The content of geniposide in Compound Zhizi Granules was determined With TLC-scanner. The optimum experiment design obtained with orthogonal test could eliminate the disturbance of other components. The result was satisfactory.

In this paper, we improved the regularity results of obstacle problems, in which the smooth conditions of the coefficients aij(x) are released from C1(-/Ω) to L∞(Ω).

Objective To study the distribution of brain dopamine transporter (DAT) in children with autism by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). Methods Brain SPECT imaging was performed in 10 autistic children and 10 normal children, and DAT distribution in different functional areas of brain were calculated and compared by semi-quantitative evaluation of tracer uptake. Results There were no differences in tracer uptake between left and right striatum either in autistic children or in normal children (P=0.556, 0.563), while the tracer uptake level in autistic children was significantly higher than that in normal children (P=0.018). Conclusions The striatum dopaminergic neurons are hyperactive in children with autism. SPECT is helpful for the diagnosis of autism.

Objective To evaluate the immediate effect of percutaneous ventricular restoration (PVR) using the PARACHUTE system in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with apical aneurysm.Methods The study included 25 patients who received PARACHUTE partitioning device (PVD) implantation in the Xiamen Cardiovascular Hospital between January 2015 to December 2016.Invasive left ventricular hemodynamic assessments as well as cardiac output and cardiac output index were analyzed.Results Twenty-five patients [mean age (65.4±11.9) years] suffered from left ventricular aneurysm and heart failure patients after anterior myocardial infarction were enrolled.Ventricular partitioning device implantation was successful in 24/25 (96.0%) patients.PVR was failed in 1 patient due to unable to land the PVD in a satisfactory location.After implantation, a significant increase in cardiac output [(3.83±0.72) L/min vs.(4.85±0.93) L/min, P<0.01] and cardiac index [(2.32±0.74) L/(min·m2) vs.(2.90±0.82) L/(min·m2), P<0.01] was found.Conclusions Our preliminary experience on percutaneous ventricular restoration using PARACHUTE system demonstrates its feasibility and safety with increase in cardiac output and cardiac index immediately following the device implantation.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of the cognitive impairment about attentional network among amphetamine-induced psychiatric disorders. Methods Amphetamine-induced psychiatric disorders ( n = 100) and normal controls ( n = 100) were assessed with Attentional Network Test(ANT) in the first week and the fourth week. Results Compared with the control group, the first ANT's response time was significantly increased, and the correct rate, orienting and executive control network were significantly reduced in Amphetamineinduced psychiatric disorders( eg:response time ( 867. 37 ± 272.24 ) ms vs ( 668.56 ± 136. 20 ) ms, correct rate (0.88 ±0.06 ) ms vs (0.88 ±0.06) ms ,orienting( - 217.86 ± 198.00 ) ms vs ( -59.67 ± 85.07 ) ms and executive control network ( 184.74 ± 66.61 ) ms vs ( 74.71 ± 50.77 ) ms, P ＜ 0.01 ), but the alerting network was higher ( ( 151.17 ± 198.27 ) ms vs (50.60 ± 67.47 ) ms). In the second ANT results, there was no significant difference between two groups. Compared with the first ANT results of amphetamine-induced psychiatric disorders, the second ANT had shorten response time ,that the correct rate, orienting and executive control network were significantly increased(P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion These results suggest that amphetamine-induced psychiatric disorders have impairment in cognitive function, but these impairment can be recovered within one month.

Objective To genotype strains producing ESBLs in Escherichia coil and Klebsieua pneumoniae to provide references for the clinical application of drugs.Methods PCR was used to determine the genotype of the ESBLs.Results The percentage of TEM type,SHV type and NO-TEM-NO-SHV type in Escheroichia coil was 80.4%,7.8% and 11.8%,in Klebsieua pneumoniae was 78.1%,71.9% and 25.0%.Most of Klebsieua pneumoniae produced more than two Extended Spectrum ?-lactamases.Conclusion The difference in the distribution of genotypes in different regions is confirmed.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of targeted percutanous ozone ablation on lumbar disc herniation (LDH) patients with high intensity zone (HIZ) in lumbar disc annulus fibrosus on MRI T2 weighted imaging.Methods:136 LDH patients with HIZ in lumbar disc annulus fibrosus on MRI T2 were divided into two groups according to therapy methods.In group A,75 patients were injected with 2 ～5 mL of 40 μg/mL mixture of O3 and O2 after targeted percutanous puncturing under the guidance of X-Ray machine with C-type arm.In group B,61 patients were treated with conservative treatment.MacNab score criterion and Oswestry disability index (ODI) were used in assessment of the efficacy.Results:Except 24 patients,all the other cases were followed up for 18 ～ 44 months.At the postoperative 1st,2nd,3rd,6th,9th,12th and 18th month,according to MacNab score criterion,the effective rates were respectively 88.00 ％,90.67 ％,93.33 ％,89.39 ％,84.85 ％,78.13 ％ and 73.44 ％ in group A and respectively 68.85 ％,62.30 ％ 55.74 ％,61.82 ％,58.12 ％,54.17 ％ and 47.92 ％ in group B.There were significant differences between two groups at the same time point (P＜0.05).At the postoperative 12th and 18th month,ODI was lower in group A,and there was no significant difference between two time points (P＞0.05).But it was significant different with that preoperatively and in group B at the same time point (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Targeted percutanous ozone ablation is an effective method with stable clinical efficacy in treating LDH with HIZ in lumbar disc annulus fibrosus on MRI T2 weighted imaging.
