Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of drum room injection and intramuscular injection of rat nerve growth factor on occupational noise-induced deafness (ONID).Methods:Sixty-six patients with ONID treatment from January 2018 to December 2019 in the People′s Hospital of Liaoning Province were divided into control group and study group by random number table, with 33 patients in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, all patients in the study group were injected with 20 μg rat nerve growth factor in the drum room, and each ear was injected once every other day. The control group was given intramuscular injection of rat nerve growth factor 20 μg per day, and the patients in two groups were treatment for 28 d. The hearing threshold of left and right whisper frequency of the two groups were compared. The improvement of tinnitus, dizziness, headache, insomnia, other symptoms and the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment, the hearing thresholds of left whisper frequency and right whisper frequency in two groups had no significant differences ( P>0.05). After treatment, the hearing thresholds of left whisper frequency and right whisper frequency in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group: (23.8 ± 4.2) dB/HL vs. (34.5 ± 3.9) dB/HL, (23.2 ± 4.4) dB/HL vs. (35.9 ± 5.1) dB/HL, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). After treatment, tinnitus and dizziness symptom improvement rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group: 93.3% (28/30) vs. 72.4% (21/29), 15/17 vs. 8/16, and there were statistically significant differences ( χ2 = 4.584 and 5.705, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement rate of headache and insomnia symptoms between 2 groups ( P>0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group: 90.9% (30/33) vs. 69.7% (23/33), and there was statistical difference ( χ2 = 4.694, P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of HAMD of 2 groups were significantly decreased, and the scores of HAMD in the study group was lower than that in control group: (8.46 ± 3.13) scores vs. (10.55 ± 3.83) scores, and there was statistical difference ( P<0.05). The incidence of total adverse reactions between 2 groups had no significant difference ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The injection of mouse nerve growth factor into drum room to treat ONID can effectively improve the hearing level of patients, alleviate tinnitus and dizziness symptoms and improve adverse mood without obvious adverse reactions.

Surgical resection is the only potentially curative therapeutic method for patients with gastric cancer. However, con-ventional laparotomy is sometimes associated with considerable complications and mortality rate. This procedure also affects patient quality of life after surgery. Minimally invasive techniques can potentially provide an attractive alternative to current surgical proce-dures in terms of reducing surgical injury and accelerating postoperative recovery. Minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer has re-cently been reasonably applied to two distinct forms of intervention:endoscopic resection of the tumor and laparoscopic surgery. In the near future, sentinel node navigation and robot surgery will provide more options for treating gastric cancer. Such developments will im-prove the quality of life of patients following surgery for gastric cancer. Various well-designed clinical trials of the minimally invasive techniques are available. Thus, the mode of surgery for gastric carcinoma will be widely accepted and rapidly developed worldwide.

Objective To explore the effect of Angiotensin Ⅱreceptor inhibitor on proliferation and apoptosis and cell cycle of human en-dometrial cancer cell line induced by estrogen.Methods Human endometrial cancer cells,ishikawa were cultured,and then treated with different concentrations of estrogen or saralasin.Cell proliferation was examined using MTT,and cell cycle and apoptosis were determined us-ing flow cytometry.Results Saralsin inhibited the proliferation of ishikawa cells.After treated with saralasin at 10 min after estrogen induc-tion,cycle was arrested at G1/G0 phase and S phase was reduced in ishikawa cell with significant difference between treatment group and control group.An increase in early apoptosis and late apoptosis occurred at 10min after treatment.Conclusion Saralsin inhibits endometrial cancer cell ishikawa proliferation,induces apoptosis and accumulation in G1/G0 phase in vitro.Therefore,saralsin may be helpful for the treat-ment of endometrial cancer.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of silybin combined with nucleotides in the treatment of viral hepatitis associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods 88 viral hepatitis patients with NAFLD were randomly selected into the clinical research,and they were divided into groups according to the order of treatment.Among them 44 cases of single number were the control group treated with nucleoside(acid) drugs,44 cases of double number were the observation group treated with silibinincombined silybin combined with nucleoside(acid).The therapeutic effect after the end of the course of treatment were was evaluated.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 90.91％,which that in the control group was 70.45％,the difference was statistically significant (x2 =8.87,P ＜ 0.05).The ALT,AST,r-GGT after treatment of the observation group were (37.14 ± 3.56) U/L,(30.45 ±3.35) U/L,(51.65 ± 3.46) U/L,which were significantly reduced than before treatment(t =8.01,8.72,7.80,all P ＜ 0.05),and the differences were significant compared with the control group (t =7.57,8.34,7.29,all P ＜ 0.05).The TG,TC of blood lipid indexes indices after treatment of the observation group were (1.48 ±0.26) mmol/L,(5.18 ± 0.86)mmol/L,which were significantly lower than those before treatment (t =7.62,8.14,all P ＜ 0.05),and the differences were significant compared with the control group (t =7.10,7.55,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The combination of silybin and nucleotides in the treatment of viral hepatitis with NAFLD has significant effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and liver function indicators,and gradually restore the level of blood lipids,it is worthy of promoting the application.
