Objective To Study on the immune function of Cedar pollinosis.Methods The radioimmunosorbent test was used to measure IgE and the nephelometry was used to measure serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C3 and C4 levels.Results Total IgE leve in the patients serum was obviously higher than that in the control group,the serum IgG,IgM levels were also higher than those of control group,but the IgA level was no evident difference between two groups,and the serum C3 and C4 levels were lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Combination of a rising serum IE,IgG,IgM and a decreasing serum C3,C4 levels may be a diagnostic marker of cedar pollinosis,periodical determination of immune function for patients with cedar pollinosis could dynamic observe the change of the patients' condition.

Objective:To investigate the incidence of cedar pollinosis in district of Wuhan. Method..A surveyrelative to cedar pollinosis was carried out in 309 students in Hubei Medical University in 1999,including ques-tionnaire investigation, nasal inspection and scratch test. From February to April of 2000,a clinical investigationof cedar pollinosis was adopted anong 205 patients of allergic rhinitis including scratch test and nasal mucosatest. Result:①The positive rate of cedar pollen scratch test of 309 students was 7.8％. ②59 cases (28.8％00) washypersensitive to cedar pollen clinically in allergen test. Conclusion : Cedar pollinosis is one kind of importantpollinosis in district of Wuhan and should be paid high attention to.

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography combined with alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and creatine kinase (CK) in the diagnosis of scar uterus and placenta previa implantation.Methods 120 cases of pregnancy delivery documented in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2017 were selected as the research object.All cases were divided into implantation group and non implantation group accorded to the pathological diagnosis.The implantation group of 44 cases were diagnosed as placenta previa implantation and the non implantation group of 76 cases were diagnosed as non placenta previa implantation.Two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis characteristic and effect in the two groups were recorded.The AFP,CK expression in the two groups were also detected.Results AFP and CK expression were detected in the serum levels of all pregnant women.The AFP and CK expression in the implantation group were (152.80 ± 11.66) μg/L and (125.98 ± 16.67) IU/L,significantly higher than non implantation group [(80.65 ± 22.84) μg/L and (77.55 ± 23.32) IU/L,P ＜ 0.05].Ultrasonic diagnosis of placenta implantation in 39 cases,arid non placenta previa implantation81 cases;there were 38 cases of placenta accreta and 82 cases of non placenta previa implantation judged by AFP and CK expression;43 cases of placenta previa implantatio,and 77 cases of non placenta previa implantation judged by ultrasound combined with AFP and CK.So the combined diagnostic sensitivity were significantly higher than that of single diagnostic sensitivity (P ＜ 0.05).The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve shows that the area under the curve of ultrasound is =0.879,AFP and CK =0.835,and the ultrasound was better than AFP and CK.Conclusions The two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography combined with AFP and CK in the diagnosis of scar uterus and placenta previa implantation can improve the diagnostic effect,and they have very good application values.

To analyze the difficulty, distinction and result of the first national public health practice skills competition among college students, it showed the general situation of this competition, and discussed the present situation, problems and countermeasures of skills training for students majoring in preventive medicine. Based on such competition, educators can promote teaching reform and post competency training.

