【Objective】To observe therapeutic effect of Guishen Pill(GP) combined with acupuncture(AP) for male immune infertility(MII) and to investigate influence on acid phosphatase(ACP) in seminal plasma.【Methods】One hundred and five MII patients were equally randomized into three groups.Group A received GP combined AP,group B received GP and group C received prednisone.The therapeutic effect was evaluated in the three groups after treatment,and the changes of ACP were observed before and after treatment.【Results】The total effective rate was 91.43%,88.57% and 68.57%,and the cure rate was 45.71%,22.86% and 11.43% in groups A,B and C respectively.The difference of total effective rate was significant in groups A and B as compared with that in group C(P

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of levocarnitine on peripheral blood T cell subsets and inflammatory factors in diabetic patients underwent peritoneal dialysis. METHODS:A total of 100 diabetic patients underwent peritoneal dialysis in se-lected as research objects were divided into conventional therapy group and levocarnitine group according to random number table, with 50 cases in each group. Conventional therapy group received peritoneal dialysis and conventional therapy. Levocarnitine group was additionally given levocarnitine 1.0 g added into 0.9% Sodium chloride injection 20 mL intravenously,3 times a week,on the basis of conventional therapy group for 12 weeks. CD3+,CD4+,the proportion of Th1 and Th2,the contents of TNF-α,INF-γ, IL-10 and IL-4 in supernatant were all detected before and after treatment. The expression of T-bet and GATA-3 were compared be-tween 2 groups. RESULTS:After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,Th2 cells,GATA-3 expression and IL-10,IL-4 levels were significantly increased,the expression of Th1 cells,T-bet content and TNF-αand INF-γwere significantly reduced,and levcarnitine group was sig-nificantly better than conrentional therapy group,with statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Levocarnitine can im-prove inflammatory reaction and the expression of related transcription factors by promoting T cell subsets and Th1/Th2 cell subsets.

Objective Background and objective Bioinformatics technology found the TCF21 gene has difference expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and benign lung tissue.To explore TCF21 mRNA and protein expression in nonsmall cell lung cancer and its methylation of the promoter region is the aim of this study.Methods Use RT-PCR,Western blot and Pyrosequencing detected TCF21 gene mRNA,protein and the methylation of the promoter region respectively in 97 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 21 cases of benign lung tissue.Results TCF21 gene mRNA-positive expression were detected 23 cases (23.71％) and 14 cases (66.67％) in 97 cases of NSCLC cancer tissue and 21 cases of benign lung tissue,the average gray value of TCF21 protein expression levels in NSCLC cancer tissue is 0.49 ± 1.78,while it is 1.48 ± 1.58 in benign lung tissue,the TCF21 gene promoter region have varying degrees methylation in NSCLC cancer tissue and benign lung tissue,and the significant of methylation frequency was found statistically significant between NSCLC cancer tissue and benign lung tissue,also it has higher frequency of 49.04％ and 51.37％ respectively at point 1 and 5 in NSCLC cancer organizations.Conclusion TCF21 gene mRNA and protein expression were statistically significant in NSCLC cancer tissue and benign lung tissue,the TCF21 gene promoter region average methylation frequency was significantly higher than that in benign lung tissue cells.

Objective To study the immune response of dendritic cells(DC)modified with tumor antigen and SEB to transplanted tumor in nude mice.Methods Nude mice models were established with human colon cancer cells inoculated subcutaneously,grouped into control group,therapy group and retherapy group;DC was isolated and purified from PBMC of colon carcinoma patient to activate T lymphocyte with DC modified by tumour antigen and SEB.The T lymphocyte was implanted to the models to inhibit the growth of implanted tumor through tail vein.Tumor formation,growth and size,nude mice feeding and activity status were observed.Results The subcutaneously xenotransplanted tumor model of human colon carcinoma in nude mice was successfully established.After colon cancer cells had been inoculated in nude mice for 60 days,volume of transplanted tumor in the control group was(3 899?22)mm3,therapy group(1 301?16)mm3,and retherapy group(392?18)mm3.Compared with the control group,the tumor in therapy group and retherapy group could grow slowly(P=0.000).Compared with that in the therapy group,the tumor growth in retherapy group became obviously slower(P=0.000).Conclusion The immune response induced by DC can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor in nudes mice,which may provide a new therapy for tumor.

An evaluation system including experiment preparation,experiment process,com-prehensive design of experiment,experiment skills and written exam was established in order to adapt to the experimental teaching reform in our school. Experimental preparation assessment was to evaluate‘preview and self-evaluation report’prepared and submitted by students. Experimental process assess-ment was to evaluate students' classroom performance and experiment reports. Assessment of compre-hensive design experiments was to evaluate the overall participation of students. Skill assessment was consisted of oral test and experiment operation test. Final written examination,mainly consisting of subjective questions,emphasized on student's flexible use of knowledge and ability to solve practical problems. The evaluation system of promoting student's learning and teacher's teaching through the examination not only fully arouse student's attention on experiment,but also make teachers more ob-jectively and really understand students' learning situation and the teaching effectiveness.

