Objective To explore the relationship among family functioning,coping style,and psychopathic personality for adult male prisoners.Methods 328 adult male prisoners were surveyed with Family APGAR Index,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Psychopathic Deviate Scale.Different demographic variables were compared on male prisoners'family functioning,coping style and psychopathic personality.Coping style and psychopathic personality were compared among family functioning groups,then a relationship model was set up by structural equation modeling.Results The low age male prisoners showed significant lower growth (1.17 ±0.76),resolve (1.11 ±0.79),negative coping style(1.15 ± 0.51),the total scale of family APGAR (5.61 ± 2.73) and higher psychopathic personality (22.11 ± 4.95) than the high age male prisoners ((1.35 ± 0.72),(1.45 ± 0.68),(1.30±0.58),(6.29 ±2.63),(19.40 ±5.06),t=2.17,4.15,2.51,2.31,4.89).The rural male prisoners showed significant lower adaptation (1.04 ± 0.69) and higher positive coping style (1.95 ± 0.40) than the city male prisoners ((1.21 ± 0.74),(1.81 ± 0.43),t =2.07,3.09).The positive coping style (P =0.024)and psychopathic personality (P =0.000) of adult male prisoners among family functioning groups showed significantly difference.The strongest positive effect that adult male prisoners' positive coping style forecast family functioning was 0.275.The strongest negtive effect that male prisoners' psychopathic personality forecast family functioning was 0.257.The strongest negtive effect that male prisoners' negative coping style forecast psychopathic personality was 0.197.The strongest positive effect that male prisoners' family functioning forecast psychopathic personality was 0.266.Conclusions Positive coping style and good family functioning could effectively adjust adult male prisoners' personality.Positive coping style and perfect personality could effectively improve adult male prisoners' family functioning.Family functioning and psychopathic personality interact with each other.

Objective To explore the relationship among family functioning,positive and negative affect in male prisoners, in which the mediating effect of neuroticism and self-acceptance.Methods 315 male prisoners were surveyed with Family APGAR Index, Positive and Negative Affect Scale, Neurotism Scale,and the Self Acceptance Questionnaire.To compare positive and negative affect,neuroticism and self-acceptance of male prisoners in different family functioning groups.In addition,structural equation modeling was established among above mentioned variables.Results (1) Male prisoners in the worst family functio-ning group showed significant difference(P<0.05) in positive affect (26.31±6.55),neuroticism (14.23± 5.11) and self-acceptance (40.58±4.31) with those in the good family functioning group ((29.88±6.48), (11.49±4.89),(42.77±4.97)) and those in the worse family functioning group ((29.80±4.49),(12.91± 4.58),(42.39±5.54)).(2) Male prisoners'family functioning was significantly related to positive affect ( r=0.28) ,neuroticism ( r=-0.30) and self-acceptance ( r=0.20) (P<0.01) .Negative affect was significantly related to neuroticism ( r=-0.25) and self-acceptance ( r=0.39) (P<0.01) .( 3) Neuroticism and self-ac-ceptance played a chain mediating effect between family functioning and positive affect (P<0.01) .Neuroti-cism also played mediating effects between family functioning and negative affect as well as between family functioning and self-acceptance (P<0.01) .Conclusion Family functioning,neuroticism and self-acceptance have significant predictive power for male prisoners'positive and negative affect.To improve family functio-ning of male prisoners is conductive to personality formation and self-acceptance,furthermore,expressing pos-itive emotion experience.

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship among resilience,attribution,and coping style for freshmen.Methods 977 freshmen were surveyed with Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Multidimensional-Multiattributional Causality Scale,and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,then compared different freshmen's resilience,attribution,and coping style,and analyzed their relationship.ResultsThe city freshmen showed significant higher resilience(68.88 ± 10.57 ),academic external attribution (21.14 ± 6.01 ),and interpersonal external attribution ( 22.87 ± 6.42 ) than rural freshmen ( ( 67.51 ± 10.43 ),( 19.81 ± 5.88 ),( 21.86 ± 5.88 ) respectively,t =2.03,3.48,2.57).Vocational freshmen showed significant higher academic internal attribution ( 28.68 ± 5.30 )and interpersonal internal attribution (26.81 ± 5.82) than undergraduate freshmen ( ( 27.61 ± 5.47 ),( 25.53 ±5.92),t =3.00,3.30).The only children showed significant higher resilience ( 68.88 ± 10.81 ) and academic failure luck (4.37 ± 2.21 ) than those having siblings ( (67.44 ± 10.18 ),(3.96 ± 2.12 ),t =2.15,3.02 ).Positive coping style,ncgative coping stylc,academic failure external attribution,academic success internal attribution,residence,and academic failure internal attribution had significant direct influence on resilience(β =16.435,- 4.919,- 0.344,0.308,1.396,- 0.182).ConclusionPositive coping styles and reasonable academic attribution can effectively predict great resilience of freshmen.

