Objective: To investigate the clinical and familial characteristics of essential tremor(ET).Methods: The clinical features and familial history of 2 ET patients were reviewed. Results: The clinical manifestation of the probands was intentional tremor, which could be ameliorated by alcohol. The incidence of the disease was 55.6% and 43.7% among the first-and second-degree relatives of the two families.Propranolol,a ?-adrenoceptor antagonist, was an effective drug for ET.Conclusion: Clinically ET is characterized by postural or intentional tremor, which mostly involves the hands and head.Positive result of the alcohol test is shown in most ET patients. It is commonly assumed to be a genetic disease.

Objective To explore the risk factors of cognitive function in out-patients with depression in order to direct clinical therapy. Methods The clinical data of 180 cases of epileptic patients with depression from September 2005 to March 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 180 cases of epileptic patients with depression,82 cases(45.6%)of cognitive function were found, the occurrence with sex, marital status, the site of epileptic foci, the types of epileptic seizures was no significant correlation(P>0.05),but related with onset age.educational levd, disease course, the frequency of epileptic seizures and duration of attack(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of cognitive function in epileptic patients with depression were onset age, educational level, disease course, seizure frequency and duration of attack,it should avoid the occurrence of these risk factors and improve the quality of life of patients in clinical practice.

Objective To study effect of the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum on human fibroblasts. Method The effect of the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum on human fibroblasts was observed by inverted microscope, MTT, flow cytometry, transmission electron microscope. Results The growth of fibroblasts was inhibited by the adipose tissue extract of greater omenturn. The apoptosis of fibroblasts was not inhibited, and the cell function of fibroblasts was inhibited and the mitosis of fibroblasts was affected. Conclusions The growth of fibroblasts can be inhibited by the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum. The formation and development of biliary cicatricial constriction may be affected by the adipose tissue extract of greater omentum.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of chronic acalculous cholecystitis characterized by absence of gallbladder wall contractability. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2008were analysed. The patients were grouped into two groups: laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) group in 20 and non-surgical group in 22. The patients' symptoms on follow-up in the two groups were compared. Results The 42 patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis were diagnosed by symptoms, ultrasound, fatty meal gallbladder contractability studies under ultrasound, fiber optic gastroscopy and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). In all patients, there was a complete absence of gallbladder wall contractability. In the LC groups, 20 patients received LC. 18 patients were followed up, and there were no symptoms. Two patients were lost to follow up. In the non-surgical group, 22 patients received non-surgical treatment. In 21 patients who were followed up, 19 patients had symptoms. One patient was lost to follow up. There was a significant difference between the LC group and the non-surgical group (P<0.05). Conclusions Chronic acalculous cholecystitis characterized by absence of gallbladder wall contractability could be diagnosed by symptoms, ultrasound, fatty meal gallbladder contractability studies under untrasound, and MRCP. The optimal treatment of chronic acalculous cholecystitis characterized by absence of gallbladder wall contractability is LC.

The drafting of Zhejiang Mental Health Regulation has started since the promulgation of the Mental Health Law of the People's Republic of China in the year of 2013. Based on the preliminary investigation and the practice of mental health work in Zhejiang Province, this paper introduces the contents and characteristics of the regulation from six aspects, which are the legislative purpose and scope of application, the responsibilities of the government and departments, the construction of mental health service system, management of mental health services and consulting institutions, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of mental disorders, and measures necessary to implement the regulation.

Asbestos is classified as a Class 1 carcinogen by the International Cancer Organization (IARC) , and almost all types of asbestos are carcinogenic. The clinical data of 30 asbestos-induced occupational tumor patients in Qingdao city from January 2002 to May 2019 were analyzed, including 24 cases of asbestos-induced lung cancer and 6 cases of asbestos-induced malignant mesothelioma. Mesothelioma was significantly worse than lung cancer in terms of malignancy, the survival time of patients is shorter, and the mortality rate was higher. Both its diagnostic methods and treatment methods should be improved. The high incidence of asbestos-caused tumors is coming. It is recommended that workers exposed to asbestos dust should undergo regular chest CT examinations for early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.

9.Biological activity evaluation of porous HA ceramics using NH4 HCO3/PVA as pore-creating agents.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;27(6):1280-1285
Porous HA ceramics were prepared by using NH4 HCO3/PVA as pore-formed material along with biological glass as intensifier, and these ceramics were immersed in Locke's Physiological Saline and Simulate Body Fluid (SBF). The changes of phase composition, grain size and crystallinity of porous HA ceramics before and after immersion were investigated by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The biological activity was evaluated. The porous HA ceramics showed various degrees of decomposition after immersion in the two solution systems, but there was no evident change in respect to crystallinity. Besides, the impact of different degrees of solution systems on the change of grain size and planar preferred orientation was observed. The TCP phase of the ceramics immersed in Locke's Physiological Saline decomposed and there was no crystal growth on the surface of ceramics; however, the grain size of ceramics immersed in SBF became refined in certain degree and the surface of ceramics took on the new crystal growth.

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2019;37(3):186-188
Objective:
To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation in the treatment of pneumoconiosis.
Methods:
We selected 160 pneumoconiosis patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016. 102 patients were divided into experimental groups, and the other 58 patients were assigned to the control group. These patients were randomly assigned. The control group was given routine treatment, while the experimental group received conventional treatment combined with TCM syndrome differentiation. We rated patients' quality of life using the SF-36 Quality of Life Scale. C-reactive protein levels in both groups before and after treatment were detected by ELISA. Furthermore, we detected the expression levels of IL-6 mRNA and TGF-β mRNA in serum before and after treatment by RT-PCR.The analysis was performed with SPSS19.0 software. The normal distribution measurement data was expressed by
