Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.

Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.

Objective To observe the curative effect of hypertherapy with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy in treating patients with locally advanced cervix cancer.Methods The patients were divided randomly into two groups:the experimental group(30)was conducted concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy with hypertherapy;the control group(30)got only concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Results CR+PR in the control group was 67.9%(9 cases).while that in the experimental group was 89.7% (26 cases,P＜0.05).Conclusion The hypertherapy simultaneously with radio-chemotherapy function is well in locally advanced,cervical carcinoma.

Objective　To observe the germicidal efficacy and stability of the telephone disinfection mat that based on mic-capsule of 2% po tentiated glutaraldehyde in laboratory. Methods　The experiment was carried out according to the criteira of disinfection microbiology in labora tory issued by the Ministry of Health of the country in 1999. Results　 The bactericidal efficiency reached 99.99% for Escherichia coli,St aphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans when soaked in 2% potentiated glu taraldehyde for 3 to 5 min and the HBsAg can be destroyed when soaked for 10 min. Conclusion　The JM-high efficiency telephone disinfection mat is of good bactericidal and stable.

Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) is a highly heterogeneous group of clonal disease,which is derived from hematopoietic.stem cells.Anemia is the main manifestation of most MDS patients and transfusion is required in about 90 ％ patients.Long-term blood transfusions can lead to iron overload (IOL).IOL can damage the iron balance,and excess free iron can deposite in the heart,liver and other vital organs,resulting in structural damage and organ dysfunction,which can deteriorate the prognosis,accelerate the transformation into acute myeloid leukemia,and increase the mortality.Iron chelation can improve the prognosis of patients with IOL,and prolong the overall survival and leukemia-free survival.

Objective To explore the effects of scleral electric coagulation(SEC) on postoperative astigmatism and incisional cicatrization after small-incision extracapsular cataract extraction (SIECCE).Methods 70 cataract patients who received SIECCE and intraocular lens implantation(IOLI) in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The observation group received SEC,while the control group did not receive SEC.The postoperative corneal astigmatism of two groups was compared by using corneal topographic map meter,the postoperative anterior chamber reaction was observed through the slit lamp.Results 1 week after the surgery,the corneal astigmatism of the observation group and the control group were (0.88 ± 0.47) °,(1.24 ± 0.79) ° respectively,the corneal astigmatism of observation group was smaller than the control group(P ＜0.05).Postoperative 1 and 3 months,the corneal astigmatism of observation group and control group were (0.86 ± 0.54) ° vs (1.01 ± 0.69) °,(0.79 ± 0.28) ° vs (0.87 ± 0.49) °,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups (t =1.14,1.86,all P ＞ 0.05).Postoperative shallow anterior chamber,leakage of anterior chamber of control group occurred 2 cases,3 cases,respectively,the incidence rate of complications was 14.28％.No postoperative complications occurred in observation group,the incidence rate of complications in the observation group (0.00％) was obviously lower than control group (x2 =13.83,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Application of SEC in SIECCE not only can strengthen stability of incision,reduce early postoperative corneal astigmatism,but also can promote healing of incision,prevent postoperative complications such as shallow anterior chamber and anterior chamber leaks.

Objective To study the main factors of young people the wedge-shaped teeth defect.Methods Random sampling way,746 middle-aged and young people in 20-50 years old with the wedge-shaped teeth defect patients status were checked,the oral examination and questionnaire survey was used to surveyed the factors on the young people of wedge-shaped defects.Results The young people of wedge-shaped defects in the reason,the most common was the mechanical friction 576 cases accounted for 75.4％,followed by etching 422 cases accounted for 56.6％,in addition to bite force fatigue in 112 cases accounted for 15.0％,other 46 cases,accounting for 6.7％.Conclusion The young people oral care has many defects,but also exposed many problems,the wedge-shaped teeth defectand oral care,using habit has the very big relations,and the prevention was the mainly measure for the wedgeshaped teeth defect.

Objective To investigate the relationship of the C-reactive protein (CRP) and metabolic syndrome.Methods The serum level of CRP was determined in 48 cases of obese children and 36 cases of healthy individuals.All children were 10 years old.The differences between the two groups and whether CRP was associated with metabolic syndrome were analyzed.Results The obese children had significant higher serum insulin,TG,TC,CRP,BMI,SBP and HOMA-IR [for respectively (16.1 ± 3.7) mU/L,(1.38 ± 0.29) mmol/L,(4.79 ± 0.88) mmol/L,(1.83 ± 0.89) mg/L,(28.7 ± 5.3) kg/m2,(129.4-11.3) mmHg,(3.81 ± 0.92)] than those of the normal controls [for respectively(10.4 ±2.8) mU/L,(0.75 ±0.12) mmol/L,(4.12 ± 0.65) mmol/L,(0.78 ± 0.22) mg/L,(22.4 ± 3.9)kg/m2,(117.2 ±8.9) mnHg,(2.37 ±0.78)] (t =7.727,12.260,3.846,6.912,6.012,5.349,7.568,all P ＜0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that CRP had a positive correlation with serum insulin,TG,BMI,SBP and HOMA-IR (r=0.693,0.293,0.525,0.212,0.195,all P＜0.05),but not TC.Conclusion There are significant increases of serum CRP level in obese children,and the increased CRP was closely related with metabolic syndrome.
