〔Abstract〕 The paper introduces the informatization management system in specialist clinic blood-taking room, which compares with the process before informatization from the aspects of error rates of blood samples, patients satisfaction, hospital labor costs and so on to highlight the advantages of informatization management.The progressiveness, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures are discussed, informatization management could improve work efficiency and patients satisfaction.

Objective To investigate whether human p27kip1 gene transfection mediated by nanoparticles( NP) can express p27kip1 protein and inhibit the neointimal formation in rat vein grafting models. Method Autogenous vein graft model was established in 120 Wistar rats by transplanting internal branch of jugular vein to carotid artery. Rats were divided into three groups: (1) p27 group; p27kip1 gene mediated by NP were transfected into the veins before anastomosis; (2) control group; the veins were transfected by simple NP; (3) grafting group;the veins were grafted without transfection. The grafted veins were harvested at 3 d, 7 d, 14 d and 28 d respectively after the operation. The exogenous p27 kip1 protein expression in veins was determined by Western blot. Intimal hyperplasia (IH) and PCNA were observed by pathology and analyzed by computer digitizing system. The presence of apoptotic VSMC was demonstrated by TUNEL method. Result p27kip1 gene transfection mediated by NP complex increased protein expression of p27kip1 gene and there was a significant decrease in the intimal average thickness at 7 d, 14 d and 28 d in p27 group (P

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical curative effect and security by performing the clinical study ofYinggencao formula in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat TCM syndrome.MethodsA total of 75 patients, diagnosed with Psoriasis Vulgaris Blood-heat RCM syndrome, were randomizedly divided into the treatmeat group with 39 patients and the control group with 36. The treatment group tookYinggencao formula twice daily, while the control group tookQingdai capsules three times daily. All the patients were treated 12 weeks. PASI scores were used as the main outcome and to estimate the curative effect rates.ResultsThe PASI scores of patients in the treatment group (6.97 ± 2.02vs. 16.88 ± 2.91;t=14.380,P=0.009) and the control group (13.14 ± 3.18vs. 17.49 ± 2.32;t=7.780,P=0.013) after treatment showed significantly lower than the scores before. The PASI scores showed significant difference between the two groups after the treatment (P=0.027). The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (76.9%vs. 61.1%;χ2=5.120, P<0.05).Conclusions TheYinggencao formula therapy showed better effect thanQingdai capsules therapy in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat TCM syndrome.

ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of the metabolite concentrations of the precentral gyrus in healthy Chinese adults using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS).Methods 1H-MRS was carried out in 92 healthy Chinese adult volunteers. The metabolite ratios of NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr and NAA/Cho were compared and analysed.ResultsNo significant changes of NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr and NAA/Cho ratios were observed between the left and right precentral gyrus, nor between the male and female. However, the precentral gyrus NAA/Cr and NAA/Cho ratios were decreased gradually with aging and Cho/Cr ratios were increased gradually with aging.ConclusionThe characteristics of the precentral gyrus metabolite concentrations in healthy Chinese adults have been obtained.

EMG, This paper introduces a slope variability algorithm which uses the CU Database and the AHA Database. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictivity and accuracy are calculated and these values are compared with the results from two earlier detection algorithms. The results show this algorithm is more effective and fast than other algorithms.

