Objective To perform the comparative analysis on the use situation of 3 kinds of dry chemical analyzers according to the industrial standards YY/T0655-2008.Methods With the Roche Cobas P800 automatic biochemical analyzers as the reference instrument, the accuracy,intra-assay precision, linearity, etc.in 3 kinds of dry chemical analyzers were evaluated. Results 3 kinds of dry chemical analyzers met the requirements of the industrial standards YY/T0655-2008,but the precision of imported instrument was significantly better than that of the domestic instrument. Conclusion In order to ensure the comparability and consistency of the detection results among instruments, the instruments should be regularly calibrated and performed the comparative experi-ments,the premise of calibration and comparison should be using 1/4 of the precision level in the CLIA′88 indicators as the indica-tor,not satisfying with the precision requirements in YY/T0655-2008,only in this way can the waste of blood and donors going a-way be avoided.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective:To investigate the rates of depression and anxiety in female students of a children's normal school Method:919 female students of a children's normal school were collected by stratified cluster sampling, they completed BDI (Beck Depression Inventory), SAS (Zung's self-rating anxiety scale), EPQ, FES (family environment scale) and a self-made inventory on risk behaviors of adolescents Result:The rate of depression was 48 75%, that of anxiety was 16 32% Students of different grades had different rates of depression, but not different rates of anxiety Students with depression had higher N score and P score, and lower E score and less Lying in EPQ than normal control In family environment, the depressed students had poorer cohesion, expressiveness, independence, achievement, intellectual and organization than normal Logistic regression analysis showed depression related to where the students come from (rural or urban), intimacy, dieting, academic achievement and education level of their mother Anxiety related to expressiveness, dieting and drinking within one month Conclusion:Depression and anxiety are so common in female students of children's normal school, which need more attention from mental health professionals

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of hysteromyoma uterine treated by uterine artery embolization (UAE) with color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Seventeen patients with hysteromyoma uterine were examined by color Doppler ultrasound before and after uterine artery embolization wthin half year monthly, observing the size, morphology, internal echotexture and Doppler signal of the uter and its myoma, measuring their Doppler indices of uterine artery, peripheral and internal vascular in myoma. Results There was significant difference of the average volume of the uterus and its myoma between pre-operation and post-operation( 435.18 cm 3 vs 222.51 cm 3, 102.47 cm 3 vs 52.10 cm 3,respectively, P

Objective To explore the utility of the diagnosis and typing to the ureterocysts using ultrasonography. Methods Based on the difference of anatomical location and appearance of cysts.the ureterocysts were divided into 4 types as fllowing:⑴Type of inside bladder:ureterocysts completely location in the inside of bladder.⑵Type of outside bladder:ureterocysts completely location in the outside of bladder.⑶Type of mixture:a part of cysts location in the inside of balader and other part localed in the outsider.⑷Type of ectopia:rare, cysts location in the neck of bladder or urethra usually complicated whith double kidney and abnormal location in the end of the ureter. Results UItrasonographic manifestations of 15 cases for ureterocele were reported. There were 3 cases of bilateral ureterocele and 18 cysts with a diameter 0 4cm~6 0cm. In which ,Type of inside bladder had 8 cases with 9cysts altogether .Type of outside bladdder had 2cases with 2 cysts only,Type of mixture had 5cases with 7 cysts;Type of ectopia had no one in this report .All cases were confirmed by ureteropyelography,in which,6 cases confirmed by surgical pathological examinations. Conclusion Ultrasonography has a high clinical value in the diagnosis and typing of ureterocele.

Abstract: TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway has a wide range of biological activities and plays an important roles in regulating cell growth, adhesion, differentiation, cell dynamic balance, and immune responses. The higher activity of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway may promote scar formation, organ fibrosis, immunosuppression, and late-stage cancer progression, while low activity may lead to inflammation, dysplasia, poor healing and oncogenesis. The function of the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway is extremely complex and can exhibit inhibitory or enhancing effects on immunity and inflammation under different circumstances, but immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects are dominant. During HIV infection, the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway interacts with HIV in a complex manner as HIV proteins tat and gp120 can induce TGF-β expression. Meanwhile, this signaling pathway may also play a role in HIV infection and replication, latent virus reservoir, host immune deficiency and HIV-related inflammation. It is worth noting that even though TGF-β, which mainly exhibits anti-inflammatory effects, is induced by HIV, high levels of TGF-β do not seem to inhibit HIV-related inflammation. So far, the relationship between TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway and HIV infection has not been elucidated, and its role and mechanism in HIV infection and related illnesses need further exploration and validation. This review summarizes the relevant research progress on the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway and HIV infection, and provides a reference for further understanding of HIV pathogenesis and exploring strategies of AIDS treatment.

Objective To investigate the change of the mitochondrial aspartate aminotransferase (mAST), and the ratio of m-AST and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in rat orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods We used the rat autologous orthotopic liver transplantation modelin which liver was infused by portal vein. Group A: Autologous orthotopic liver transplantation. Group B: Sham control group of normal rats. To measure the m-AST, AST and ALT in rat serum at each time, the ratio of m-AST/AST was calculated to observe the changes after surgery. Results The ALT of group A after 1 h was 1149.2 U/L, while the ALT of group B was 111.3 U/L; The AST of group A ofter 1 h was 819.5 U/L, while the AST of group B was 128.2 U/L; The m-AST of group After 1 h was 290.8 U/L, while the m-AST of group B was 40.5 U/L. The levels of m-AST, AST and ALT in group A were significantly higher than group B (P < 0. 05).Group A significantly increased the degree of liver damage compared with group B. The ratio of m-AST/AST in group A changed with time obviously. Because the haff-life of m-AST in serum was shorter than that of AST, and AST in this study returned to normal slowly, the ratio of m- AST/AST in A group decreased after 6 h and the number is 0. 12. It indicating that the damage of mitochondria in rat liver cells has been restored after 6h. Conclusions It will be better to judge the prognosis of liver transplantation from the changes of serum m-AST in rats. And it seems earlier to reflect the injury or recovery of liver cell compared with AST.It also has the guiding values to diagnose and treat the damage of liver cells and mitochondrial in the rat liver transplantation.