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of azacitidine alone or combined with half-course CAG (arorubicin + cytarabine + granulocyte colony stimulating factor) regimen and azacitidine combined with full-course CAG regimen in treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).Methods:The clinical data of 51 patients with AML and MDS admitted to Datong Fifth People's Hospital from September 2019 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 17 patients received azacitidine alone 7-day regimen, 17 patients received azacitidine combined with half-course CAG regimen and 17 patients received azacitidine combined with full-course CAG regimen. The remission rate, adverse reaction rate and supportive treatment were compared among the three groups.Results:The objective remission rate (ORR) was 58.8% (10/17), 64.7% (11/17) and 70.6% (12/17) in azacitidine alone group, azacitidine combined with half course CAG group, and azacitidine combined with full course CAG group, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant among the above groups ( P = 0.773). The main adverse reaction after treatment with azacitidine was bone marrow suppression,and 32 patients had grade 3-4 hematological side effects. The average time of agranulocytopenia was (15±5) d, 23 patients had infection and 11 cases had hemorrhage. There were no significant differences of the three groups in the hemorrhage incidence, the infection, incidence, agranulocytosis time, the amount of red blood cell infusion and the amount of platelet infusion (all P > 0.05). Except 1 patient died of acute left ventricular dysfunction after chemotherapy in the first cycle and 1 patient died of cerebral hemorrhage after chemotherapy in the third cycle, all the patients successfully completed the chemotherapy after active symptomatic support treatment and safely passed the bone marrow suppression period. Conclusions:Azacitidine alone, azacitidine combined with half-course CAG, azacitidine combined with full-course CAG regimens in the treatment of AML/MDS all show good curative effects, and their adverse reactions are similar to supportive treatment. Azacitidine combined with full-course CAG regimen has a relatively high effective rate.

Objective:To explore the effects of non-suicidal self-injury on suicidal ideation in adolescents with depressive disorder, and the mediating role of rumination and depression between them.Methods:A sample of 397 depressive disorder adolescents were recruited to complete the adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behaviour questionnaire, ruminative responses scale (RRS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), and Beck scale for suicide ideation-Chinese version(BSI-CV). All data processing and analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0.The mediating effect was tested by correlation analysis and Bootstrap analysis.Results:The non-suicidal self-injury score was (29.192±11.281), the rumination score was (65.036±12.284), the depression score was (75.770±11.278), and the suicidal ideation score was (40.681±11.626). Non-suicidal self-injury was significantly and positively correlated with suicidal ideation( r=0.403, P<0.01), rumination and depression( r=0.332, 0.470, both P<0.01). Rumination was significantly and positively correlated with depression and suicidal ideation( r=0.549, 0.181, both P<0.05). Depression was significantly and positively correlated with suicidal ideation( r=0.313, P<0.01). The direct effect value of non-suicidal self-injury on suicidal ideation was 0.341(95% CI=0.238-0.444), the indirect effect of non-suicidal self-injury on suicidal ideation through two pathways, the separate mediating effect value of depression was 0.057(95% CI=0.077-0.114), and the chain mediating effect value of rumination and depression was 0.026(95% CI=0.004-0.057). Conclusion:Non-suicidal self-injury can directly affect suicidal ideation of depressive disorder adolescents and indirectly through rumination and depression.

The study aimed to achieve enhanced targeted cytotoxicity and cell-internalization of cisplatin-loaded deoxyribonucleic acid-nanothread (CPT-DNA-NT),mediated by scavenger receptors into HeLa cells.DNA-NT was developed with stiff-topology utilizing circular-scaffold to encapsulate CPT.Atomic force microscopy (AFM) characterization of the DNA-NT showed uniformity in the structure with a diameter of 50-150 nm and length of 300-600 nm.The successful fabrication of the DNA-NT was confirmed through native-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis,as large the molecular-weight (polymeric) DNA-NT did not split into constituting strands under applied current and voltage.The results of cell viability confirmed that blank DNA-NT had the least cytotoxicity at the highest concentration (512 nM) with a viability of 92％ as evidence of its biocompatibility for drug delivery.MTT assay showed superior cyto-toxicity of CPT-DNA-NT than that of the free CPT due to the depot release of CPT after DNA-NT inter-nalization.The DNA-NT exhibited targeted cell internalizations with the controlled intracellular release of CPT (from DNA-NT),as illustrated in confocal images.Therefore,in vitro cytotoxicity assessment through flow cytometry showed enhanced apoptosis (72.7％) with CPT-DNA-NT (compared to free CPT;64.4％).CPT-DNA-NT,being poly-anionic,showed enhanced endocytosis via scavenger receptors.
