

Aim To investigate the role of calcium-independent phospholipase A2(iPLA2)in calcium regu-lation of intrarenal artery smooth muscle contraction. Methods The method of measuring the tension of isolated arterioles was used to explore the effect of bromoenol lactone(BEL), a specific inhibitor of iPLA2, on the tension of the intrarenal arteries in mice induced by different calcium channels, and the laser confocal calcium measurement technology was used to investigate the effect of BEL on the intracellular calcium influx mediated by arachidonic acid-mediated calcium channels. Results The intrarenal artery concentration dependent contractile response induced by the vasoconstrictors phenylephrine and 5-hydroxy tryptamine was inhibited by BEL(P<0.01).The contraction curve induced by CaCl2 was also inhibited by BEL(P<0.05).In the calcium-free K-H solution incubated with nifedipine, the intrarenal artery vasoconstriction caused by the release of sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium and the calcium influx of the SOC channel induced by CaCl2 was inhibited by BEL(P<0.05).BEL significantly inhibited the external calcium influx mediated by the ARC channel of human aortic smooth muscle cell lines incubated with nifedipine(P<0.01).Conclusions iPLA2 mediates the contractile response of intrarenal arteries by regulating the functions of L-type calcium channels, sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium release, SOC channels and ARC channels.
