4.Aeromedical research in the U.S.navy
Military Medical Sciences 2016;40(7):587-592
Objective To analyze the statusquo of the United States Naval Aeromedical Research Development in order to explore the medical context for the development of the U .S.naval aviation .Methods The literatures published by NAMRL between 1975 and 2010 were collected and analyzed using TDA software .Results and Conclusion Naval Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory ( NAMRL ) research was fruitful, the quantity of annual research output was irregular, per capita author posting was not high ,and coauthor size was small .Posting information was oriented to internal and main scientific and technological journals while research focused on the aviation selection , physiological effects , cognition, visual function, physical training and standards , and other areas of radiation protection .Aviation medicine had distinct features. The results are of referential value for keeping track of the U .S.Navy aviation medicine.
5.Optimization of information resources in military medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;(2):34-39
Optimization of information resources plays an important role in improving the quality of subject re-sources.Military medicine is a highly interdisciplinary subject, optimization of its information resources is thus of subject particularizes. The basic theories and practical methods for optimizing information resources were reviewed, followed by a summary of the theories and methods that can be used in optimizing the information resources in mili-tary medicine.
6.Discussion on the necessity of construction of military pharmacy
Military Medical Sciences 2015;(1):68-70
Objective To discuss the necessity of building military pharmacy .Methods Military pharmacy in terms of disciplinary concepts ,disciplinary identity from the scientific community ,the direction and meaning of disciplinary construc-tion.Results The need to construct military pharmacy was specified from the perspective of military development and mili -tary graduate education .Conclusion Construction of military pharmacy will help enhance our military core capabilities and medical support capacity to perform diverse military tasks ,ensure drug safety , and enhance the ability of military pharmacy personnel training .Construction of military pharmacy disciplines is to follow the basic rules of disciplinary development and to adapt to the development of military graduate education .

Military Medical Sciences 2015;(4):257-260
Objective To establish a regional medical information sharing platform used to promote the sharing of regional medical data such as electronic medical records( EMR) and medical images in order to improve medical services. Methods With reference to results and experience of the domestic and foreign research and by virtualizing re-establish-ment of the existing medical information resources,a regional medical information sharing platform was established based on cloud computing, SOA,and Web services, and then the heterogeneous information systems in different medical institutions were integrated. Results A novel cloud platform solution was proposed for clinical information exchange between medical institutions based on Web services that exchanged data and ensured the data security and privacy using XML encryption and compression. The prototype developed in a cloud environment was put into use in dozens of military hospitals to enable the sharing of clinical information. Conclusion This cloud computing platform has the advantages of dynamic scalability, distributed and ubiquitous access. It is highly feasible and practical for regional medical informatization.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the biological characteristics of cultured salivary gland cells in vitro. Methods: Submandibular gland cells of rat were primarily cultured and subcultured in DMEM supplemented with ?=10% fetal bovine serum. The growth of the cells was studied by cell counting and MTT assay. The morphological characteristic was observed with microscope and transmission electron microscope. The specific protein expression was investigated by immunohistochemical technic. Results:Morpholgy of the cells was epidermoid with well developed organella and zymogen granules. The cells could subultured to 4~5 passages and kept in culture for 30~40 days. The cells of primary culture and passage 2 grew faster than those of passage 4.The cells were CK8.13, keratin and ?-SMA positive. Conclusion:Rat submandibular gland cells can be primarily cultured and subcultured in vitro. The primarily cultured and first subcultured cells may be more potential in growth.
