Objective To know the prevalence and distribution of Internet Addiction Disorder(IAD) among the adolescent students in urban districts in Tianjin. Methods This survey was carried out during November,2006 to April,2007 with Stratified cluster random sampling method.8225 questionnaires were valid among 8694 participants.Xing Yi's IAD diagnosis standard was used on the survey.Internet Addiction Tendency(IAT)by our definition was those students who had 3 or 4 of 10 indicators. The national standard population proportion of school students from junior high school to college in 2000 were used in weighing cases by power. Results 1.The detection rates of IAD between students online 2,3 or 4 hours per day were significantly different of the check out rate of IAD from the students on-line 2,3,or 4 hours per day, except time factor in the indicators;2.The detection rates of IAD between students with different learning stage or education system were also significantly different;the highest rate was among the students at special technical secondary school(11.69%),then followed by technical college and college students(6.74% and 6.73%),and junior high school and senior high school students(5.98% and 5.95%).The detection rates of IAT were increased by learning stage;the lowest rate was 8.65% in junior high school students, followed by 12.11% in high school students,13.96% in technical secondary school students,15.58% in technical college students and 16.73% in college students;3.After weighing case by power on learning stage or education system, the total IAD prevalence was 6.90%,9.50% for boys and 4.17% for girls.Total IAT prevalence was 11.78%,14.43% for boys and 8.96% for girls;4.For students in area with higher economic level, the rates of IAD and IAT were 4.16% and 8.27%,respectively,lower than those in other economic levels;5.Both IAD and IAT prevalent rates were no significant difference between the key high schools and common high schools. Conclusion The students of special technical secondary schools are high risk population for IAD and IAT.Students in area with higher level of economic have lower rates of IAD and IAT.It is suggested that it is needed to carry out health education on Internet using among the adolescent students together with family, school and social good environment.
4.Advances of programmed death ligand 1 and its inhibitor in non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(8):628-630
Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1 ),which is highly expressed in NSCLC,can be divided into two categories:membrane PD-L1 and soluble PD-L1 .PD-L1 participates in tumor immune escape through combining with its receptor.PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors have entered the phase Ⅰ studies and showed a good application prospect. It is also found that the sensitivity of PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors is strongly associated with the expression of PD-L1 in tumor.Therefore,PD-L1 can be used as a biomarker to pre-dict its curative effect.

BACKGROUND:The type B synoviocytes induced by transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) have the potential to differentiate into chondrocyte, which can remain the phenotype in vitro. However, whether the transfected cell combined with scaffold can form cartilage tissues need further research. OBJECTIVE:Rabbit type B synoviocytes was transfected by liposome method in vitro, combined the cells with Pluronic-F127,and then implanted into nude mouse to construct tissue engineering cartilage. Additionally,to explore the feasibility of synoviocytes differentiate into chondrocytes.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized animal experiment of cytology observation. The experiment was performed at the Medical Research Center, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between April 2007 and May 2008.MATERIALS:Healthy New Zealand white rabbits, aged 3 months, and 12 BALB/c nude mice, aged 4 weeks, weighted 20 g.METHODS:The synovial membrane tissues were taken out from the rabbit knee, isolated by enzyme digestion, and then transfected. The positive cloning was screened by G418,and the expression of TGF-β1 and collagen Ⅱ was detected. The Pluronic-F127 was dissolved at 4℃ and prepared fluid with concentration of 30%. The fluid was mixed with cells. At the same time, there were 2 groups as the control group:chondrocytes with Pluronic-F127,and synoviocytes transfeced by pcDNA3.1(+)and Pluronic-F127. The cell density was 5x1010/L. Each compound (0.2 mL) was injected into the subcutaneous of the nude mouse back. Rats were sacrificed at weeks 4,6 and 8 to harvest samples.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Cell growth curve;phenotype change of the cells after transfection;histological observation of the tissue in the subcutaneous of the nude mouse back. RESULTS:Cell growth curve demonstrated that the living activity of the transfected cells was temporary decreased, which returned into normal level at days 6,7 after transfection. At day 4 after transfection,TGF β1 were positive expressed, and at day 7,the collagen Ⅱ staining were positive. The compounds in the subcutaneous of the nude mouse back formed immature chondroid tissues at week 4,which turned to mature chondroid tissue at week 8,and the collagen Ⅱ staining were positive.CONCLUSION:The transfected synoviocytes can express the phenotype of chondrocytes in vitro, and form chondrocyte-likecells. The transfected synoviocytes with Pluronic-F127 can form chondroid tissues in nude mice.