Objective To study the influence of anticipatory and post-event information processing on the memories and perception of the symptom in patients with social anxiety disorder (SAD). Methods A group of 32 SAD patients and a control group of 35 healthy indivisuals were included. Instruments including Self-Rating Depression Scale, Subjective Units Discomfort Scale( SUDS ), Rumination Questionnaire ,Open-ended Recall and Body Sensations Questionnaire were adopted in both groups. Results In the group SAD, no significant difference was identified between the experimental group( (49.68 ± 17.68), ( 19.00 ± 1.25), (0. 54 ±0. 17) ) and the experimental control group( ( 50.43 ± 20.72 ), ( 18.68 ± 1.25 ), ( 0.52 ± 0.17 ) ) when the ratings the memories of body sensations, rumination, and negative self-information score were compared (P＞ 0.05 ). There was a significant positive correlation between the level of rumination ,SUDS, the memories of negative self-information and the body sensations scores( r= 0.72; r= 0.94; r= 0.70, P＜ 0.01 ). The scores of rumination explained 64% of the variation in SUDS scores(β=0.82, P＜0. 01 ). Conclusion This study suggest that social anxiety is affected directly by rumination which can result in more memories of negative self-information and the body sensation. Symptoms are maintained by post-event information processing.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle in the management of teaching quality of reha-bilitation nurse. Methods From March, 2014 to March, 2015, 108 nurses were recruited in three terms. PDCA cycle was applied in the man-agement. Problems existing in their nursing work and nursing continuing education were investigated and analyzed, then improved in the next term. Results The teaching satisfactions were 86.12%, 90.13%, and 93.32%, respectively. The scores of theoretical examination, opera-tion examination and Power Point report gradually increased in nurses of three terms. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle is effec-tive in the management of teaching quality of rehabilitation nurse.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection in respiratory elderly patients.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients infected with multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015.At the same time,no multiple drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection elderly patients was selected as a control group.The gender,age,antimicrobial use,white blood cell count,mechanical ventilation time and other differences between the two groups of elderly patients were compared.Results There were significant differences in the days of hospitalization [(18.7±7.5) d vs.(10.0±2.7)d],the time of application of invasive ventilator[(24.6±10.3) d vs.(11.6±6.9)d] and the time of application of antimicrobial agents[(26.2±13.1) d vs.(8.0±2.6)d] (t=19.463、15.436、26.905,all P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in immunosuppressant use,white blood cell count,serum protein level and APACHEⅡ score (all P＞0.05).Conclusions Reasonable scientific application of antimicrobial agents,reducing invasive mechanical ventilation time and improving patient immunity can help to reduce the risk of respiratory infection in elderly patients with multiple drug resistance to Acinetobacter baumannii.

Objective: To explore the relationship between Internet addiction and depressive symptoms among adolescents, and to provide a scientific basis for preventing depression symptoms. Methods: This study was conducted using a stratified random cluster sample method to select 2 149 junior school students reported Internet addiction and depressive symploms in Jilin Province. Propensity score method and quantile regression model were used to evaluate the association between Internet addiction and depressive symploms. Results: Among the 2 149 participants, 386 (18.0%) were found Internet addictive. Prevalence of Internet addition differed significantly among students with different gender, grade, whether smoking or drinking, whether have corporal punishment from parents, sleep duration and body mass index (P<0.05). Depressive symptom scores differed in students with smoking, corporal punishment from parents and insufficient sleep duration (P<0.05). Quantile regression model found that with the quantile increasing, the risk of Internet addiction was also higher due to depressive symptoms(P<0.05). If Internet addiction occurred, their depressive symptom score would be improved 5.08 points for non-Internet addiction students. Conclusion Internet addiction shows potential impact on depression symptom students. The effect of Internet addiction increased with depression symptoms severity. The results of present study will provide a scientific basis for improving students mental health in the future.