Objective:To study the effect of Pterostilbene on endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis in human renal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2 cells) induced by oxalate.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020, HK-2 cells were divided into a control group (cultured with normal medium), an oxalate group (cultured with a medium containing 4 mmol/L of oxalate), and an intervention group of Pterostilbene (containing 4 mmol/L of oxalate + Pterostilbene 5, 10, and 20 μmol/L mixed medium were cultured at the same time), and the following tests were performed after 12 hours of treatment. Pterostilbene (5, 10, and 20 μmol/L) intervention group for cell viability test, lactate dehydrogenase cytotoxicity test, reduced glutathione, superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, hydrogen peroxide enzyme, total antioxidant capacity detection experiments to explore the degree of oxidative damage, and Western blotting experiments to explore the protein expression of ATF6, GRP78, DDIT3, caspase12, Clevead caspase 3/9; Pterostilbene (10 μmol/L) intervention group to detect mitochondrial membrane potential, caspase 3 enzyme activity, apoptosis rate, reactive oxygen detection to detect the apoptosis, reactive oxygen level, and qRT-PCR to detect ATF6, GRP78, DDIT3 of cells mRNA expression.Results:CCK-8 and lactate dehydrogenase toxicity test results showed that the cell activity of the oxalate group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(45.6±3.1)% vs. 100.0%, P<0.001]; the lactate dehydrogenase [(330.2±11.1)U/L vs. (2.6±6.7) U/L, P<0.001] of the oxalate group was higher than that of the control group increased obviously; the cell viability[ (57.2±1.7)%, (67.2±3.4)%, (78.9±1.8)%] of Pterostilbene intervention group (5, 10, 20 μmol/L) significantly increased compared with oxalate group ( P<0.05); lactate dehydrogenase [(288.1±4.3)U/L, (260.9±5.5)U, (202.7±10.2)U/L] in Pterostilbene intervention group (5, 10, 20 μmol/L ) was significantly lower than oxalate group ( P<0.05). The results of the five biochemical indexes of malondialdehyde, reduced glutathione, total superoxide dismutase, catalase, and total antioxidant capacity showed that the cell damage state was consistent with the experimental results of CCK-8 and lactate dehydrogenase. The active oxygen test results showed that the oxalate group had a significantly higher active oxygen level (76.3±4.9 vs. 6.2±1.7, P<0.01); the active oxygen level (39.5±5.4) of the Pterostilbene intervention group(10 μmol/L) was significantly lower than oxalate group ( P<0.01). The flow cytometry and caspase3 enzyme activity showed an increase in apoptosis rate and caspase3 activity in line with the trend of reactive oxygen levels. Mitochondrial membrane potential results showed that the oxalate group had a significantly lower mitochondrial membrane potential (0.76±0.15 vs. 7.84±0.26, P<0.01), and the mitochondrial membrane potential (2.26±0.27) of the Pterostilbene intervention group (10 μmol/L) was significantly higher than oxalate group( P<0.01). Western blot analysis showed that the relative expression of ATF6, DDIT3, GRP78, caspase12 and Cleaved caspase3/9 protein in the oxalate group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The relative expression of ATF6, DDIT3, GRP78, caspase12, Cleaved caspase3/9 protein in the Pterostilbene intervention group was significantly lower than that in the oxalate group ( P<0.05). qRT-PCR results showed that the mRNA expression trends of ATF6, DDIT3 and GRP78 in the three groups were consistent with the results of Western blotting. Conclusion:Pterostilbene can effectively inhibit the endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis of HK-2 cells induced by oxalate.

OBJECTIVESTo observe the effects of renal ischemic postconditioning (RI-Post) on myocardial apoptosis in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.

METHODSAll rabbits were subjected to 60 minutes ischemia by left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion (LADO) and 6 hours reperfusion. The rabbits are randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 8 in each group): (1) Ischemia-reperfusion (IR): LADO and reperfusion without additional intervention; (2) RI-Post: after 60 minutes of LADO, the left renal artery was occluded for 30 seconds and reperfused for 30 seconds and repeated 3 times, then the coronary artery was reperfused for 6 hours; (3) Medication intervention (MI): 10 minutes before coronary reperfusion, rabbits were treated with PKC antagonist GF109203X (0.05 mg/kg, IV), followed by RI-Post treatment and 6 hours coronary reperfusion. Myocardial apoptosis was measured by TUNEL and the myocardial Bcl-2 and Bax protein expressions were assessed by immunohistochemistry.

RESULTSCompared with the IR group and the MI group, myocardial apoptosis was significantly reduced (P < 0.05) and the Bcl-2 protein expression increased (P < 0.01) while the Bax protein expression decreased (P < 0.05) in the RI-Post group.

CONCLUSIONSRemote renal postconditioning applied right before the onset of coronary artery reperfusion can reduce the myocardial apoptosis induced by myocardial ischemia and reperfusion and up-regulate Bcl-2 while down-regulate Bax expression possibly by activation of protein kinase C.