Objective:To investigate the application of Xiyanping injections ( XYP) in the bone surgery department inpatients in a certain hospital to provide reference for the clinical rational medication. Methods:A retrospective investigation was adopted to randomly survey 180 hospitalized medical recorders with XYP from a certain hospital in 2013. The usage, dosage and medication purpose of XYP were analyzed. Results:The reasonable rate of usage and dosage of XYP was 97. 2%. Among the surgical patients, 82. 8% were giv-en XYP, and among them, 97. 3% was accordance with the medication purpose. Among the nonsurgical patients, 17. 2% were given XYP, and among them, 71. 0% was accordance with the medication purpose. The alone-use rate was 60. 0% and the rate of combina-tion with antibacterials was 40. 0%. The longest treatment course was 20d, the shortest one was 1 d, and the mean value was (7. 7 ± 5. 3) d. Conclusion:Irrational use of XYP exists in clinics, and the use should be strengthened and regulated.

Objective To evaluate the relationship of the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and endocranium invasion in the convex meningiomas.Methods Convex meningioma Simpson I level excises 51 patients were selected.The dural mater 15 mm around the rumors was resected,stochastically divided into four sections (0-1 mm,2-5 mm,6-10 mm,＞10 mm)for pathological inspection.Analysed statistically the study results based on microscopic observation of the HE staining slides and immunohistochemistry of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA).Results PCNA LI of the group with the endocranium invasion was 10.32±6.74,the other was 2.16±4.93.The atypical meningioma had a high endocranium invasion degree.Conclusion Pathologic grading of meningioma and the expressions of PCNA by immunohistochemical staining method are the factors affecting endoeranium invasion of the convex meningiomas.

Objective This paper aimes to analyze the scientific research development trend,research emphasis and cooperation situation of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention since its establishment,to provide the suggestions for policy making of scientific management and related decisions.Methods Based on GoPubMed,Literature quantitative analysis was used to analyze the publication time and journal distribution,research topics and core authors of the scientific papers from 2002 to 2015.Results A total number of 4 501 research papers had been published in 576 different kinds of periodicals.Research topics were based on population health with special focus on the epidemiological,microbiological and etiological studies of infectious disease.Chronic non-communicable disease and health research were paying more and more attention to.Core author group and the core research team have been formed.Conclusions The capability to conduct scientific research was increased and the international influence was increasing year by year,the ability of infectious disease control was strengthened,and the scientific research team worked together more closely.Thus,the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention should reinforce scientific management,develop advanced disciplines,as well as improve the quality of scientific research in the future.

Objective To compare the clinical safety and efficacy of complete mesoeolic excision (CME) for right-hemi colorectal cancer with traditional surgical treatment.Methods Collectting the clinical data of 69 cases,who randonly divided into two groups,A group induced 38 cases and were implemented regular CME,and B group induded 31 cases which were implemented traditional surgery of right-hemi colorectal cancer patients from the Department of General surgery,Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region from Jan.1 2010 to Oct.1 2010,and comparing the safety and efficacy.Results The differences between and traditional surgery in terms of operation time,blood loss,exhaust and defecation time,hospitalization time,the rate of postoperative complication,the number of removed lymph node of Ⅰ and Ⅱ phase,3-year recurrence rate of Ⅱ phase,3-year survival rate of Ⅱ phase and the number of removed lymph node of Ⅲ phase in mesentery root were not significant.The differences in terms of the number of removed lymph node of Ⅲ phase(22.76 ± 6.94,15.11 ± 7.85),3-year recurrence rate of Ⅲ phase(5.88％,45.45％),3-year survival rate of Ⅲ phase (94.12％,63.64％),the total number of removed lymph node(20.56 ± 7.11,13.92 ± 6.62),3-year overall recurrence rate(7.89％,29.03％)and 3-year overall survival rate (94.74％,77.42％) were significant.Conclusions Comparing with traditional surgery,CME significantly benefits the patients of right-hemi colorectal cancer with stage Ⅲ,but not for patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ.

Objective To investigate the effect of arginase (Arg) inhibitor N-ω-Hydroxy-L norArginine (nor-NOHA) on high glucose cultured rhesus macaque retinal vascular endothelial cell line (RF/6A) in vitro.Methods The RF/6A cells were divided into the following 4 groups:normal control group (5.0 mmol/L of glucose,group A),high glucose group (25.0 mmol/L,group B),high glucose with 125 mg/L nor-NOHA group (group C),and high glucose with 1％ DMSO group (group D).The proliferation,migration ability and angiogenic ability of RF/6A cells were measured by Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT),transwell chamber and tube assay respectively.The express of Arg Ⅰ,eNOS,iNOS mRNA of RF/6A cells were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR),Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the expression of NO and interleukine (IL)-1b of RF/6A cells.Results The proliferation,migration,and tube formation ability of group A (t=2.367,5.633,7.045;P＜0.05) and group C (t=5.260,6.952,8.875;P＜0.05)were significantly higher than group B.RT-PCR results showed the Arg Ⅰ and iNOS expression in group B was higher than that in group A (t=6.836,3.342;P＜0.05) and group C (t=4.904,7.192;P＜0.05).The eNOS expression in group B was lower than that in group A and group C (t=4.165,6.594;P＜0.05).ELISA results showed NO expression in group B was lower than that in group A and group C (t=4.925,5.368;P＜0.05).IL-1b expression in group B was higher than that in group A and group C (t=5.032,7.792;P＜0.05).Conclusions Nor-NOHA has a protective effect on cultured RF/6A cells in vitro and can enhance its proliferation,migration and tube formation.The mechanism may be inhibiting the oxidative stress by balancing the expression of Arg/NOS.
