Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of chronic acalculous cholecystitis characterized by absence of gallbladder wall contractability. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2008were analysed. The patients were grouped into two groups: laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) group in 20 and non-surgical group in 22. The patients' symptoms on follow-up in the two groups were compared. Results The 42 patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis were diagnosed by symptoms, ultrasound, fatty meal gallbladder contractability studies under ultrasound, fiber optic gastroscopy and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). In all patients, there was a complete absence of gallbladder wall contractability. In the LC groups, 20 patients received LC. 18 patients were followed up, and there were no symptoms. Two patients were lost to follow up. In the non-surgical group, 22 patients received non-surgical treatment. In 21 patients who were followed up, 19 patients had symptoms. One patient was lost to follow up. There was a significant difference between the LC group and the non-surgical group (P<0.05). Conclusions Chronic acalculous cholecystitis characterized by absence of gallbladder wall contractability could be diagnosed by symptoms, ultrasound, fatty meal gallbladder contractability studies under untrasound, and MRCP. The optimal treatment of chronic acalculous cholecystitis characterized by absence of gallbladder wall contractability is LC.

6.Biological activity evaluation of porous HA ceramics using NH4 HCO3/PVA as pore-creating agents.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;27(6):1280-1285
Porous HA ceramics were prepared by using NH4 HCO3/PVA as pore-formed material along with biological glass as intensifier, and these ceramics were immersed in Locke's Physiological Saline and Simulate Body Fluid (SBF). The changes of phase composition, grain size and crystallinity of porous HA ceramics before and after immersion were investigated by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The biological activity was evaluated. The porous HA ceramics showed various degrees of decomposition after immersion in the two solution systems, but there was no evident change in respect to crystallinity. Besides, the impact of different degrees of solution systems on the change of grain size and planar preferred orientation was observed. The TCP phase of the ceramics immersed in Locke's Physiological Saline decomposed and there was no crystal growth on the surface of ceramics; however, the grain size of ceramics immersed in SBF became refined in certain degree and the surface of ceramics took on the new crystal growth.

Journal of Zhejiang University. Medical sciences 2020;49(4):409-418
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the usage of mental health assistance hotline during COVID-19 in Zhejiang province from January 25th to February 29th 2020, and summarize the characteristics of the demand for mental health services and the dynamic changes of public mental health status during COVID-19 pandemic.
METHODS:
Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used. The calls related to pandemic were divided into four categories: medical, psychological, information and the others. The secondary categories of psychological calls were determined by text analysis. The number of calls were calculated weekly and the number of various types of calls over time were analyzed. We used stratified random sampling method to extract 600 cases of all kinds of calls related to pandemic and conducted a semantic analysis, through marking new, similar combination to form a feature set, then summed up the call content characteristics of each stage. Two hundred callers were followed up to understand how they felt about the call process in four aspects: the waiting time, call duration, the degree of problem-solving and the way to end the call.
RESULTS:
In a total of 13 746 calls, 8978 were related to pandemic, among which 12.59%(1130/8978) were about medical issues, 26.50%(2379/8978) were about mental health, 27.18%(2440/8978) were about information regarding the pandemic and 33.74%(3029/8978) were about other pandemic related issues. Pandemic situation, relevant policy release, frequency of advertising campaigns were predictors of the number of calls per day during the pandemic (<0.05 or <0.01). The number of calls differed by gender and identities of callers (both <0.05). Finally 181 callers accepted telephone follow-up. Among them, 51.38%(93/181) of the callers thought that the waiting time was too long, 33.15%(60/181) of the callers thought that the call time was insufficient, 80.66%(146/181) of callers believed that the hotline could partially or completely resolve their concerns, and 39.23%(71/181) of the callers said the operator proposed to end the call.
CONCLUSIONS
s The changes of the number and content of the mental health assistance hotline calls reflected that the public mental health status experienced four stages during the pandemic: confusion, panic, boredom, and adjustment. The specialized mental health assistance hotlines should be further strengthened, and the efficiency should be improved. Mental health interventions should be tailored and adopted according to the characteristics of the public mental health status at different stages of the pandemic.

OBJECTIVETo discuss the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of the clinical characteristics and prognosis of asbestosis complicated with malignant mesothelioma patients.
METHODSIn 3 cases of asbestosis complicated with malignant mesothelioma were retrospectively analyzed.
RESULTSIn the 3 patients, 2 cases of pleural mesothelioma, with chest tightness, chest and back pain as initial symptom; 1 case of peritoneal mesothelioma, with abdominal distention, abdominal pain, dysuria as initial symptom. One case of the pleural mesothelioma misdiagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy. 3 patients were in CT or B ultrasound guided biopsy pathology confirmed to be malignant mesothelioma. 2 patients received systemic chemotherapy, another received symptomatic and supportive treatment. Up till now, 3 patients have died.
CONCLUSIONThe disease is a high degree of malignant, the early clinical manifestations are not specific, easily missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The treatment effect is not ideal, the prognosis is poor. Biopsy is a reliable method for diagnosis of MM.

Objective:
To observe the effect of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKIs) on silica (SiO2)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and to explore the role of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling pathway in pulmonary fibrosis.
Methods:
A rat model of SiO2 silicosis was established (high, medium and low dose intervention groups, and the model group was infused with silica suspension). The control group was intratracheally injected with the same amount of sterile saline. The rats were intragastrically administered with different concentrations of EGFR-TKIs (13.5 mg/day, 6.75 mg/day, 3.375 mg/day). The model group and the control group were given the same amount of normal saline. Six rats in each group were euthanized on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th days after modeling. HE staining was used to observe the pathological of lung tissue. Masson staining to observe pulmonary fibrosis. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) expression of p-EGFR. Determination of hydroxyproline content by alkaline hydrolysis of the sample, Western Blot was used to detect the contents of TGF-α, Ras, p-Erkl/2, PI-3KCG and Aktl protein in lung tissue.
Results:
The degree of fibrosis and hydroxyproline content in HE staining and Masson staining decreased with the increase of intervention dose, which was statistically significant (7 d, 14 d). Compared with the model group, the relative expressions of TGF-α, p-Erkl/2 and Aktl protein in lung tissue of each intervention group were statistically significant (
