OBJECTIVE: To prepare fumeisong cream and establish its quality control method. METHODS: Ingredients including carbamide, triamcinolone acetonide acetate, camphor, and laurocapram were mixed in an oil-in-water matrix for preparation of fumeisong cream. HPLC was adopted to determine the content of triamcinolone acetonide in the cream. RESULTS: The prepared cream was white in color, with test items all in line with specifications stipulated in 2005 version of China Pharmacopoeia. The linearity concentration range of triamcinolone acetonide was 2.06～20.6 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery rate was 99.6% (RSD=1.0%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The cream is simple and feasible in preparation techniques, and its quality is stable and controllable.

Objective To investigate effects of driving fatigue on working memory. Methods The control group included 12 taxi drivers after adequate rest while the fatigue group included 27 taxi drivers who had been driving for 10h. Digit memory span, words span, Digit Subtraction Test, Random Number Generation test were used. Results Compared with the control(6.60 ±0.40,90.67 ±6.65,158.27 ±29.12,0.30 ±0.06,24.29 ±10.59,35.90 ± 10.64 ), driving fatigue group were significantly( P ＜ 0.05 )different in the number of backward number memory span( 5.37 ± 0.72 ), percentage of number of right reaction of the number of total reaction of Digit Subtraction Test(79.95 ± 8.04), total number of RNG( 88.33 ± 19.48 ), RNG(0.40 ± 0.05 ), Coupon( 12.35 ±12.88), NSQ(49.72 ± 8.06). Conclusion Driving fatigue can decline the working memory.

Objective To explore the correlation between the parameters of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) and prostatic volume in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods The 131 elderly patients with essential hypertension from March 2007 to December 2009 were enrolled in this study, including 102 benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients and 29 nonBPH (NBPH) patients. All patients underwent ABPM and ultrasound examination of prostate.Prostatic volumes (PV) were calculated and were compared between BPH group and NBPH group.Correlation between parameters of ABPM and PV was analyzed. Results (1)The maximal mean artery pressure (MAPmax) at night was higher in BPH group than in NBPH group [( 104.7 ± 12. 0)mm Hg vs. (99.6± 10. 1) mm Hg, P= 0.039]. (2)There were correlations between PV and MAPmax in all-day (r=0. 184, P=0. 035), MAPmax at daytime (r=0. 183, P=0. 037), MAPmax at night (r=0. 181, P=0. 040), respectively. Conclusions MAPmax of ABPM may be associated with PV in elderly patients with essential hypertension.

Objective Find out the self-rated health of college students majoring in physical education and the influential factors, so as to offering some evidences which can help adopting adopt some measures to improve health condition. Methods Adopt method of random sampling to investigate the application ofamong 300 college students majoring physical education. Results The total condition of self-rated health of college students majoring physical education is good. The scores of self-rated physiology, psychology, social healthy sub-table are from 56. 6 to 95.00. While the lowest score is the self-rated of psychological health. Male students got higher scores than female in all aspects except the ability of daily life and social support and positive emotion. And the Differences in psychological health, physical symptom and function are significant (P＜0.05) .Comparison of college students self-rated health condition with other areas, it found that the students in Sichuan are in middle level of all healthy aspects. Conclusions The total condition of self-rated health about college students majoring physical education is good. More attention should put on to their psychology,besides regular diet, rest, and tired in physiology health.

Takayasu arteritis (TA) is a devastating vasculitis of the aorta and its major branches,coronary and pulmonary arteries.The clinical manifestations in children are less specific than in adnlts:the disease in children presents with fever,arthralgias,vomiting,weight loss and hypertension.Conventional angiography,which is recognized as the golden standard in evaluating vascular lesions in TA,combined with computer tomography angiography (CTA),magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),ultrasonography,could not only provide important information for early diagnosis,but also detect disease activity.New immunosuppressive agents and biological therapies,such as TNF-a blocking agents,have been verified to be effective although corticosteroids and conventional immunosuppressive agents are still basic treatment.

Objective To investigate the effect of L-type and T-type calcium channel blocker on detrusor autorhythmicity, contractility in order to elucidate the pathogenesis of detrusor instability (DI). Methods Animal models of bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) were established in 33 female SD rats and another 10 served as normal control. Six weeks later, the changes of detrusor autorhythmicity and contractility were examined by means of cystometry and the in vitro detrusor strip study. Results The incidence rate of DI was 75.9%. According to traditional theory tumor growth arised from the proliferation of all tumor cells, therefore management mainly aimed at the majority of the cells within cancer tissue. As a result, relapse and metastasis developed often, which caused treatment failure. It was stem cell that makes it possible to treat cancer radically and prevent it from relapsing and metastasizing by specifically killing targeted cancer stem cells and even some old concepts such as tumorigenesis mechanism, cell signaling pathways etc may need to be reevaluated, that raised great challenge to traditional oncotherapy. In this text the origin and existing evidence of cancer stem cell, it's relationship to common stem cell, clinical significance and prospect were reviewed.

[Objective] To design anatomical steel plate for internal fixation of scapular neck fracmre.[Method]By observing the scapular structure and scapular fracture type,imaging a form of anatomical steel plate for internal fixation of scapular neck fracture,the needed relative measurement datum of scapula were obtained.Forty pairs of scapular spechnens of men and women were measured,relative datum were obtained.Based on the measurement,scapular neck fracture plate was designed.The steel plates were applied in patients with scapular neck fracture or scapular body fracture,patients were followed up after operations,the results were observed.[Result]Seven patients with scapular neck fracture or scapular body fracture were operated with the anatomical steel plates,the steel plates were obedient to the scapulas greatly,the fixations were strong,the operations were easy,the time of operations were short,seven patients were followed up for 12-18 months showing satisfactory results.[Conclusion]The design of anatomical scapular neck fracture steel plates is satisfactory,when using tile plate to fix scapular neck fracture.The fixation is strong,using the steel plate can be benificial to patient's early exercise.It has advantages of preventing complications,promoting fracture to heal,making the scapular operation easy,shortening the time of operation,lessening the blood in operation.This type of anatomical steel plate has the value to be popularized.

Objective:To study cardiomyocyte apoptosis of viral myocarditis (VMC) mice,study the effect and significance of Tumor Necrosis Factor-? (TNF-?) to cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC.Methods:Our experiments studied cardiomyocyte apoptosis at 3、5、7、9、15、35 days after virus inoculation in VMC mice by ways of TUNEL and electron microscope.We studied the effect of TNF-? to cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC by the way of intervention with TNF-? and TNF-? mAb.Results:Apoptotic cardiomyocyte of VMC mice increased appaently compared with control mice.Cardiomyocyte apoptosis increased after TNF-? intervention,cardiomyocyte apoptosis reduced after TNF-? mAb intervention.Conclusion:Abnormal cardiomyocyte apoptosis was observed in VMC,cardiomyocyte apoptosis may has relation with the Pathogenesis of VMC.TNF-? can induce cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC.TNF-? induces cardiomyocyte apoptosis may has relation with its role in VMC.
