In order to improve the reliability of cardiac pacemaker contact-less power supply technology, this paper proposes a novel application of wireless feedback voltage stabilizing technology to adjust heart disease patients with inner power supply filter circuit output voltage and current control method, to keep the output voltage stability, and to ensure that the super capacitor and cardiac pacemaker to get a stable power supply. To implement the real-time accurate voltage control with considering the primary and secondary side inductance coupling coefficient changes, the change of the external power supply voltage and load, it is necessary to test thee real-time and accurate output voltage and current value after rectifying filtering. Therefore, based on the chaotic control theory, we adopted method of phase diagram on the basis of the quick observation after rectifying filtering, so that the method of voltage and current could improve the detection time of the circuit. The phase diagram of proposed control method can be divided into 8 segments, and we got 7 zero-extreme points. When these zero-extreme points are detected, according to extreme points of the zero instantaneous values, the corresponding average values of voltage and current were obtained. Simulation and experimental results showed that using the above method can shorten the response time to less than switch devices 1/2 switching cycles, thus validating the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed detection algorithm.

Objective To explore the effects of Taiji exercise on the psychology and the functions of the autonomic nervous systems of middle aged and elderly people. Methods Two hundred and seven middle aged and elderly Taiji exercisers and 166 age matched non Taiji exercisers were sampled. The Zung Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Zung Self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and autonomic nervous system equilibrium index (ANSEI)were adopted to assess the subjects. Results Compared with those of the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS in Taiji group were significantly higher, and the equilibrium of autonomic nervous systems in Taiji group was also superior. There was no significant difference between the male and the female with regard to SAS, SDS and the equilibrium of autonomic nervous systems within Taiji group. The longer the exercise, the better the equilibrium of autonomic nervous systems. Conclusion Taiji exercise has positive effects on the psychology and the autonomic nervous system of the middle aged and the elderly.

Objective To study the relationship between the grading of schistosomiasis japonica hepatic lesions by B-ultrasonography and the portal vein and splenic vein haemodynamics. Methods The grades of 125 schistosomiasis patients’ hepatic lesions were determined by Doppler ultrasonography according to the method recommended by WHO/TDR. The portal vein and splenic vein inner diameters and blood flow velocity were examined and the portal vein and splenic vein volumes of blood flow were calculated in the patients above mentioned and 51 normal persons. Results The inner diameters, blood flow velocity and volumes of blood flow of portal vein and splenic vein in the patients were significantly different from those in the normal persons, and also there were significant differences among the patients with different degrees of fibrosis. Conclusions The changes of schistosomiasis patients’ portal vein haemodynamics is connect with the liver parenchyma characteristics. The step up of the ratio of blood flow volume of splenic vein with the portal vein is breakdown with the aggravate of the hepatic lesion.

Objective To investigate Nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) expression in tumor associated inflammation in patients with adamantinomatous craniopharyngima..Methods Fifty-four patients (31 male and 23 female) with craniopharyngioma from 3 to 66 years of age were recruited from May 2004 to March 2006.NF-κB and Osteopontin (OPN) expression in human craniopharyngiomas were detected using immunohistochemical staining.High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), a systemic marker of inflammation, was examined in patients' tumor hydatid fluid, cerebrospinal fluid and serum. Results NF-κB expression was significantly increased in the adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma.Spearman;s correlation analysis demonstrated that NF-κB expression was associated with OPN expression. The hs-CRP level was also increased in the tumor hydatid fluid (4.28±0.90 mg/mL), cerebrospinal fluid (0.035±0.006 mg/mL) and serum (1.72±0.54 mg/mL) in patients with adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma. Conclusions NF-kappa B is closely associated with tumor associated inflammation which further mediates adhesion of tumor to surrounding important structures in patients with adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma.

Objective To find the safe vertical displacement for minimal infusion rate change of syringe pumps as the theoretical guidance for moving pumps. Methods The infusion volume within 1 minute after none and vertically moving 15, 25, 35, 50 cm of the pumps (microinfusion pump WZ-50C、WZ-50C2、BRAUN perfusor compact) at 10 ml/min were weighted and compared by the electronic balance. Results Significant differences of the infusion rate were detected. The difference of average infusion volume within 1 minute after vertically moving 15, 25, 35, 50 cm and non-movement were 0.004 (minimal),0.017, 0.033, 0.046ml. The lowest infusion curve of 15cm displacement stretches slightly above the horizontal plane until the inflexion in the section graph, leading to steeper in accordance with the increasing vertical displacement of the pumps, which implied the following drastic increase in infusion rate. Conclusions The minimal infusion change is obtained at 15cm, thus becomes the safe displacement height and the inflexion point of further soaring changes.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features of intestinal polypoid lymphoma (PL) in children. Methods The clinicopathologic data of 15 cases of pediatric intestinal PL in Jiangxi Provincial Children 's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Immuohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of CD10, bcl-6, bcl-2, MUMl and ERCC1, then EB virus (EBV)-encoded RNA (EBER) status was tested by using in situ hybridization. Results Amongst 15 cases studied, 13 cases were Burkitt lymphoma (BL), 1 case was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and 1 case was between DLBCL and BL (DLBCL/BL). The positive rate of CD10, bcl-6, bcl-2, MUMl, ERCC1 and EBER were 100.0%(13/13), 92.3%(12/13), 0, 7.7 % (1/13), 15.4 % (2/13), 53.8 % (7/13), respectively in 13 BL cases. The clinical stage of 13 patients with BL: 11 cases (84.6 %) Ⅱ stage, 1 case (7.7 %) Ⅲ stage, 1 case (7.7 %) Ⅳstage. The clinical stage of DLBCL and BL/DLBCL: Ⅱstage. 14 cases of PL had survival time without tumors, 24-120 months follow-up, and 1 BL patient inⅣstage without chemotherapy died after 2 months. Conclusion BL is a major subtype of intestinal PL in children, which shows a low clinical stage and a good prognosis.

When a conventional phase-encoding magnetic resonance spectrascopic imaging(MRSI) method is in use, the data acquisition is very time consuming and thus it is not well accepted in clinical settings. Echo planar spectroscopic imaging (EPSI) technology has been applied for rapid acquisition of MRSI data. It significantly reduces scan time by simultaneously encoding the spectral dimension and the spatial dimension. Reconstruction of EPSI data is sophisticated. For the t-dimension, data are non-uniformly sampled. Fast Fourier transform (FFT) is applied in odd echoes and even echoes respectively and then shift method is used to combine them together. For the kx dimension, the data are unevenly sampled and have to be interpolated onto a Cartesian grid before FFT is applied. For the phase-encoding dimension (ky), the Fourier transform can be readily done with FFT since the data are evenly spaced.
