The antifungal mechanism of the TS67(Penicillum sp.) producing bioactive metabolites was investigated in this paper. The test indicated that mycelia growth, spores forming and spores germination of Bipolaris maydis and Fusarium oxysporum can be inhibitied by metabolites, after 50% fermentation broth acting 120 hours, the inhibition rate of hyphal growth can reach about 77.78%, 70.30%, the inhibition rate of spores forming also arrived at 58.8%, 73.5%; under 50% fermentation broth acting 12 hours, the inhibition rate of spores germination were up to 78.3%, 62.0%, the mycelia under activity metabolites conditoins also showed surface nodulation and growing point expanding irregularly, protoplasmic condesing, etc. Based on all these results, we may draw a conclusion that activity metabolites maybe target at fungal cell wall.

Objective To explore the short to long term surgical outcomes and treatment experiences of esophageal atresia(EA).Methods The clinical data of EA inpatients in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 were reviewed retrospectively. The birth weight, main associated anomalies, details of management, complications and outcomes were discussed.Main risk factors were evaluated with major prognostic classification systems. Results Totally 48 consecutive infants with EA were identified from 2006 to 2009,male 33(69%),female 15(31%).Mean birth weight was 2 668 g(range 1 700 g to 3 800 g).All received primary operation.Complications included pneumonia, anastomotic leakage(16%),tracheoesophageal fistula, incision sepsis(11%),delayed tracheoesophageal fistula(7%),stricture(10%),and gastroesophageal reflux(GER)(67%).Mortality was 12.5%,mainly due to severe pneumonia and complex cardiac anomalies. Conclusion Most patients with esophageal atresia could be cured after primary operation with excellent outcomes. The main factors for mortality were complex cardiac anomalies, aspiration and pneumonia. The main mid-term complications were GER and stricture.

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
The effects of Spirulina on intestinal microflora of diarrhea model mice were observed.Diarrhea model mice were geted by gastric perfusion ampicillin, then these mice were given different doses spirulina by gavage.Selective culture media were used to culture bifidobacteria, bacterium lacticum, enteric bacilli, enterococci, bacteroid, clostridium perfringens in feces at different times. In order to find the difference of collecting samples from feces and intestine, the quantity of detection flora in different segment of intestine were compared too.The result showed that in middle dose group and high dose group spirulina can regulate and improve intestinal flora of diarrhea model mice, and effectively shorten time from disturbance to balance.Fecal sample and intestinal contents sample both manifest a same trend, that is the quantity of bifidobacteria, bacterium lacticum in treatment recovery group is significantly higher than saline group, and enteric bacilli, enterococci, bacteroid, clostridium perfringens is significantly lower than saline group, but each index flora in intestinal contents sample has a significant difference in quantity.

Objective: To detect anti tubular basement membrane antibodies in sera from patients with tubulointerstitial nephritis (TIN) and investigate its clinical significance. Methods: The sera were studied from 46 patients with renal biopsy proven TIN. The normal human renal cortex was obtained from patients with nephroectomy, far from carcinoma. Tubules were isolated by a differential sieving technique. The fragments of renal epithelia were removed from tubular basement membrane enriched materials by sonication and centrifugation. Tubular basement membrane antigens were solubilized with 6 mol/L guanidine HCl. The soluble proteins were used as antigens in Western blot analysis to detect autoantibodies in sera from patients with TIN. The clinical characteristics of positive and negative patients were statistically analyzed. Results: Eleven patients with tubulointerstitial nephritis had anti tubular basement membrane antibodies by Western blot analysis, and seven protein bands could be blotted by the TIN sera. The positive prevalence of anti 55?10 3 antibody (63.8%) was higher than that of other antibodies. Eight of 27 (29.6%) patients with acute tubulointerstitial nephritis and four of 19 (21.1%) patients with chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis had anti tubular basement membrane antibodies. ESR,serum IgG and IgM in patients with acute TIN with positive anti tubular basement membrane antibodies were higher than those of the negative group There was no significant difference in the other clinical variables such as gender, age, hemoglobin, complement C 3,serum IgA,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine clearance in patients with acute TIN between the positive and negative groups .There was no significant difference in clinical variables mentioned above in patients with chronic TIN between the positive and negative groups. Conclusion: Circulating anti tubular basement membrane antibodies could be detected in sera from some patients with TIN, and autoimmunity may play a role in the pathogenesis of TIN.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of physcione on acute liver injury in rats. Methods Acute liver injury rat model was constructed with 2ml/kg CCl_4((?)3 d)via intragastric administration. The serum concentrations of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)in different groups were detected.Hepatic histopathology of different groups was also observed to reflect the effect of physcione. Results The serum concentrations of ALT,AST and TNF in physcione group were significantly lower than those of model group(P
10.IL-31 and its soluble receptor expression in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2017;33(20):3402-3405
Objective Through testing levels of serum IL-31 and its soluble form of oncostatin M receptor (sOSMR)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in disease activity and remission ,to analyze the relationship between their levels and disease activity ,and further explore the pathogenesis of RA and treatment to provide new ideas. Method 60 patients with RA were selected ,and 23 healthy controls were selected as controls. The serum levels of IL-31 and sOSMR in the 2 groups were detected by ELISA. Results Firstly,The levels of IL-31 in se-rum of RA patients were higher than those of control(P < 0.05). The levels of serum IL-31 in RA moderate and high activity group were higher than those in the low activity group and remission group(all P<0.05). There was no statistical difference between the level of serum sOSMR in RA and control(P>0.05),and the levels of serum sOSMR in RA activity groups and remission group were no statistical difference(P > 0.05). (2)The IL-31 were positively correlated with RF,CDAI,ESR and CRP levels(all P<0.05). Conclusion IL-31 may be involved in the pathological and development process of RA and related to disease activity ,which can be an indicator of RA disease activity assessment.