OBJECTIVE: This study aims to examine the parallel multiple mediators of depressive symptoms and sleep quality in the relations between stress and physical health-related quality of life (PHQOL)/mental health-related quality of life (MHQOL) among the women in late pregnancy. METHODS: Of 1120 pregnant women participated in the cross-sectional study which consisted of Perceived Stress Scale, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and MOS 12-item Short Form Health Survey. Parallel multiple mediator models were used to analyze the relations between stress, depressive symptoms, sleep quality and PHQOL/MHQOL. RESULTS: The effect of perceived stress on PHQOL was partially through the indirect path of sleep quality (β=-0.061). But in the model for MHQOL, depressive symptoms and sleep quality played parallel mediators, and the indirect path effect of depressive symptoms (β=-0.179) was higher than sleep quality (β=-0.029). CONCLUSION: The findings contributed to the understanding about the influential mechanism of stress on PHQOL/MHQOL. And it reminded the importance of sleep quality and depressive symptoms for improving QOL in late pregnancy.

Objective: The present study aimed to examine the mediated moderation effect underlying the association between parental psychological aggression and phubbing, as well as the mediating role of anxiety and moderating role of sex and grade. Methods: Based on a cross-sectional study, a total of 758 Chinese junior high school students had completed measures on socio-demographic characteristics, parental psychological aggression, anxiety and phubbing. Structural equation modeling was adopted to examine the mediating effect of anxiety on the association between parental psychological aggression and phubbing. Multigroup analyses were conducted to explore whether the path coefficients differed by sex and grade. Results: Mediation analysis indicated that anxiety could mediate the association between parental psychological aggression and phubbing. The indirect effect of parental psychological aggression on phubbing via anxiety was 0.12. Multigroup analyses revealed that the higher mediation effect of anxiety was more likely to be reported by boys and students from grade eight. Conclusion Findings of the present study may inform prevention and intervention programs for phubbing in adolescents exposed to parental psychological aggression, by decreasing the anxiety and adopting selective strategies for different sex and grade groups.

Objective: To understand the unhealthy listening habits and related factors hearing on impairment among primary and middle school students in Jilin Province, so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of hearing impairment in children and adolescents. Methods: From September to November 2021, a stratified cluster random sampling method was employed to select 12 847 primary and middle school students in nine cities of Jilin Province who use headphones for more than 0.5 hours daily for a questionnaire survey. Data on unhealthy listening habits, lifestyle habits and hearing impairment were collected. The data were analyzed using the χ 2 test and Logistic regression. Results: Totally 1 702 students(13.25%) experienced hearing impairment within the last month. There were statistical differences between the sexes with the average daily headphone use, the times of using headphones ≥1 h every day for one week use in all environment or noisy environment ( χ 2=47.86, 57.60, 66.31, P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis results showed that factors related to the occurrence of hearing impairment among primary and secondary school students included:average daily headphone use of 1-2 h and more than 2 h ( OR=1.74, 95%CI =1.60-1.90; OR=1.73, 95%CI =1.59-1.90), times of using headphones ≥1 h every day for one week were 1-2 times and >2 times ( OR=1.71, 95%CI =1.59- 1.84 ; OR=1.83, 95%CI =1.71-1.97), the times of using headphones≥1 h every day for one week being 1-2 times and >2 times in noisy environment per week ( OR=1.48, 95%CI =1.40-1.56; OR=1.72, 95%CI =1.61-1.86), economic underdevelopment ( OR=1.85, 95%CI =1.76-1.96), boarding （OR=1.78, 95%CI =1.69-1.89), single parent family ( OR=1.72, 95%CI =1.60- 1.87 ), daily activity duration less than 1 h ( OR=1.71, 95%CI =1.63-1.81), sedentary behavior duration more than 6 h per day ( OR=1.88, 95%CI =1.79-1.98) ( P <0.05). Conclusions The behavior of ear protection among primary and middle school students in Jilin Province needs to be enhanced, focusing on students in economically underdeveloped areas, boarding schools and single parent families. It is necessary to guide primary and middle school students to improve their bad ear habits, increase outdoor activities and reduce the time of sitting.
