The patients with primary enuresis complicating with hemirachischisis were treated by routine manipulations as well as the acupoints and manual methods to unblock and regulate Governor Vessel. Excellent effects have been obtained.

microRNA (miRNA) refers to small (19-25 nt) single-stranded noncoding RNA molecules that work as post-transcriptional regulator for gene expression by binding to 3' untranslated regions of target mRNA,thus inducing its digestion,degradation and translational repression.Many studies have confirmed that dysregulation of miRNA expression can cause disruption of the hematopoietic system and contribute to leukemogenesis by regulating the expression of some oncogenes and anti-oncogenes.The unique miRNA expression profiles associated with cytogenetic aberrations and mutational status of protein-coding genes may reveal insight into the biology of these leukemia types.This review discussed the latest studies on miRNA expression in different cytogenetic and molecular subtypes of acute myelocytic leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Objective To compare the effects of three kinds digestive tract reconstruction after radical gas-trectomy for gastric cardia carcinoma.Methods The data of 150 patients underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cardia cancer patients were analyzed.According to the reconstruction of digestive tract,they were divided into group A (55 cases),group B (46 cases),group C(49 cases).Patients in group A underwent jejunal anastomosis.Patients in group B underwent esophageal empty intestine Roux-en-Y anastomosis.Patients in group C underwent esophageal gas-tric wall anastomosis.All were follow-up for 12 months.Results During the follow-up period,the rate of reflux esoph-agitis in group A were significantly lower than that in B group (1.82%vs 19.57%,χ2 =6.966,P=0.008),the rate of reflux esophagitis in B group were significantly lower than that in C group (19.57%vs 38.78%,χ2 =4.212,P=0.042) .12 months after operation,overall health,constipation,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting index score of group A was significantly lower than those of group B and group C (all P<0.05).Conclusion The esophagus jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis is suitable for radical total gastrectomy in the treatment of gastric cardia carcinoma.The jeju-nal interposition anastomosis after proximal radical gastrectomy in the treatment of gastric cardia carcinoma shows low incidence of reflux esophagitis and high quality of life.

Objective To investigate the application values of 3 kinds of crossmatching method saline medium method,polybrene test and microcolumn gel test in the neonatal blood transfusion security.Methods 174 newborns needing blood transfusion were simultaneously performed the isotype crossmatching by the saline method,polybrene test and microcolumn gel test.The irregular antibody and the direct antiglobulin test were routinely conducted,the samples with positive irregular antibody were further per-formed the antibody specificity identification.Results 14 cases (8.05%)of crossmatching incompatibility were found by the saline method,1 case (0.57%)by the polybrene test and 62 cases (35.63%)by the microcolumn gel test;among which,31 cases were secondary side crossmatching incompatibility caused by positive direct antiglobulin test,1 was the incompatibility of 3 methods caused by anti-D antibodies.The difference between the polybrene test and the microcolumn gel test was of statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion The blood crossmatching by the microcolumn gel test in blood transfusion of newborns requires quite few amount of blood sample,is simple to operate and easy to be standardized.With results clearly and easily measured and sensitivity higher than that of polybrene test,its result is clear and easy to be judged,its sensitivity is higher than that of the polybrene test, which has the important significance for ensuring the neonatal blood transfusion safety.

Early weaning from mechanical ventilation in children will lead to an extubation failure,however,prolonging mechanical ventilation will increase the risk of ventilator associated complication and the economical burden of disease.Nowadays there is no unified and objective ventilator weaning indexes in pediatrics,so it is significant to searching for appropriate and feasible ventilator weaning indexes.This article detailed the current progress on the condition and predictors of ventilator weaning in children,and comparing the predictability and accuracy of ventilator weaning indexes in children,also looking forward to the possibility of higher accuracy or scheme in ventilator weaning that used for clinical purposes.

This paper has made a distinction between the materialist concept of qi on the medical philosophical level and its substantial existence, and illustrated the materiality and multiplicity of qi. Materiality refers to the objective reality, a summation of various things or phenomena related to human beings; while multiplicity refers to diversity of specific substances, each holding its individual essence. Based on two essential conceptions "xiang" and "xiangji", and combining the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, this paper has also made a preliminary study on the substantial existence of qi at macro- and micro-levels, and on physiological (normal) and pathological (abnormal) aspects. It is the author's argument that studies of the substantial existence of qi from different aspects, micro-dimension in particular, will push the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to a more subtle sphere.

Over the past few decades,the curative effect of leukemia has been improved significantly.But the effect of refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia and about 50％ of acute myeloid leukemia has not been improved.At present,targeted therapy,which is unique to the incidence of leukemia,has become a hotspot,such as the antibody drugs targeted cell surface molecules or kinases.At the same time,many drugs have been applied into clinical treatment because of their better clinical results,such as imatinib,bortezomib.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 69 cases of DN Phase I,II patients (group A) and 75 cases Phase III (B group) all underwent renal artery line Doppler flow imaging inspection .Renal aorta ( MRA) ,interlobar artery ( IRA) ,renal seg-mental artery blood flow (SRA) peak systolic velocity (Vsmax),resistance index (RI) and diastolic minimum speed ( Vdmin) and other hemodynamic parameters of two groups were analyzed .Results The Doppler spectrum renal blood flow characteristics of early renal damage were:between group A,B,the main renal artery (MRA),the kidney arterial segment Vdmin significantly reduce ,RI was significantly higher;the interlobar artery Vsmax (t=3.562 5,P=0.000 5),Vdmin (t=5.252,P=0.000 0) were significantly lower,RI was significantly higher (t=9.166 0,P=0.000 0);with the severity of renal dysfunction ,kidney color flow imaging reduce ,the kidney volume was significantly reduced in patients with stage Ⅲ.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the size of the patient′s kidney and renal artery blood flow parameters ,which has certain value in the diagnosis of early DN .