Objective To compare the perioperative characteristics and long term outcomes between extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)-conventional cardiopulmonary switch (experimental group,26 cases) and off-pump high-risk coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG group,24cases).Methods Perioperative characteristics and survival rate were retrospectively analyzed between experimental group and OPCABG group.Long term survival rates without major cardiovascular adverse events (MACE) were comparatively analyzed via Kaplan-Meier curves.Results The average Euroscore value were 11.7 ± 2.4 and 10.9 ± 2.0,respectively(P =0.208).The experimental group had a higher complete revascularization rate (96.2％ vs.66.7％,P =0.009),a shorter length of postoperative ECMO support [(33.1±23.6)h vs.(80.8±18.5)h],an intensive care unit stay[(4.8±1.1)d vs.(10.2±9.0)d]and a hospital stay [(17.7±6.3)d vs.(28.2±17.5)d] (all P＜0.05) as compared with OPCABG group.Preoperative New York Heart Association (NYHA) grading of cardiac function (r =0.511,P =0.008) and intraoperative ultrafiltration volume (r =-0.442,P =0.024) were significantly correlated with postoperative ECMO continuation in the experimental group.The follow-up period was (45.4 ± 15.2) months.The experimental group had a higher survival rate without MACE than had the OPCABG group (Log-rank test:x2=4.828,P=0.028).Conclusions The ECMO-conventional cardiopulmonary switch mode might facilitate a higher complete revascularization,a lower incidence of postoperative morbidities and improve the longterm survival rate without MACE for patients with high risks.

OBJECTIVETo investigate ureteral injury during gynecological laparoscopic surgeries.

METHODSFrom January 1990 to December 2005, 12 868 gynecological laparoscopic surgeries were conducted in Peking Union Medical College Hospital with 12 ureteral injuries reported. The present study investigated several aspects, including surgical indications, uterine size, pelvic adhesion, operative procedures, symptoms, diagnostic time and methods, injury site and type, subsequent treatment, and prognosis.

RESULTSThe incidence of ureteral injury was 0.093% (12/12 868) in all cases, 0.42% (11/2 586) in laparoscopic hysterectomy [laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) or total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH)], and 0.01% (1/10 282) in non-LAVH surgeries. Enlarged uterus, pelvic adhesion, and endometrosis were risk factors associated with ureteral injury. Only one injury was found intraoperatively while others were found postoperatively. The injury sites were at the pelvic brim (2 cases) or the lower part of ureter (10 cases). Patients were treated with ureteral stenting (effective in 2 cases) or laparotomy and open repair. Prognoses were favorable in most cases.

CONCLUSIONSMost laparoscopic ureteral injuries occur during laparoscopic hysterectomy. Further evaluation is required when ureteral injury is suspected, and surgical repair is the major treatment for ureteral injury.

OBJECTIVETo observe the evolution and differentiation of hepatic oval cells after transplanted into the spleens of homogenous rats, providing experimental data for treating hepatic failure with hepatic stem cells.

METHODSA two-step perfusion procedure was used to separate hepatic parenchymal cells from nonparenchymal cells. Then the suspension of nonparenchymal cells was centrifuged in Percoll gradients. The isolated cells were cultured, identified, and then transplanted into the spleens of homogenous rats undergone 2/3 hepatectomy.

RESULTSThe obtained cells were various in size with ovoid nuclei and inadequate cytoplasm. After 12 hours' culture, they revealed the characteristics of epithelial cells. Both the freshly isolated and cultured cells showed positive staining for cytokeratin 19 (CK19), OV6, alpha fetal protein (AFP), but negative for leucocyte common antigen (LCA). After intraspleenic transplantation into homogenous rats undergone partial hepatectomy, hepatic oval cells were differentiated into liver tissue-like structure including hepatocyte cords and bile ducts, and formed hepaticized spleen. But this kind of structure was not observed in the controls.

CONCLUSIONThe isolated rat hepatic oval cells show the biological characteristics of hepatic stem cells and can differentiate into hepatocytes and biliary epithelial cells under appropriate circumstances.
