In order to improve the reliability of cardiac pacemaker contact-less power supply technology, this paper proposes a novel application of wireless feedback voltage stabilizing technology to adjust heart disease patients with inner power supply filter circuit output voltage and current control method, to keep the output voltage stability, and to ensure that the super capacitor and cardiac pacemaker to get a stable power supply. To implement the real-time accurate voltage control with considering the primary and secondary side inductance coupling coefficient changes, the change of the external power supply voltage and load, it is necessary to test thee real-time and accurate output voltage and current value after rectifying filtering. Therefore, based on the chaotic control theory, we adopted method of phase diagram on the basis of the quick observation after rectifying filtering, so that the method of voltage and current could improve the detection time of the circuit. The phase diagram of proposed control method can be divided into 8 segments, and we got 7 zero-extreme points. When these zero-extreme points are detected, according to extreme points of the zero instantaneous values, the corresponding average values of voltage and current were obtained. Simulation and experimental results showed that using the above method can shorten the response time to less than switch devices 1/2 switching cycles, thus validating the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed detection algorithm.

Objective To investigate the influence of abnormal lipid metabolism on prognosis and quality of life in patients with severe COPD. Methods 134 patients with severe COPD in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2015 were selected as research objects, and their blood lipid levels were detected. The patients were divided into the normal group (n=61) and the low level group (n=73) according to the test results of lipid levels. 1-year mortality rate was statistically analyzed in both groups , and the WHOQOL-BREF health survey profile was applied to assess quality of life before and after treatment. Results 1-year survival rate in the normal group was 90.16%(55/61), which was higher than 73.97%(54/73) in the low level group (χ2=5.741, P=0.017). As compared with the normal group, the scores on physiological function, environment, social relationship, mental state, spirit / religious / belief, and total quality of lifewere markedly lower in the low level group after treatment (P < 0.05). The correlation analysis showed that plasma levels of TC, TG, and HDL-C were negatively correlated with 1-year mortality rate in patients with severe COPD (P < 0.05) but positively related with all dimensions in quality of life; plasma HDL-C level was positively related with 1-year mortality rate (P < 0.05), but negatively related with all dimensions in quality of life in patients with severe COPD (P < 0.05). Conclusions For patients with severe COPD, abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related with prognosis and quality of life. We should pay attention to nutritional support and control of abnormal lipid metabolism in those patients , leading to improvement of prognosis and quality of life.

ObjectiveTo study the effects of rehabilitation training on the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) around the cerebral infarcted area of rats.Methods60 SD rats were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and immobilization group 24 hours after cerebral infarction. The rehabilitation group were given water maze training, rotating bar and rolling cage exercises everyday while the immobilization group were fixed in cages. Histochemistry was used to detect the BDNF expression around the cerebral infarcted area at the 1st,3rd,7th,10th and 14th day after infarction respectively.ResultsAt 1st day after the infarction, the expression of BDNF increased obviously around the infarcted area in both group. More BDNF positive neurons were found in the rehabilitation group than that in the immobilization group at 3rd day (P<0.01). BDNF positive astrocytes showed obvious increasing in both group. BDNF positive neurons decreased with time going, and the color became lighter at the same time .At the 7th day after infarction, there were only a few positive neurons, and seldom obvious positive neurons could be seen around the infarcted area at 10th and 14th day. Great deal of BDNF positive astrocytes were found at 3rd,7th,10th and 14th day, and the rehabilitation group showed more expression than that of the immobilization group(P<0.01).ConclusionsThe rehabilitation training may increase the expression of BDNF which might take an active part in the recovery of the central nervous system injury and the rebuilding of its function.

Aim To study the protective effect and mechanism of geniposide on human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC) injury induced by H2O2.Methods The injured model was established by HUVEC treated with H2O2.HUVECs were cultured in vitro and divided into five groups:control group,H2O2 group and geniposide with different concentrations plus H2O2 group respectively.HUVECs were incubated with 400 ?mol?L-1 H2O2 for 12 hours in the absence or presence of various concentrations of geniposide pre-incubation.Survival rate of HUVECs was determined by tetrazolium assay. The intracellular activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and extracellular nitric oxide(NO) level were detected. The intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS) level and the apoptotic index and cell cycle alteration were detected by flow cytometry. Results Geniposide concentration-dependently increased the viability of injured endotheial cells, while increased the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,NOS and NO production. The intracellular ROS level and the apoptotic index were reduced by geniposide. The cell proliferation was increased with geniposide incubation. Conclusion Geniposid may be a potential anti-oxidation agent which has a protective effect against HUVEC injuries induced by H2O2.
